SKYE at Eternia Rooftop

It was great spending a nice evening here.
Bablu from staff was very sweet and helpful throughout.

Very bad experience at SKYE. Never seen such arrogant staff. This experience was the bottomline of anything in a service industry. We ordered our food at 8PM and inquired about it at 8: 20 and again at 8: 30. Upon multiple enquiries they checked and by 8: 45 mentioned the chef forgot the order and are starting to make it now. If you want you can wait or leave else have another dish which we have made. This can happen to anyone unless they learn how to respect customers.

Mr. Soumen was very good
He took good care of us. He is soft spoken. 5 stars to him for good service

The service is pathetic. We ordered green salad but to my surprise according to them green salad is just chopped tomatoes and cucumber which costed 95/-. We had to wait more than 30mins for our order of hakka noodles which were ok but the quantity was not sufficient for even one person.
MAIN THING. THEY CHARGE 10/-SERVICE CHARGE so for a single noddle dish we payed more that 450rs.
Never going to visit this restaurant again.

It was not a satisfying experience and value for money. As buffet lunch was not allowed due to Corona protocol, we were served snacks etc on table, which happened to be cold and were served after much waiting and reminders. Desserts were given in mini micro size. Overall experience not worth going again.

Nice place to hang out with friends and family, good view, ambience and vibes. Good Quality is good. Staff is polite and service was fast.

Dal khichadi and Dal makhni is must try.

Eternia Rooftop has a really good ambience and view. It is located on the top floor of a mall building and has quite a breathtaking view. Food quality and quantity is also good for the price tag and overall is a must visit if you're visiting Pune. Would highly recommend!

The high chairs near the bars are really bad. I could not walk properly for 10 mins. Most uncomfortable and painful experience of my life.

Such a helpful and sweet person and very cordial and very prompt, along with his manager shohib who was on the night shift. They both were very helpful in the customisations I requested for my order.
Please look out for them, they will help you in the best way possible during your presence at the hotel.

The ambiance is VERY Good, the music was although unbearable for a while but that's okay.

Delicious starters and main course and desserts too. Especially i liked gulabjamuns and matka kulfi. One of the best Roof top experience i got here. Recommended. I will visit again.

Not a satisfactory experience with Eternia. Having fond of roof top places, Eternia was always an attraction and in lists of roof top. We had booked table for Corporate package. Staff should be knowledgeable and clear with terms and conditions while explaining the offers/packages on phone. Unexpected and very frequent rounds of starters were observed which was irritating. Having not even finished the roti's, no sooner rice was being served. Billing things- Totally unsatisfactory results. Unfair settlement it seemed

A perfect place for a candle light dinner. Great music and amazing food. A bit on the costlier side but great for special moments.

Eternia Rooftop has good view. Service is awesome. But I didn't like the vibes. Place is pretty dull. Music was not good.

Awesome place and nice view from rooftop.perfect for having dinner with your loved ones.sabz biryani was a huge disappointment but matka kulfi was yum also in the night it is very difficult to eat and see menu in that dim candle light (tables near the open bar)

This place is very decent and perfect for couples.
The service is very good and prompt.
The food is just amazing. We had ordered murgh nazakat kebab in starters. This is mouth watering fish.
Also, blue frog in cocktails is just amazing.

Restaurant has a nice place and seems like a decent decor, but it can be improved. Better lighting, less louder music, give th smoking zone. Food taste was average.

The view is worth the money. However, the food is not. The starters were quite decorative but nothing that I can recommend. Good deal on drinks.

Nice ambience. Gives you Beautiful look of the city. Food taste is also nice. The place is not so costly as well. Good to spend time with ur bae.
