AC was not working proper.

Do not go with the pictures. They surely doesn't have good rooms and service is pathetic too. This is my personal experience and I am attaching photos for your reference. Avoid booking this place even if you find it reasonable.

One of the most third class hotel. Rooms are soo dirty that I checked out immediately. Faltu staff

Shaddy place not for regular travelers. Inside Burnell market where on entrance working with steel sheets, uncle sitting on main entrance of hotel for shaving. Hand carts blocks the way to enter hotel.

Most budget offering in Saki Naka, hotel maybe in a not so hotel like neighborhood but the rooms offer air conditioning at a budget and the location is accessible from nearby areas

This is the dirtiest hotel. No one should go here. The bathroom is not clean, the AC is not on, there is no water in the toilet, no hot water. And only 1 bed for one person. And told us the amount of online booking 1300. But when we reached the hotel he asked us to pay 1650 rupees. We paid the first advance of Rs. 168. But when we went to the hotel, we were cheated. And we were told to include breakfast but then we were told not to include breakfast. So we contacted customer care and they told us that you will get breakfast in the morning. But we didn't get breakfast. This is a very big fraud. Online customer care is also cheating people a lot. Please don't trust anyone. Too bad hotel in my experience. No one should go to this hotel. No one should go to Oyo. The public was very deceived.

Worst experience on Oyo.they offers parking, but there is no parking space available.and very bad response and behaviour of reception staff.highly not recommended

Do not book this from any online platform. They do not take online booking. Rate varies like anything from online to offline. They charge 1500 per room but they dont worth it. Staff are very rude

The owner charged Rs 10 extra per litre of water bottle. Toiletries were also not provided with. I'm sure they would've charged extra for that.

Completely worst experience. I have booked the room vai Oyo application and I went there but receptionist said room is full. There is no room available but in app booking was confirmed.
They are charging high price for offline. They didn't allow me to enter room.
If you are offering same service then we need to move to booking and FAB.

Finding it was very difficult, Mc Donald's and dominos do not deliver here, there was a power cut throughout the night.

Many people may not like the place where this hotel is situated. It's slum area. And about the hotel, it is not clean and service is also poor. Untrained staff. And too small rooms.

Decent pricing but rooms are not so clean. Location is not so good. No windows in rooms so it becomes stuffy inside. It's okay for business travelers as they don't spend much time in the hotel. I wouldn't recommend it for family or vacation.

Good place to stay, tidy rooms, friendly staff and pocket friendly too. They have restaurant too in their hotel.

Really thanked for front office staff because he know very well about what is hospitality. 20 to 26 july we are stayed there. We are from kerala we are first time for mumbai. But it was our nice stay becoz the skyway inn front office and service staff was really helped lot. The room was good and they provide delicious complimentry breakfast for us Excellent service we are really happy we will come again thanks lot skyway inn team

It is a decent budget hotel located near sakinaka metro station. Rooms are fairly priced and house keeping is done regularly. There are no windows so room gets a little stuffy sometimes. Locality is not good.

The room was neat, though compact. The toilet and bath area had a working flush and was clean. Happy with the room. Real budget hotel. Just 500mts from Saki Naka metro station.

Good place to sleep at night. Service is prompt. Bit inside.but to just sleep its comfortable, quite and good.

It's located near to Sakinaka metro station which is good as you don't need to go far to get a transport. Cleaniliness is good but could be improved a little. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. It is a small place to live in but it meets the basic regular needs.

The service was really nice such cheap hotel to stay with lot of facilities and television WiFi are perfect. The room service was good and it is available for 24 hours!

Area near the skyway inn hotel is not that good not recommended for couples or girls Rooms are too small Celling height is little bit low than regular and mainly there is No window or No ventilation in the room only one exhaust fan is provide in the room for air circulation I do not have that much interaction with staff so can't say anything If you have to stay only one night for sleep over & don't want to spend to much money than go for it I'm giving this hotel 3 star because price is low than other hotels in this area.

Hotel was good for one night.but the location is not so good and no hotel parking. No hot water at bathroom.
