Worst service and fake. I booked bus from nashik to pune. Timing was 6: 45am but I waited till 10 am and bus did not come. They don't answer to your phone calls. Fake and worst people.

The bus is too old. Not recommend. I preferred this bus because it was the last bus from nagpur that day and I was late.

No Curtains in my seat, pillow and bedroom were not clean, also charging point were not working

Worst travels, use any other bus but not Khurana

Had horrible experience with bus and bus operators

If you complain driver will stop bus in middle of nowhere and self to leave bus

Worst service ever.khurana travels keeps high price range & didn't even know to give the service according to price. I am traveling from jalna to solapur & ac on my seat is continuously making high sound & after complaining they say 'it happens sometimes you have to adjust'. Like I pay double for my comfort if you don't want to give service don't take money either.it's a great suggestion for everyone not to travel from this travels

Travels service was good but if go with AC travels they are completely down the ac
Most recommended for Khurana travels if you guys down the AC then pls dont use fix window try to use sliding window

Actually it's not worth it for 1 star as well. Even if amount is paid they still ask for amount for parcel and don't even help to search your parcel.

Just ok, staff was not in uniform, untrained staff, my bus reached 1 hour late at dropping point, wifi service in bus were not working, teared curtains in bus.

Dry skin care and God and a good idea what is going on in my case I will send it is the first two days ago to do this but not in any of you guys can do you want the first place for your email find all the way it to be honest with a lot to learn how are the only way of getting back in town on my computer

Unprofessional behaviour, unclean, AC went was broken and first 1 hour it was not cooling properly. Timing is the only thing they follow in our case because at the pickup point earlier bus was 2 hours late. Very bad first experience.

Stuff rude behaviour.not clean last seats.they change my seat after half journey from nashik to nagpur

The travel service is very poor compare to others. If the any vehicle fails or have some technical issues so no response is there from vehicle manger or place from where u booked ticket. I so plz think before booking your tickets.

Best private transport agency which covers even rural side of Maharashtra. Greatful to them for their connectivity making my vacation hassle free.
