The person on the phone was rude and didn’t help with the location after calling several times

Bus arrived on time but main issue is hygiene seats are very unhygienic pan masala n tobacco waste thrown in gape of seat, sweat small coming from seat very uncomfortable to travel if AC is off kindly clean bus on regular basis this is not expected from company like shreenath travels i am very old user of this company but this time I face such bad experience.

Very poor and disappointing service
If you alredy book ticket but they shuffle you as per their convince.

One of the most pathetic agencies to book with, the entire bus to udaipur is ruptured and leaking in rains, the staff is uneducated and has no manners to speak, are chewing tobacco and spitting through out, the bus is not clean at all and has dirt and scavenger all around, never ever book a bus service from Shrinath agency as they are extreme dirt services

I booked Shrinath solitaire AC bus I must say Staff is good nd they maintain bus very well neat, clean & washroom as well.you can watch tv & very comfortable coach for individual nd family as well

Rude. Not helpful. Illegally charge you unloading small fee which is not on receipt. Strictly avoid this cargo service.

First of all let me say that service is a waste and there is no facility of any kind so if someone wants to waste his money then sit down.

Don't use Shrinath Cargo Parcel Service as they will damage your parcel very badly no matter how good you pack your parcels and on the top of that they take many days to deliver it from one location to another. They don't provide any claim for damages done by them. Staff is very rude and top management is also not cooperative. They even don't know the Correct Contact person and their working numbers of different branch offices. Most Pathetic Management hence they cannot deliver you upto the mark services.

Worst experience. It has no facilities at all. Bed not maintained, lights are broken, no phone charging slots are there, charging extra for luggage if kept in bus dikki, spider are roaming around the dusty bed. I should have fiven zero star if there was an option. Do not waste money on traveling in this bus.
