SRS Travels

Good comfortable seats, but blankets should be more clean.
Should reduce travel time.

Breaks for lunch and dinner were at good places pure veg, good ambience.
(Pure veg is comfortable for all).

They dont give you the correct information and the service is too bad not so friendly with their customers.

Pathetic experience after paying so much we get no service, I travelled in a sleeper from pune with luggage on my seat because he had filled up the trunk with other logistic parcels and had no space for passenger luggage, bus staff has rude behavior and the bus was 1.30 hours late, never book from SRS travels

As the days are passing SRS Travels service is becoming more bad.

Following are the problems with then nowadays -

1. Buses turn up late for pickup anywhere between 30-45 minutes.
2. Some issues with their buses where they have to do cross-over for passengers between two states (I heard from co-passenger that it is repeating frequently these days). Adding to further delays to passengers. Poor drivers are at receiving end for management's negligence here.
3. The hotels they stop for breaks don't have enough washrooms to manage the bus crowd. Plus they are totally unkempt and unhygienic. Though passengers complain about it, the bus staff never head.

I wish SRS wakes up on time about these issues on time and doesn't loose the good reputation it has which used to make us opt for its service.

All driver and staff is drunked and there is no charging point for customer i will asked he but he will dont replying

Good to ship material from and to Bangalore or karnataka.
This is better choice if you have larger parcel and if someone can pick from the travel agency office

Wrost Services from srs mumbai-hospet line not on time and they have provided unhygienic blanket and bed and AC ducts are leaking right above the head i got sick by traveling through this bus and this guys are chargeing very much high compared to VRL and SRE but Services sucks.

Pathetic 8hrs delay. Their main business is to transport goods and while on the way they just keep doing thar

Parcel pick up and drop point. Very good service for mangalore n udupi among many other places

Bed was not clean n overall bus was not clean with fresh, really I'm felt uncomfortable thought my journey

Pathetic service, mostly late arrival and drop. Only sometimes you get good Scania buses and good service. Kindly improve guys.

Bus was late by 5 hrs yet there was no urgency to reach. Unloading the stuff and don't know for what reason they were still waiting in vashi for 30 min inspite of being late for 5 hrs. Driver was very kind though. He guided me to take a taxi to airport from vashi as there was further delay

Worst travels. Drivers will not stop the bus even for nature's call. Will drive for, 9 hrs continuously without toilet stop. They don't care for passengers. Will never ever travel by SRS in future. PL avoid travelling by this operator, as they will not stop for toilet breaks, even after repeated requests. Worst experience

No Place to Sit, Bus picked us On the Other Side of the Highway. We ran for bus which came 1 hour late.

Very low quality service.will not give good response like when bus will come and when it came at boarding point etc

Just sometime before call to this office Number for asking where the bus reached exactly but he is not giving proper response. Telling that kya karna hey, when I asked 4439 bus is reaching in right time or not.

My Journey with SRS have been not that wow. They do not allow us to charge our laptop in the bus. Rest the ride was ok. Most of the Charger did not work. TV in front also did not work

Getting passenger in every tollgate and city entry point.thus making the safety of belongings of reserved passengers vulnerable.from those in-between boarding and alighting commuters

I have alighted in bus at kalanagar, and it had stopped at this stop for longer time. It was bad time wasting stop for me.

I travelled with SRS a month ago with 2 small cartons. They changed me Rs 400 for no reason. I would avoid SRS in future.

It's located near to Sanpada railway station in Sanpada east.it's around 150 mts from station.
Here the staff are not polite and they are very careless. The office is too small there is no restroom or waiting room here.

Worst service. Buses get too much delay in reaching destination. If call to customer care regarding any complaint them they pretend that they doesn't know Hindi language.

SRS travels not providing water bottle at least. As compared to orange travels (Both are leading competitors) they are giving snacks and water that's good sign since customers are paying bus fares like air fares now a days. And SRS travels bus fare also high compared to other travels with no facility to customers. This review giving based on my travel experience with SRS travels from Mumbai to Vijayawada.

The cleaner was very arrogant, Driver was driving the bus very slow, yesterday the bus was already delayed by 1hr 30 mins, For dinner driver stop the bus at 11 PM, according to me it was not the right time to have dinner. The bus got old movie collections.need improvement in services.
