Horrible is not the word. Dr and staff are very rude, nurses dominates the RMO and doesn't allow patients to talk to RMO.doctors too are not cooperative. They're just interested in making the money. I had low BP for which they made me stay for 3 days in the hospital of which 1st 24 hrs I was kept under observation to confirm I am not suffering from Corona and till then my treatment wasn't even started. The following day on the evening when my report had come negative I was shifted to no corona room in twin sharing where I was infused only glucose bottle and then came Sunday when I was discharged in the afternoon as doctor was busy enjoying party with his family. Dr was expected at 9 am in the morning and came only after 2.30 pm and hence instead of two days, I was charged for 3 days just to infuse glucose.

My uncle was admitted in Dalvi Hospital on 16th March on recommendation of family Physician Dr. Himanshu Shah for pneumonia.
Dalvi hospital has in-house chemist which charge exorbitant price for medicines in which they don’t give discount.
Medical staff buy additional medicines from in-house chemist without informing patients family. Which they don’t even use for treating patient.

Cash counter window 1 and 2, not given information proper, and very bad behavior, today I went to hospital and I want case paper and they change it 150 rupees and case paper given me after two day, why I put question why it is so late not given me answer, , I decided never come this hospital again.

This was excellent than other places that I have seen. Care taken properly. Cleanliness maintained.and mainly affordable rates in south Mumbai. Thank you Dalvi hospital

I visited the hospital a few days bck, for my dental treatment, when I entered the clinic it was so dirty & disgusting Saw the equipments, it was rusty I ask the Dr, why is it so rusty? They need to change, but he said we sterilize it. After seeing tat I left the place. Other hospital in OPD is much cleaner. Pls the management look into it.

Visiting hours are not there in this hospital.they Don't let the other person go up until the person with the patient comes down. How can we come down leaving our patient alone.and the watchman was very arrogant and he has absolutely no manners. Bad behaviour

The hospital is not clean, the dentist clinic is so dirty, the equipments are rusty, since 4 years I've seen the rusty equipments, Dr is good. Need to change it soon

The services that I receive from Motiben Dalvi hospital is excellent. Dr. Godbole and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to friendly and friends.

My mother's dialysis was doing there almost 1year, all people and staff are very co-operative, hospital was very clean and hygiene, staff response was cute nice and very polite, i special thanks Ms Reshma Pawakar mam and Mr Akshay dialysis and his team in dialysis department working hard for kidney patients

The hospital looks good but the estimates for operation were not given clearly.
Even the pharmacy attached to the hospital wasn't ready to give a normal discount of 10%. However, food is really affordable at Rs. 60 per plate. The staff is normally cooperative. But they don't treat Covid patients.

The hospital on a whole has a good environment and its very clean and really one of a kind. I am highly impressed at the treatment I have received starting from the entrance at reception. All staff members are helpful & Specially thanks to Dr. Kewal Sangoi who has treat me very well

They said to deposit 60k my patients was serious i said iam paying 20k rest of the amount I will pay in 2 hours but they are not listing after many requests they accept and take the patient to the ICU they don't take in general ward they direct take in ICU my experience is there for 24 hours they are not saying anything abt the patient situation my patients was in same condition they charge me 36thousand for 24 hours and 5thousand for medicine worst hospital nurse and doctor behaviour soo rude please maintain the hospital with proper rule and regulations

Very unprofessional and unethical. More than 24 hours to just give a written report of xray. And they are telling the patient to figure it out from the scan what the reading as the doctor hasn't come in for over a day! Do not take up an xray if you don't have capability to do the reading!

My mother was admitted to the ICU first the Doctors and Nurses there took her care in the best manner possible as a result of which she recovered in time and was shifted to General ward. There also she was taken good care of. All in all overall a good experience and service.

My father was serious was admitted to dalvi hospital, hospital don't have proper equipment due to they have to arrange from outside, no proper doctor, doctor are worst (clinic doctor are better) charges are very high, they don't care about patient, we have shifted to another hospital now patient got discharged.

Hospital stuff is very good and caring.
All the doctors, ward boy and sisters were good and treating very professionally and personally.

Overall experience was great.

They don't have CT scans or MRI facilities. Without any facility every day they come with the new bill. Everybody over to take on serious business of a medical field.

I am thankful to the Doctors and staff for taking care of my Mother Health.

Visitors hours are not there in the hospital that one can understand, but the hospital gives one access card with specific name on it how do they expect one person to stay 24 hrs with the patient in icu, why cant other person stay ououtside the icu in place of the registered user

The admin dept continuously pressured us a lot to pay immediately using foul language. Only the MRI was charging us around 21000 (which i got done somewhere else in 8000). You have charged me a humongous amount of money for PPE kits whereas nobody was wearing any kits at all. The patient was continuously asking for a bell in the ICU but no bell was given to her. For oxygen they charged us more than 10000. For just 2 1/2 days my bill was around 110000 but the service in that was 0%. There was no change in the patient's health at all. I was technically forced to discharge her, which I am glad, because after she was admitted somewhere else, her health improved within 1 night. It's a shame. We are also raising this issue by sending letters to PMO, The Health Minister, BMC, Charity Commisioner, and other govt bodies.

Worst experiance. Nurses are worst. Nurses dont have any manners to talk.
Please think before going to dalvi hospital as the staff in dalvi hospital is worst. The ward boys are good but the nurses are very very worst. Nurses should learn from the ward boys how to talk with the patient and their reletives. The nurses talk very rudely. Worst worst and very bad staff

Very pathetic and arrogant security guard as Dalvi & Secretary- Mulgaonkar who does not have sense of talking. My Mother is in ICU and Not ready to give me parking for Car inspite of vacated place available for 7-8 Cars.
