Disgusting condition of the aircraft and the toilets. Service is very poor going back to Delhi from Mumbai and the flight is more than an hour late. Need to improve in every aspect of customer service. Pictures are from the Delhi to Mumbai flight.

Budget airline, with a pathetic attitude towards customers & most flights running delayed. Absolutely nothing special about their services other than the capability of their baggage handling crew to completely destroy your check in baggage. Two suitcases badly damaged over two consecutive flights? Ridiculous!

Worst track record this airline has. ALWAYS DELAYED. Only plus point is now they have wet leased corendon airlines which is good one.

Worst customer service ever. Charged me 2 times for 1 ticket. Site said payment not gone through but they charged my card anyway. I still have not received my refund its been 2 months.

SpiceJet will surely qualify for the most unreliable airline in India in addition to safety maintenance related issues
Do not book this airline unless you can afford to reach your destination 3-4 hrs later
The management needs to wake up and get this airline back on track. Atleast for now, I am not travelling on this airline anymore

Wifes luggage not loaded on the aircraft from Dubai and no one is picking up phone number given by ground staff since morning running from pillar to post at Mumbai airport. Every sane person should boycott spicejet

One of the worst airlines, has cancelled and rescheduled flight 4 times in a single day. They should shut down.
After I recieved my boarding pass they changed the flight time by 2 hours. Completely unprofessional. The excuse being given by the staff is that " the flight time has changed because of the start of Winter? ". What on earth does that even mean. Spice jet is truly the worst airlines I have ever travelled in.

Outstanding experience with spicejet Airways. Cabin crew is very cooperative and helpful. Had round-trip from Delhi to Shirdi in spicejet. During return flight both our pilots were female and they had done tremendous take off and landing.

Very bad experience. As I tried to book online for ticket and the ticket didn’t got booked but the money got deducted from credit card. They said it will get refunded but until now nothing and also no proper information from customer care. It is not a small amount please refund my money ASAP.

Zero star customer care service. Most Worst service. Don't ever travel by this airline as there is absolutely no customer care to resolve your issues nor any nos to whom you can speak to. Pathetic airline in the history of our country. Luggage is stolen by their ground crew and last 5 months there is no response on compensation. Government should barr such airline which are spoling name in new India.

Your normal budget carrier. Only issue that we faced was my 2pm flight was preponed to around 9am. This was during the Covid time. Had to change cab bookings and face lots of issue due to the same.

I tried the book online, account got debited and tickets not issued. Still awaiting amount reversal and just not able to reach anyone on call Center.

Very bad experience with this airline. Booked ticket to calicut from riyadh and after boarding only informed about landing Mumbai Airport.

Worst experience with this airline. I feel it is the worst airline in this country as well as the world. The company is not at all in a position to understand a customer. Horrible.

I feel very bad to share my view here coz spicejet not refund my money that tickets was booked in march 2020 continuously I m following my request but officials said it is in process since march 2021

Very bad experience, without passengers concerns changing the destination. I was booked a spice jet flight from Mumbai to Dubai. Without any proper information changed the destination from Dubai to Ras al khaima. There was another flight to Dubai, instead of changing flight to dubai changed to Ras al khaima. When replied to reschedule email no response. Calling call center is a waste of time. No transportation arranged to dubai from ras al khaima Airport.

Don't book spice jet

The whole experience with spice jet was extremely poor and pathetic. The plane they were using was old and noisy. The cabin crew was unprofessional and unsatisfactory service provided by them. The lunch served by them on flight was stale and cold. Also the engine was very noisy and it was very uncomfortable to sit inside the plane. Plus the whole time pilot was flying the plane badly.

I was skeptical while I was trying to book the flight due to the bad reviews it has.but fir me the booking was easy the flight was easy and very clear instructions was provided via email as well as I gave 1 extra star to the staff. Very friendly and helping staff they took good care of ppl and plus had patience with kids and older age people
more over they maintain warmth in their behavior
