It turn out to be a disappointment considering the name this place has in PUNE. Food was average quality. Service is good but if food is not up-to mark then makes no sense in offering good service. Cost wise and taste wise a big no to Sukhanta thhaali.
Most Delicious Thali in Pune. I have tried many Thalis but this is what I always want. Great taste good service. Crowdy atmosphere but the reason is obvious.
Worst Veg Thali ate till date. The quality decreased drastically and they charged 450 per thali for that tasteless food. The place has name only not for quality food. The food is not even served hot. Many items served lately. Overall the place is not worth it.
Disappointing really. Since we went on a Sunday had to wait for almost an hour. They let you pay and take your name down for a queue. However there is no space to wait outside the restaurant. Was way too pricey for the value and taste on offer. Over hyped and not worth the time.
Waste of money.they have degraded food quality.it was really good 4 yrs back but now they have taken their customers for granted.if you are taking money they serve the customers with quality.worst experience.stale food.very bad taste.worse worse worse food ever
As always food taste was great. Visited it after 2 years and really enjoyed it. They have started turnstile based entry which is really safety hazard with very single narrow door. I hope management does look into it. They also started with payment first and I am fine with that but turnstile entry is really not needed. It looks like to solve one problem they create major problem
Too much of wait time. No prior booking is taken. All advance payment need to made before thali. This time food was okay. I have been there in past as well but the taste which they used to have was missing this time. Quality of food was good although.
Delicious food, best thing is its unlimited and the quality, taste, presentation everything is nice The service is fast. And yummy food make u crave for more.
2nd visit: Didn't like the menu at all. Service was good but if I talk about the taste I'm totally disappointed. I gave them 5 star before but now it's only a 3. Hope they improve the menu and taste.
Very delicious gujarati thali served at this place. Everything was on the sweeter side but nice quality food. Worth the price the place is usually crowded but the management is so well maintained that nobody has to wait more than 10 minutes. Loved the place and the food. Strawberry Basundi was my favourite
I loved this place and food. However it is very crowded and one has to wait for their number but worth waiting. Very good staff and service. Must visit place.
Before going I was very excited but after the experience with sukanta I was very disappointed. 1.) The taste wasn't good enough. 2.) The service, have to always ask captain to bring puri/sabji/etc. 3.) The were 2 captains near my table but no one was looking after us what we were needing in our plates. 4.) After asking for anything the expressions of the captian was very sarcastic. 5.) The waiting period is also very long, have to wait everytime of we ask something. 6.) The waiters use to come & just serve for one plate but must have also serve the other plates as well on the same table. 7.) Not proper clothing of the staff, mainly the mask in this pandemic period. Lastly the whole experience.
Excellent food, very tasty rabdi, very good corn Halwa, tasty paneer, delicious Gujarat curry. Overall great food and very courteous team. Had a feeling that the team loved and enjoyed us eating a lot. God bless the entire team.
Traditional Veg Thali served the Perfect way. Sukanta Thali is one of the best Thali destinations in Pune. A must Visit place for Foodies. You will love it.
Superb Quality Prompt service Friendly staff Clean environment Little bit costly still worth of Money But But But Be prepared to wait for at least an hour Even on weekdays for half an hour
I have visited this place a few times prior to this one as well n always enjoyed the food albeit a bit too filling but this visit after the pandemic was really special. Lot of care taken in all respects n food very good as usual
Poor Service.too much items too much cost Rs. 400 per adult that to be paid in advance at time of booking. Durvankur is better if you really want to eat lunch or dinner. Menu is not that worth
Bringing a balanced equation of healthy food, quick service and some delicious wares, Sukanta offers you best combination of delicacies from all over India in one Thali. Enjoy some lightning fast speed, when it comes to service, as you enjoy a lavish meal in a royal ambience.
Not at all happy with the food quality as all sabji had similar gravy, very expensive deal, rs. 400/- per person is a lot considering the amount of food one person consumes, as it is easy to enjoy 4 - 5 items that you like out of six seven items rather than tasteing 20 items you are provided with and ending up with full stomach.
This Place offers one of the best veg thali of pune, Food is of best quality. Service is also fast. One can visit here with friends or family at anytime of the day. Ambience - 4/5
Sukanta Thali restaurant is a good restaurant for lunch or dinner. Fixed menu in the thadi but everything is covered in it. Taste of the food is very good. Only constraint is the location as it is situated in narrow streets.
Food was good as heared, but the parcel came without Puri and one dish. After informing, the hotel mngt apologize, but this is not expected from such a good restaurant after being paid nearly 800rs for this thali.
