We Came to the pondicherry cafe for dinner food was really good and the staff ARNAV and Raj is verry helpful nice service

Overall I had an amazing experience! This was my first time ever at Sofitel and I spectacular experience. The staff is amazing and very accommodating.

Stay was good and swimming pool was amazing with proper maintenance. Special mention to Dharshan who takes care the pool part.

The hotel is very well maintained. Whilst the chain may be french, the Indian hospitality is always visible, helpful crew, no disgruntled faces, nobody looking for tips. A very generous and varied buffet breakfast and plenty of helpful souls at the breakfast like Tanmoy from Kolkata, Sushma, the men at the waffle and coffee counters and all the others. Hats off to the men and women in the kitchens. They put out a great and different menu daily to experience an Indian breakfast at its best. They very apparently strive to do a great job from their hearts. Best wishes/Dinesh Lobo and the family.

The food and service being provided at the Pondicherry cafe is very good. Especially service provided by Tanmay in Pondicherry cafe was very good. In all had a good time at Sofitel.

Like the service of level 4 JYRAN restaurant Rahul's service. Recommend best match and best volume to order. Food is also very nice.

The room and ambience are really good along with good service. Everyone in the hotel, reception staff, housekeeping staff, restaurant staff everyone were excellent. Ground floor bartender - Yash, you were excellent and thank you for your hospitality during the world cup final, enjoyed it. Tanmoy - my mother loved your service and we didn’t want to be served by anyone else other than you during the breakfast time at Pondicherry cafe. Thank you Tanmoy, it was special Tanmay in the evening was great as well. Thank you. Overall, a fulfilling and joyful experience because of all the staff at the hotel. Tucked away in a corner of BKC, is this Accor group Hotel. Nice dining experience, good, warm decor.

I had stayed there for 2-3 months a few years ago. The interiors are very weird looking and the tilted room layout always made me uneasy. But I used to like their service. I have gone back many times since and everytime I feel more disappointed. Service quality has gone down over the years. The rooms look a little more worn down. The place has lost its sheen for me.

Revising my rating for what was once a good hotel.their tariffs are back to pre covid levels but services are not.untrained new staff, completely worn out mattresses in the rooms, literally no amenities or minibar in the room, 15 minutes to checkin even though I was the only one checking in at that time, room key card provided at checkin didn't work, had to come back to front desk only to find that a few other guests faced the same problem.equally bad dining experience, waited for 10 minutes to be seated, no water, no glasses, no cutlery.had to ask for everything, the staff refused to post the bill to the room despite the cashier taking a cover charge at checkin, agreed to post when I asked him to bring his manager.non-repentant and unhelpful staff. Sofitel needs to have a closer look at this franchisee, the flights from France have resumed:). How long can you keep cashing in just on the location?

I booked the hotel from december 18th till december 22nd 2021 through Accor app. Now the booking does not show in my app and i called the hotel for confirming the details. The hotel staff says that the booking was from Novemeber. I do have a cinfirmation email but the staffs are so rude they did not even look into the issue and simply disconnected the call. The staffs have no manners and respect that the customer is reaching out for help. They simply do not care.

Service is EXTREMELY SLOW. Have to call reception atleast 4 times to get housekeeping to come. Take over 30 mins to send anything to the room.
Elevator strongly smells of cigarette even though it’s supposed to be non smoking

I've had great experiences at Sofitels around the world and Sofitel BKC was no difference. Loved the ambiance of the rooms. The gyms was well equipped and clean. The dining experience was excellent - tasty food and a wide array of high quality options. Finally, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable - thank you!

Sofitel in BKC is a good hotel. They have offers if you are not planning to get out of the hotel during your stay. The breakfast buffet is good and has variety of things to have. Almost everything you can imagine for breakfast, one of the best i have seen. They also have decent big rooms with good bathroom. The bathroom has a bath tub and the shower area and is quite spacious. If you are planning to stay for a while you can even have your meals out side the hotel nearby there are few famous hotels and restaurants available.

Rooms are luxurious and ambience is awesome. But, Wifi speed isn't that good. I wanted to conduct IG live and it got interrupted due to bad wifi

I was searching for a good body massage, called it on a sat but it wasn't available and decided to book it the next evening. I am glad i did. Met Rosy and she was very very good with her Swedish massage and oh my! I was really amazed by her strength, never had such a good massage for the longest time. I will definitely recommend Rosy for absolute big yes! Way to go! Not forgetting we share the same name too Hahha!

