PATHETIC. Dint refund the money of cancelled flight SQ423. We received email from Singapore Airlines that we dont refund the money for cancelled or delayed flights as its not in our policy. Only if you have taken the insurence we will only assist.
Flight cancelled and whole night we spent on Mumbai Airport with family.
Never saw a company like this who are sensless towards their customer.

I was looking forward to flying with them for the first time because of their reputation. I had an awful experience. The flight left late, it was crowded, and I got sick from something they served me. A 17 hour flight from sf that I was sick for the last ten hours. Poor from beginning to end, not what I expected. Not that different from any other airline in terms of comfort. What a let down.

The wheelchai services need for my Mom in law was provided with in 2 min. Of reached at departure gate 2 of int. Airport mumbai

Amazing first class airlines! Very friendly crew, wonderful meals and relaxing flight journeys. Business class is world class and a truly memorable experience flying with Singapore airlines.

One of the finest traveling experience with them. I was traveling for the first time, supposedly it was my first international flight, they make it so comfortable and easygoing for me. Only a suggestion for their veg dinner pack to provide something what a 2 year old child or 80 year old also should enjoy & rates of their are little high if they could reduce them. Overall experience if the owner could have been a lady I would have married her for enjoyment of traveling through the airlines. Thanks

It was a great experience flying with Singapore airlines. I had my 6 months baby with me, that made us very comfortable. I opted for front row so that I can use bassinet. Amazing experience.
