Amazing monsoon sale is live for few days I don’t know for how many days but you can grab amazing range of premium cloths and accessories for men and women at discounted rate.

Good variety spacious fr shopping. Crowd of first class n latest fashion n trail room available.

This is the one of the oldest mall in suburban part of Mumbai. Multiple big brands like Shopper Stop, Westside and many other shopping shops are available. The new metro station directly takes you to this mall. They have very big food court. Time zone is also available to keep your little one's engaged. It also has multiple restaurants. Ample parking space available at additional price. Highly recommend this place to enjoy with your family and friends.

I just cross checked pricing of the brand on their brand website and lots of differences I found. I'm guilty of visiting this store.

Mr Anand Kamli at the Fossil counter was really helpful and hands on with our watch buying experience! His inputs and encouragement made the whole process really comfortable and fun!

Shopping and more, Inorbit, Malad was and is always the best experience.
Though the staff could be trained better.

You get clothes of any range, almost every brand and the quality is too good. It has something for everyone. All age-groups & genders covered.

My favorite store to shop. I enjoy being myself here. The staff is very helpful. I can buy everything under one roof. Fashion clothing, formal as well as casual wear, jewelry, beauty, books, home goods and more.

This 5 star rating is for this extremely polite, dedicated staff named Sarfaraj, he works at Tommy Hilfiger luggage section in Shopper’s stop. He knows what’s he selling- he told all the minute details of the bag and recommended the best one for us. Throughout the process (I had so many questions) he had this big smile on his face. The customer service of this person is remarkable. He is genuine, honest, trustworthy person. If you ever plan to buy luggage bag, please go to this person, he won’t disappoint you. @tommyHilfier this is remarkable person, don’t ever loose him! @shopperstop this person really deserve some reward!

When i visited this store, lady at the billing counter insisted me to enroll for membership card which will cost 350 rs and in return i will get credit in my account which can be used later.

When i logged in to my account, i was only credited for 300. I sent them multiple emails asking why i didnt get full credit of 350. They started justifying that, you will be get 300 credit for 350 card purchase.

I asked, why credit will be lesser was not told to me during card purchase?

Kindly refund my 350, I don't want the card or membership.

Its been more than 2 month, I got so many calls from them, but no refund is initiated till date.and now theh are asking me to visit the store.ohh.so I now i bare 700 travel cost to reach to store to fight for 50 rs difference?

Kindly don't fall in traps of these companies and their membership offers rather shop from local stores they value their customers.

I have been a fan of Shoppers Stop since I was a kid, their collections are quite good and keeps up with the new trend.

I love their new collection. The 'Selected' selection is with great fabric and finish. Also the sheesham furniture collection is lovely.

Variety of brands and of all ranges, good experience but sometimes you may find same stuff again and again

Really great variety in clothes, perfumes ans watches and handbags. Best place if you want to gift someone something. Staff in nice and doesn't bother u much unless u need help.

Good Shopping Arcade but we/you cannot use your Shoppers Stop Egift vouchers with Discount Vouchers of Rs 500/- which was expiring on 03/11/19 on purchases above Rs 6000/- So it was WORST to get such VOUCHERS when it is of no use

I love shopping here. Good stuff at genuine prices. And lots of variety. Also you can redeem points. They also have festive offers and they are quite flexible. But you need to carry a carry bag here, cos it is chargable.

Shoppers stop at Inorbit Mall is one of the best SS in Mumbai. Good collection. And you can redeem your parking voucher if you are SS member.

I am a frequent shopper from Shoppers Stop. Recently the clothes (of any brand) are very expensive. Even on SALE days, the prices are very high. Alternate sizes are not available more frequently. Even after multiple cashback options, I was not much satisfied with the quality of designs.

There's always new and trendy collection coming up.but shopaholics always make most of the sizes out of stock.so far one of the best.

I was pleased by the different varieties of shirts shoes jeans denims etc. Well abou the staff there, they were very polite kind and demanding too

Very disappointed.in 3years i purchased 3watches and non of the needle is reflecting at night now again i purchased fossil watch.sales guy told us everything thing is included in warranty.in a month i went to tell the needles are not reflecting they said put in front of light n they wil work and we kept quiet now recently glass broke and they completely refuse to agree n they are asking for 840/- for 1 watch glass.they really need to be very clear of wat sales boys commit.

A good large format store where you get most of the well-known brands. There's a sale going on right now so a good time to buy. Lots of trial rooms (at least in the one that's in InOrbit Mall) as well that makes shopping easy. Plus the benefit of HomeStop where you get good home decor stuff. But the shoppers stop loyalty card is not that great. Too many points needed for too few reward in terms of money.

It was good.it would be better if the staff would be more attentive and helpful. No doubt they are polite.ur store can have much more variety.

Had a very good time shopping over here. Had been shopping over here since 7 years and the experience has been getting much better year by year. It has almost all the known brands. It has products at very reasonable rates and we get 100% genuine products. It has almost all the things like watches, perfumes, handbags, clutches, clothes, belts, wallets, footwear, sports accessories, toys, sunglasses and much more. I would recommend this place without any hesitation to everybody due to best service and also the products are returnable if it is not proper. After sales services are very good.

It OK, very costly for everyday western style clothing, the collection are not must have. Customer service is hit and miss, some employee need better hygiene.

You should go to Shopper stop, when fresh arrivals come, in the beginning of any season. At that time you can best. Normally you can buy very good Shirt between 2000-3000 Rs, Jeans between 2500-4k Rs and Tsirt between 1500-2k.

Good selection of clothes and brands.while most the staff is helpful some sections is the store have bad staffing. Example: The men's suit section is the worst of all, the guy there thinks he is doing u a favour.