Pathetic Stay experience.waited for 3 hours for just check in.spoiled the entire mood of stay.don't choose the stay here.instead go for westin. Trident. I have stayed many a times in westin. Trident.service is good and not pathetic like this sofitel at BKC

Excellent service from Therapist Chan. This is the best I had in the longest of longest time, I had this severe back ache and it was just about to get worst but I kean isn't she a magician however the pain is vanished and I'm feeling like a total heck of a paradise man. All the pain of the entire year vanished away. Sofitel spa is the best. And can I say the Salon guys are just the most loving and welcoming people I have come across.
Sofitel spa is always the best experience along with Its beautiful restaurants and Salon Savio John Pereira and Tuskers and Jyran restaurant has my entire heart and not forgetting the fitness yard
Will come soon in this beautiful paradise for my next stay!

I am going gaga over my stay, It was fantastic The hotel has to be my forever go to place if on holiday. Loved the vibe, loved the staff, loved the salon, gym and spa. The guys at salon were so kind and warm and welcoming, the staff both spa and fitness were so welcoming. My fourth stay and I'm never selecting any other hotel wherever I come to Bombay. I recommend the Salon, Spa, Fitness and Jyran restaurant to everyone out there to definitely give it a try. Love Sofitel Bkc Hotel.

Attended a board meeting. The conference room was well maintained and equipped. The food served was also good.

Omg I can't stop bragging about it! What a heavenly feeling at the sofitel Spa. Loved the vibe loved the atmosphere loved the luxurious atmosphere feeling in there. I have felt so good in like ages to be very honest. My first trip to Sofitel and 100 percent worth it. I am coming back very soon for this. And recommending this to every friend of mine out there.

Loved the ambience, was here for a job interview which didn't take place that day.so I lounged around for a while and was quite pleased with the staff and the decor. Don't have much to ssyy

For having not so many options, this is maybe one of most luxieriest affordable hotels in mumbai but if you are a coming from outside you better choose your hotel depend on where you wanna go, cause the street is so crowded that you will hate your you stayed here

Worst service we have seen from a 5* hotel.
Won't recommend it to anyone if you are planning to visit for relaxing with family or friends.
Even though the room was good and specious, bed was comfortable but again worst pillows.
Cleaning was not good there were stains in toilet area and dust on side tables.

Bas naam ka "5 star hotel"- Service offered is not 5 star. Room service was extremely poor. I asked for some cutlery and they promised to send it up in 30 minutes, but I didn't receive it. I had to call them 4 times and I finally received the cutlery after 3 hours (my food went cold by then. Understaffed and poorly managed service.
Also, I faced an extremely unpleasant incident with one of the staff in the main gate. His name is Santosh. My parents and I booked an Uber auto to go to a nearby mall. We were waiting at the lobby. This guy Santosh didn't allow the Uber auto to enter, he says the auto cannot pickup the hotel customers from the main lobby and that the hotel customers will have to walk all the way to the entry gate, which is not the kind of 5 star service my parents and I expected when we decided to pay for this hotel. Santosh says this is because of the hotel policy that states that only expensive looking vehicles are allowed to pickup and and autos are not. I was amused and appalled at this reply. I have been to many 5 star hotels in the past in the nearby areas like ITC Maratha, Taj, etc. This is the first time that I experienced this kind of discrimination against autos just because "autos don't look rich enough". Santosh says this is the company policy. I didn't believe him, and I really hope that's not part of the company policy, otherwise this is a more serious issue of class divide discrimination.

Probably the so called French Hotel is running in massive losses. Doesn't provide proper toiletries, along with it a showoff non operational coffee machine to make you feel in a luxury hotel. No newspaper ️ whatsoever. Criminal Waste of Money. The staff also seems underpaid or combating with delayed salaries. A seriously a depressing hotel.

Some staffs are very arrogant.i stayed here in 2018 it was an awesome experience here with great hospitality.but in the year 2020 it was an bad experience

Artisan and Pondicherry, both restaurants are very good. Proper measures are taken for hygiene. Food quality is good too. Service is also good.

The location is very convenient for any Visa appointments at the US Consulate. The staff was very helpful; they were able to accommodate our request for early check in and late check-out. The food at the Pondicherry Cafe restaurant was quite good

Good service no doubt. Nothing else we liked here. The food availability was limited because it was past 11: 30 PM but frankly the reason we came to Sofitel to get all options for food and drink after a long time. The club sandwich recommended to us was cold.

Dining at the French restaurant is always a palate-enriching experience. And the live but non intrusive Saxaphone band is an excellent addition to the atmosphere!

Pondicherry cafe is a nice family place for dinner but very expensive. A normal size can of Pepsi costs ₹325/-

The staff is very courteous and helpful. I lost my cell phone in the hotel and did not get a chance to search for it as I was busy in a meeting. However, the staff managed to track me and hand over the phone, much to my relief
