In short, don't go there.

Why?

Not my first visit there. But somehow they managed to get worse every time. Went there with friends and colleagues for fun Friday evening and it turned out to be disastrous.

Food: more than half of the items on the menu, not available
Basics like Manchurian and Pizzas on the menu but not available, and that too on Friday evening.

Cost: Too high for the quantity and quality they provide. We got served cold pasta, with a quantity for 1/4 of your appetite after 5 starters.

Music: bad taste, too loud, and they don't take requests to decrease the volume nor to change the track. DJ there, hopeless.

Service: First restaurant experience where they shout at you when you ask to change the plates because we ordered too many starters to keep it going. Usually respond rudely.

Ambience: too smokey. People smokes a lot around you and well they don't care.

Sitting: too uncomfortable, staff puts on the smallest possible table for 15 of you. And yet they keep shouting at you where are the other 5 more of you when they are just 15 mins late.

Management, If you're reading this, change your waiting staff, change your music system, change your DJ. AMD LAST, CHANGE YOUR CHEF.

Ambient music was too loud and cannot have normal conversations although rooftop like experience was nice and also the food good but expensive.

The food was top notch and the offers were good. Had a fun time with office colleagues.
It's a nice and cozy atmosphere.

A really good ambience and food, only con is thar no stag entry, that you need a girl and shows with you to enter dance floor.

The place is good but lacks quality. I was served wine with water drops on the glass. Salt was accumulated at the bottom. I'm sure they did not serve the wine I ordered. Please be careful while ordering wines at restaurants.

I must say, the decor is impressive. Staff was courteous enough to be praised.
Although of some of my friends complained about the taste of food however by the looks of it, I found them appetizing.

The constant breeze did the trick, it was surely pleasant.

This review cannot end without appreciating the music that was being played, however with the advent of night it deteriorated.

Not sure if this is a rule of thumb but the music was more than enjoyable till 10, love to the DJ.

I sincerely hope the music is better the next time I visit.

Worst experience. We a team of 20 went for evening drinks and dinner. These guys served stale food. On tasting and objecting they shamelessly took back. I would advise everyone to be careful and don't go If you have an option.

Took one star away for very slow service and another star for boring DJ. When I talk about food Starters were ok but main course was good and ambience was awesome.

Has a roof top arrangement with good ambience. The menu has different cuisines indian, thai and kofte were good. Mocktails can be better and service should be more improved. Overall good experience.recommend for visit once.

Good place for group and family dinner.food is priced ok and taste good.they have a dance floor which closes at 12: 30 am.staff is courteous and bar is awesome.

Pros: Service is awesome.
Ambience is very good.
They have nice quality starter as well as main course.
Cons: spice factory don’t have tie up with dineout.
On weekends there is parking space crunch.

The only issue here is that they don't have there separate washroom and also having the less capacity which should be shared by multiple restaurants. So it is a big hectic and you have to wait in the queue sometime. Rest everything is fine here.

Very worst service, no one is bothered about customer, we asked for buffet but food was served on table and it was very cold. Supplier himself wAs not aware what he is serving.

A nice place to hangout with friends. The open to sky sitting gives a good feel. Veg food is ok, non veg is good. Plenty of options for drinks. Live music lights up the atmosphere but sometimes it becomes too loud and irritating.

I never rate a place based on my first visit.but only when i hv visited a place multiple times. I hv been here before. 1st time.was amazing.i came back 2nd time on a date.was pathetic (food and service). I came back 3rd time today. Very average food.i went thr on friday bcz that is supposed to be their live music night.but they did not present any live music.neither an engaging crowd and service.just excuses.never coming back here again

Great food. Great ambience. The place is quite spacious and gives you every possible option to choose from. Has live music and a separate dance floor. Staff is courteous. If you are with your partner or with a group, this place surely won't disappoint you!

P. S. - Try out the variety of Sizzlers they offer. It's really good!

The food is amazing. Ambience is nice at night only as it is roof top restaurant. Banjara chicken kebab is must try, melts in mouth. Restaurant should try fixing the fly issue with something other than smoke and some are allergic to smoke.

Nyc ambience! The bar stand is just an awesome attraction to the drink lovers! Upper living! Food tastes good! Try indian starters and go for a italian main course!

I went there with family for dinner, 3 star for the ambiance and service.
People were nice, food quality and quantity was average. But comparison to the price it's not worth it.

Restaurant has a discotheque which can attract the youth.

Amazing location. The rooftop seating with those lights and the groovy music makes it just right for a date and even a great party.
The non veg starters are really worth trying.

Waiter staff and also Manager was not at all cooperative. Also very expensive for everything. If you are making restaurant dirty then be ready to pay from your pocket for cleaning.
No customer centric approach by hotel stafg. They just want to earn money. I don't recommend it to go to Spice Factory.

At night view from top is great plus ambience is great overall.food and servicing is awesome. I hade kolhapuri chicken, chicken Tikka, soup everything tasted great. I just love there cranberry juice.

You will not get desired seat, even in empty lounge. Forget about customer delight. People here will treat you like most unimportant thing to attend. Hated service we deserve better.

Nice place for a weekend hangout.
Wide variety of menu to choose from.the food was really good.
It has got 2 sections one is closed and other one is open roof.
They do serve alcohol and no restrictions on smoking.
There's a dance floor which starts at 10: 30PM
Could take a whoop after you enjoy your meals and beverage.
The ambience was good with fresh air coming from top.
Good numbers were played on dance floor to bring out the energy inside you.
If u are searching for a good place with food n beverages with for a weekend hangout.this place can justify it.

Nice food, service is too bad, and billing at the time they are manually enter serivce charge. After lots of discussion they minus the amount from bill.

Atmosphere is good. Good music. Service is okay. The food was not so tasty and it is costly. I am not satisfied. Even there's only one washroom so there's always you will find waiting.

Lovely ambience and atmosphere created. Nice place with tasty food, but it is expensive because they will not give any/corporate discounts. However, they have offers each day to serve better which is good. This is located at White Square in Hinjawadi. The reachability is good via public or private transport.

Great ambience. Good food. They have happy hours when they serve alcohol at MRP.

Only minus point is that waiters keep asking you to rate them on zomato. Dafaq ryt? !

Very few places are there where you go and forget your heart. Spice factory was one of those. The day i went to this place was the day of one band "Tanmayandtoons" were performing. Their performance was the cherrry on the cake which bagged the whopping 5 star rating to this place. We had some cheese balls and some chicken starter and both the dishes were very delicious. We had biryani as our main course and that was good too. Overall a nice place with nice service.

The staff was polite and welcoming. Looking forward to go to this place asap.

Food was not good at all, paneer was so hard, there was no spice in vegetarian dishes & non veg was hell lot of spicy
Even drinks were too diluted.

Over all a very bad experience
