2. Worst part of the trip was our stay arrangement for one night in Muslim marriage hall and food was served.
3. Very uncomfortable and digusting.

4. Management promised to provide all photographs in pen drive, That has not been provided till date.

It was an amazing Singapore trip, very well organized by Sun Tourism, Pune. All the transfers and event tickets were really smooth. A special thanks to Ms. Shravani

The tour was well planned. Our tour manager Nishita San took care of everyone and everything. The hotels were excellent with all modern facilities right from the toiletries to the gadgets like mobile charger etc. The breakfast spread was lavish. Nishita San made adjustments wherever needed. The Bullet train experience was unique for Senior citizens like us. My only complaint is that we did not get chance to taste the local cuisine. Hope it will be taken care of in future. We will be happy to do tours in future if similar facilities are available. My suggestion is try an Antartica tour.

This was my first tour with Sun Tourism and we visited Nepal. My wife and myself were happy with the arrangements provided by Sun Tourism. Each individual was seen that he is made comfortable, as far as stay, food and travel was concerned. Special mention about our Tour Manager Mr Prasadh, who was keen to check on all of us Sr Citizens, and see to it that we enjoy the trip. Three cheers to Sun Tourism, for arranging such a nice tour.

नैनिताल मसुरी जिम कॉर्बेट ची सहल आपणा सोबत केली. टूर मॅनेजर श्री अनुजजी व श्रेयस दोघांनीही उत्तम काळजी घेतली. संपूर्ण टूर मधे हॉटेल व्यवस्था उत्तम होती. तक्रार करण्या सारखे काहीही नाही. जिम कॉर्बेट ची जंगल सफारी पाऊस असल्याने कॅन्सल झाली होती परंतु आपल्या व्यवस्थापनाने दुसऱ्या दिवशी सकाळी आमची सफारी घडउन आणली तसेच परत येताना दिल्ली पुणे विमान रद्द झाले होते तरी आपण खूप कमी वेळात दुसऱ्या विमानाची व्यवस्था केली त्या बद्दल धन्यवाद.
पुढील काळातील ट्रीपही आपणासोबतच करू हे आश्र्वासित करतो.

Feedback for Rajasthan Tour (Tour Date: 27th October, 2022) :

The experience with Sun Travels was really awesome. The tour was well managed and planned. The overall arrangements for stay, food and local travel were nice. The Tour Manager (Pravin Daphal) is really a friendly person and managed everything so well. The Ghar se Ghar Tak initiative taken by Sun Travels is really a good one too. I would recommend everyone to plan your Tours with Sun Travels and make them memorable.

Hope less tour service provider no poper commitment no booking poper we 5 couple booked Thailand tour with them they booked 4 couple only on landing in phuket they send 60 yrs old lady as guide with us and she told us that she had booking of 8 people only after calling tour operator they done the booking of 10. After Reaching hotel recption say they have no booking in our name again called them. We have to stop for 1 hour and they made booking. We booked tour 2 month ago they have no popper booking done. Every where booking done after calling by outside. They have commeted us that we don’t have pay money in tour only we have to pay for water sport. Will travelling to phi Phi island guide demamd 400 batt (1000 rs) per person as national fee and 300 batt (700rs) for jamesbond island. They send us iternary containing canapy ride but at sight the opreater said they have not booked for us operater demand 300 batt per person we have call tour manager named tushar about it they made free for us when we have called him. After 3 day we traveled to phuket to bangkok by flight on air port the guide was ready but booking was 8 person
Again we called tour operator.we have requested for jain food and poper veg food they have booked for in Mumbai heaven pattya.in hotel veg and non veg on same table how would we eat there again we called them about food given by local tour operator then we suggest them jai jinendra hotel they made booking in that but when we called them we got very good food in jai jinendra hotel In pattya they booked hotel golden Beach which is 3 km from beach
The hotel have small room without poper light and bathroom. Bathroom have tub but no shower only tap.
In bangkok they booked hotel in shukmit and for eating food we have to go 4.5 km from hotel with no transfer offer by tour operator. They booked food in veg hotel india green but the the hotel management bring the food from another hotel and served us for 1 day on 2nd hotel management told us that they have no booking for us again we called them tour operator we have to stop for food half hour.there was filling like the have given us free tour. In bangkok we have booked for safari park and marine park on Monday but it closed. On every Monday the park is closed them they booked for us for dream world. They make Only big commitment no perfection in there work.greatly disappointed by ashok malik and tour manger tushar

