A word of caution, there is a litigation on this plot. So investors please note and then jump. Also the sourounding area is quite congested with a huge slums nearby.

Quality of construction is good but the pace of progress of work is very slow

3rd class to hotel to stay with and wash room was very smelly no help from hotel management
