One finest property in Thane, been used to stay for 3-5 days every month for official purposes. The staffs and services are really good. Accessabilty is good moreover.

South coast hotel is very bad, bed sheets are not clean whenever enter in rooms get bad smell like cigrate or something different but in servicing they are very helpful & good on time all rooms are same deluxe one bed one table chair a very good signs there are lots of mirrors washroom is also good but shower is not working.working table ac & fan room storage

Pathetic service quality. Hotel employees are rude, room was missing with basic kits and Hotel staff accused us for breaking their intercom. Later We've proved them that phone was broken already.

From now onwards me and my employees will never stay in this hotel.

Didn't provided the room we booked, upon asking got the answer from the staff (receptionist) 'take it or cancel it'. I have been a South Coast customer from a long time but recently they do not value their customers. Those who wants to go for South Coast I would recommend check other hotels in Thane West.

Rooms are rather small but comfortable. Cleanliness is good, but service is not up to the mark. Moreover, no in-house restaurant, although food is served in room from nearby restaurant. However, not bad for short stay.

I had a best stay and a understanding receptionist Mr. Shardul who made my stay more comfortable - room and food was good. I recommend South Coast Thane Mumbai.

Worst service. Poor Hygiene. Overpriced.

They don't even provide basic toiletry kit in room.

Pathetic service. I would suggest everyone for not to go to south coast hotel as it is really worst. Nobody talks and behave properly. I had a poor experience with owner and the staff.
They don't know how to talk with girls and they argue a lot. Service is really poor they really don't care for the customer. The only thing I liked is a room rest everything is not worth it. No cable connection is given in the room and they don't even recharge the cable channels for the customers. Please do not waste your money by going there. No wifi facility is available. If this will be the last hotel on earth then I would prefer to stay on road. Worst hotel.

Had been here for a night, the place is very different from what it looks in pictures online. There is no alloted parking space on this property, you have to park the vehicle in front of the property. The reception are is decent and the rooms are pretty nice and spacious. There is a restaurant right next to this property owned by the same person who owns the Hotel. The small lounge of this hotel is converted into a dining area in the morning and breakfast is served here, the breakfast was alright, they served Masala Dosa, Upma, diced fresh fruits and Tea.

Aab pahale jaisa service nahi hai naahi breakfast na service proper me last 4 year se booking karta tha but aab sirf Paisa chahiye service nahi deyna hai.roj hotal ka management change hota hai unaka staff ke hisab se

Third Class Hotel, not preferred for family.

Descent hotel.
Location is brilliant.
Rooms were big enough.
Early checkin was provided.
Breakfast options are less but food was good.
They are low on staff due to Covid I guess hence the services were a bit delayed.

Very poor service
The rooms were not properly sanitized. They did not have water and the glasses were so dirty, they did even clean them.
The washroom did not have a handwash and that in this situation, only 2 small soaps were given.
Other thing is if u have mentioned a TV in room amenities, then please make sure the TV works. I understand the current situation, but then please do not fool the customers.
And the worst was there were cockroaches in the room

Some rooms are really small! And in my room, just infront of the AC vent there was a pillar due to which the room temperature could not be maintained.

Good place to stay with family n for business trip to. Rooms are damn neat and clean. Highly recommend. Complimentary Breakfast is good other than this if plan fr dinner or lunch here it ll be costly like any thing else charging more. I asked fr a fruit juice pack which i saw in the fridge. Actual price is rs. 105 but hotel management is chargibg Rs. 250 for the same.so better take water bottle, coffer or anything apart from breakfast better to take outside. Otherwise the hotel is too too gud and compact

Its Located in Thane. The land mark is Vardaan which is popularly known as old pass port office. Near to check naka. The wagle Industrial area is nearby. Reaching to Mumbai is also easy from this location.

When you think of hotel first preferance is always on the Rooms. The Rooms here are very clean n clear. Good Hygeine maintained. Especially for the tiolets. Room services are good on time.

Staff knows very well how to make their hospitality Business. They are very polite and respectful.

The food quality is really nice. Lots of choices available for feeling your stomach with Good colors in your plate. They offer free breakfast. Always good choice

The bar is also nice. You can enjoy your drinks. They have it adjucent namesld as Sai Touch.

They offer shuttle services. Wifi is also available.
They also offer discount schemes.

All in all Good value for Money.