We booked Rajasthan package from Sun tourism which was planned from 18th Nov to 23Nov 2022. I called Sun tourism on 15th Nov to get the 5 or 6 days package for Rajasthan and on the same day I got message from Snehal on my WhatsApp number and she shared all the details, itinerary and quotation for our tour. I had some important work after 25th Nov so I had very less time to confirm on our trip. Snehal was very proactive in this process. I shared the required details, documents to her and on the same day I paid the respective amount and we were ready for Rajasthan trip:)
One more point I would like to mention is their Ghar se Ghar tak scheme. Car will pick you from your home to airport and then airport to home. This is very convenient and has feel good factor.

All the locations mentioned on the itinerary was very good and covered most of the sights. Hotel/Haveli/Palace which was booked were really beautiful and pleasant.

Being our tour coordinator, Snehal was very responsive, she called me routinely to check if everything is going well. Our trip was very well organized and we are happy with this tour.

Only grief we have and very important one is regarding the Car and the Driver which was allotted to us. Driver was very arrogant and we had a unpleasant experience with him. His name is Vishal Singh Rathore and car number is RJ14TD1872 (Swift Dezire). He did not want to follow itinerary and wanted us to visit the places he wants to. Like a Hati Gaon, where they charge you Rs. 130 for entrance and whooping Rs. 1100 per person for 15-20 minutes of elephant ride.
On 22nd Nov when we were in Udaipur, we had some arguments with Driver and then Vishal (Driver) dropped us at our hotel and literally left us.on 23rd Nov, our flight was at 4: 30pm and Airport drop was scheduled. I immediately called Snheal and she was shocked due to this experience. She arranged a different car from another transport company and we were then managed to reach the Udaipur airport on next day.
If you are planning Rajasthan tour then PLEASE make sure that your drive is not Vishal and car is not the one I mentioned.car is also old and has lots of vibration. I even wonder if this driver has driving license or not.

It was the first time we toured with a Tourism company. It was a wonderful experience. The whole team of Sun Tourism ensured that all of us were comfortable and enjoy the tour and go home with fond memories.

We had a very good experience with Sun tourism for our Mauritius trip. They were with us from planning phase till we were back at home. They were always available on phone to help us out and even at night 2 am. All our requests were addressed promptly. Fantastic experience and we had to take a flight from mumbai. They had arranged very nice pick up and drop facility from our pune home. I am sure we will associate with them in future trips. They provide very well laid out plan day by day. We are happy with our Kerala trip arrangements by Sun Tourism. The best part of the trip was our helper, driver in Kerala, Roney. He was very professional, calm and have awesome knowledge about Kerala tourist venues. He also always took care of his car. We never saw him away from the car or he would always be near the car whenever we came off from our visits or activities. He was very calm whenever we asked him for detours or questions on our adhoc needs. He would never say No. He knows everything about Kerala the tour end time etc.

Now, about Snehal, our tour planner at Sun. She was always available to pickup our call or respond to messages. She even made sure that airport pickup is available in Pune at 3: 30 AM, when we returned. Overall 4 stars to this lovely tour.

1 star less because there were couple of hurdles which Sun tourism is aware of and we are hoping they will act on it soon Otherwise it was a great experience.

It was always our dream of travelling with some agency that takes into account our requirements, being senior citizens. Our first trip was to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Sri Lanka. Then we had a customised trip to Kullu Manali from New Delhi. Recently, without batting an eyelid we went for a third trip with them to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and all through SUN TOURIISM INTERNATIONALL PVT LTD. At every place we got the best hotels to stay & the best food to eat. They load you with dry healthy snacks for your entire tour. They also provide you with a cabin bag & a small handbag of a great quality akin to a pouch for carrying your documents like Passport, Visa, cards etc. The tour buses & cars are of high standards with no room to complain. Every aspect of travel is meticulously chalked out & followed scrouplessly. A dress code on certain day is also spelt out to add colour to your travel & life. At the appropriate places photographs are taken. They help you take good pics & also join with you in the pics to make your trip a memorable one. To help travellers they give good tips about the items that are worth buying & from where. Needless to say their staff/ team keeps a tab at whatever time of the day or night to check if we have cleared our customs, locate our vehicle for drop to our residence etc. Right from the time you are picked up from your residence to being dropped back home (ghar se ghar tak) you are on cloud nine in the safe hands of SUN. If you want to be carefree, sit back & just enjoy your trip, leave the worries to them. 'Ghar se Ghar taak' this idea is very good.
Me & my two sisters (senior citizens) prefered 'ghar se ghar tak' model & went on the tour. With perfect planing & execution the trip was an unforgetfull happy expierence. Stay, vehicles, tour guides were all splendid.
Before tour, during discussions at their office co-ordination between staff was very poor
which caused us problems
BUT
The memorable tour expierence negates that.
Kudos to Mr. Ashok Malik (Director Sun Tourism) for keeping the atmosphere of tour happy & cheerfull.