Great thali experience at Sukanta. Sort of a royal touch to the food you eat. I forgot the count but there are enough items included that make you taste every bit of flavour. Serves with starters as light snacks, chutneys, five to six different kinds of bhajis, sweets, all the side dishes curated according to main course. Biggest flex I experienced was aamras in this summer and it was, fantastic! Overall, a must visit place for brunches.
No. 1 Thali in Pune. Very tasty. Quality, Quantity & service is at par. Totally satisfying for a Thali lover. They attend each & every customer personally giving them a Royal feeling. Sukanta is the BEST! No other Food in the world can match Sukanta's ThaliI travel 20-24 kilometers every week just for Sukanta! ️
A bit costly for such simple thali everything were so sweetish, service is good but not worth while to pay such amount for such thali. Most of the things we cant eat completely because of so many dishes Dont have any item to be eat individual As its famous for mango ras but that too were not up to taste what it was used to Only dhokla and few items were good Service from guys were good Ok only for one visit not more than that really needs guts to went for second time
It would be great if they can avail a customize thali so that customer can choose accordingly that would lead to reduce wastage of food and customer satisfactory for what he paid and visited for taste and money wise.
Amazing food, amazing ambiance, and courteous staff! They have different specials every day. They provide a mix of Gujarati and Rajasthani Thali with wide variety of dishes!
Best vegetarian thali in Pune. Costly but worth it. Good service management. Hygiene and precautions are maintained during COVID times. They accept all credit and debit cards. Parking is the main issue.must visit place for vegetarians.
Place not so good as expected, service was poor, even though there were plenty of staff, for a pappad we had to ask 10 times, but it never came, one server saying idhar papad dho which never came till we finished our lunc, SAD SERVICE FOR THE PRICE OF 400/- PER THALI, 4 STAR ONLY FOR INTERIOR& NOTHING ELSE.
I heard lot about this food hub so tried it. But it wasn’t up to. Although it’s unlimited but taste is not mouthwatering. WOW factor is absent in all items. So it’s wasn’t worth to spend 350 bugs.
Sukanta is one of my favourite thali places in Pune. I visited the place after a long time and found the phulkas and kothimbir vadi to be a bit below their normal standards. I hope and assume it was just due to the rush on weekends and nothing more.
One of the most famous Maharashtrian Thali in Pune.
Thali is very huge. So many items. I love food taste. 5 veg, fulka, bhakari, batata vada, dahi vada, 3 sweets and many more, you can see in the photo that I have uploaded. The ambience is not bad. Not that spacious. Service: They need to work on this part. They serve like machines. They should be little more polite. Paid parking is available in the nearby area. If you plan to visit better to have an advance booking.
food quality-4* taste-5* service-4* ambience-5* location-3* waiting time-2* (weekends), 5* (weekdays) price-4* the food served here is good.but for the price of 350, feels overpriced.the sweet, in particular served here is very good.the staff is well trained.you dont get a lot of disturbance despite the place being crowded.the sense of 'food being rushed just to serve you an unlimited meal' is not felt.its a nice family place suitable for all ages. After the meal just to top it off you get free mehndi session.
Family restaurant. They will serve you with unlimited food on price of 360/- per person. Make sure you have good stamina to eat or can say hungry enough to eat it.
Food is good. Unlimited quantity and decently priced. The only problem is that the waiters serve the food a bit clumsy not taking care where they may dirty your possessions.
The best place to have authentic local food, sometimes has a long wait time but worth it. Also its a little difficult to find parking for 4 wheelers during peak hours!
So many varieties of dishes. Veg curries taste is somewhat bland. Service is very good. Ambience is good. Not conveniently located. Good to go when you are very hungry and craving for food.my rating may be 3.5.
Good place to eat once, but it overhyped for no reasons.
Crowded, waiting outside the restaurant for 40 minutes, food taste just okay, similar to any other Thali restaurants in Pune, few of them are much better than this one.
Price of 380/- per plate is exhorbitant. It was not a worth that kind of money honestly.
Durvankur is much better than this I would say and would suggest anyone who likes real good food!
Good place for dinning visited after 8 years.priviously we use to regularly go here.taste or quality little detoriated.but still ok place to have food.
Very good unlimited food. Especially Mango pulp & Modak in sweets are excellent. Worth paying as 'entering with empty stomach & coming out with delicious test & fully satisfied stomach'
A really good place to eat with friends and family. The thali is really good and the taste is also good. The services is also fast if they don't have waiting then you can sit and they will start to serve you.
The best place to enjoy food with friends and family. Awesome thali within nominal price. Have been there numerous times and every visit made a different story.
Suggestion Could have been more great if they play instrumental music in a low volume, this will add to the experience.