& food. Very humble and polite staff.

All the group was very homogeneous and all of us enjoyed the trip.

We three friends with family visited Dubai with sun mandali. It was well organized and all needs taken care right from pick up from residence till drop. The excellent thing was they knew when to start and when to reach to avoid crowds at tourist spot. My second trip was rajasthan with family. Overall experience was very satisfactory and would surely recommend others to give it a try. Value for money.

Just we had a family tour for Golden Triangle (Delhi-Aagra-Jaipur) arranged by Sun Tourism, Pune. We as a family it was a first tour and this tour was customised H2H (Home to Home) tour. We just wish to express that, it was a great and amazing experience for us as it was really well organized and well coordinated tour. All timings were followed as scheduled and all drivers were very cooperative. Considering custoer comfort as first priority, Tour Co-ordinator Sarika Kazade mam was always in touch with us to understand tour progress. But there are always Pros and Cons. Hotel accomodation provied for us in Aagra and Jaipur was very good including service but Hotel provided at Delhi is quiet uncomfortable. The hotel provided at delhi was situated in a prime location near by to tourists places and hotel service was also good, but the rooms of the hotel were too small. But Overall experience of the tour was Excellent and we enjoyed a lot. We really Thanks to Sun tourirm and specifically Sarika Kazade mam for all the support for making our tour Beautiful and Memorable.

Hatt's off to Sun tourism service. The service is not upto booking only but upto the customer reaches home safely with sweet memories. Also they provide us all reliable source which r essential as per us though that is not there job. They r always ready for any small querries raised by us with proper solutions without any negligience or negativity. I hard heard about there service but i hv personally experience it & will never forget.
Our group while coming back from Phuket, Indigo air line flight was cancelled without any intimation. Our air ticket agent was from Poona & shown his inactiveness. I then just intimated sun tourism. To night sun tourism team continuosly being in touch with me updated finally that through indigo airlines we were transfered to other flight. When we were leaving other stucked passengers were looking at us that how fast there tourism had helped them. So we reached home on time safely & without any extra overheads.

Some key highlight of the trip from my side.
First of all ‘Ghar se Ghar tak’ which was the first thing which made us go with Sun Tourism. It is very convenient.
The booking process was also very easy. Samiksha clarified all the queries instantly with minimum paperwork. We could do the whole booking process without visiting the office.
The pre-meet was very helpful. They had good practical points to be considered.
On the tour as well all the staff was very friendly and caring. Ours was a group of mostly senior citizens and Rishikesh took very good care of us. He was very polite and kept checking on us regularly.
The accommodations were very nice and comfortable.
Overall it was a very well managed trip.

We booked the Combodia tour.
We were picked up at the airport on time by our driver and guide, for the next two days. We were brought to our hotel. We could choose to just relax or start the tour immediately. I decided to visit first destination. Our guide had great knowledge and his English was good.
The first evening dinner was included: a buffet dinner. Meanwhile we could enjoy a Cambodian show. Afterwards the driver brought us back to the hotel.
The next day we got up very early to see by sunrise. A must-do!
Afterwards we got back to the hotel to have breakfast (included) but if we wanted we could have had it elsewhere as well but my son loves a more indian breakfast, therefor we had it a the hotel.
We visit two more tempels. Also waterfall
We had lunch (included) in a place near one of the tempels.
In the evening our guide arranged a vehicle to bring us to the hotel
The last days we enjoyed alot.
The guide brought us back to the airport safely and with comfort.
