Sunny's World

Very bad. I went there as it was my picnic. The water was not clean and the maintenance was poor. Doesn't recommend anyone to go there.

Over hyped place. The ground coverage is large but the place is not properly utilized. The activities taken by instructors (specific to the one assigned to my group) were boring and waste of time as he could not control the crowd and wasted our time making us count like children's. With so much area we thought the activities would be vast but that too was not TRUE.

Good place for a 1-2 day trip, the adventure rides and other activities are quite good. The safety gears need little maintenance check. The price is also quite affordable.

Very bad experience. No facility available in sunnys world only 2 to 3 activity available. No indoor activities available. Services is poor. Nashta & Lunch taste is not so good. Very costly. Not worth for the money.

Rooms are not as good as shown on the website. They are not Neet and clean.there is no response from the phone which is kept in the room you have to always call on some cell phone number then only a person will come and respond. There is nothing called as room service. Breakfast and Jain food both are pathetic.

It's great place amid city and nearby escaped though some of the rides needs maintenance. Food taste is also good

We went for a corporate outing. Had horrendous experience. Most of the rides/adventure activities they've mentioned in their website were in-operational/non-functioning. Only a rappelling, zip-line and few uninteresting activities were there.

Pluses:
1) Food was indeed good.
2) Nature around was bliss-full. Feels meditative. Good for a trekk/hike.
3) Accommodation was decent. Much better than expected.

Negs:
1) Almost all adventure activities/rides (In-operational/non-functioning)
2) The water dispensers around were grim/untidy (So of course had to buy water bottles labelled 25/- for 49/- from their kitchen)
3) Years-old speaker systems installed around sound like howling, and will give migraine

Overall I can give only 1 star due to their false advt.and for giving me a migraine from ear-splitting speakers

The property is huge but not well maintained. We went for a corporate outing and we regretted choosing Sunny's World over an exclusive access package of a gaming arena, seeing all positive reviews. Only good part is food, if you're lucky to get it.
We were a group of 100 people and selected their best breakfast buffet package. They didn't have enough food and many of my colleagues had to eat only idli and bread. Felt very disappointed. The adventure rides have a huge queue so no matter how much you pay you get to be in the queue for 1-2 hours.
In package they mention 20 names but on the ground you get 4-5 with huge queues.
Overall a bitter experience, after paying such a huge amount.

Worst place to visit,
One of the ride was faulty and a lady rider got hit on her nose and was bleeding but fortunately she was fine and taken to hospital.

Please do not go there!

It's great experience in Sunny' world in reasonable price. I booked half day adventure for both daughters and they enjoyed thoroughly. Kishor Sir helped, guided and mentored to kids for all safety precautions. Food quality and quantity is also good. Overall fantastic experience.

Giant swing was really good. I really loved it. Mr. Shankar was really great while explaining us about all the activities. We really had a good time in sunny’s world.

We had good rooms but no hot water and the attendants were not very responsive or even available. While the resort is in a good location on the top of a hill, the service needs to be better to ensure customers have all their needs met and are informed about the services.

We conducted a team offsite event from 06 Nov to 10 Nov. Our sincere gratitude to Sunnys world for immaculate execution of our this event. Everything from checkin experience, food, event organization, adventure, rooms, bonfire to checkout was awesome. You have given us a memorable experience by going beyond what was necessary to make our stay special.

The location of the place is good in the mountains and away from city and nice activities.
I had come to this place for a company party with a large group on a weekday and the experience was average.

Activities: Here they have good variety of activities and can enjoy all of it along with nice and helpful staff guiding us through the activity.

Food: This was a bit disappointment so restricting my rating to 3. In the morning breakfast we were served very hard idlis that too cold and the sambar was worst. As it had only water in it no daal nor the veggies. I wonder why they called it sambar. Idlis were so hard that while breaking each idli we were scared whether the plate would not have broken for the force applied to break the idlis. Chutney served with it was ok.
Pohe was also served with it and it was average.
Lunch: The buffet lunch was also average and not the worth for which it was priced at. It had Manchurian for starters, green salad, raita, mixed veg, roti, daal and rice. Ice-cream and gulab jamun for dessert. All was average.
We also took non veg ala carte which had Rava fry and tava fry surmai which was surprisingly good topped with roasted garlic which I saw this for the first time and was tasty. Also took chicken handi which was average.
High tea and snacks included bhaji and tea with biscuits. Bhaji was also not good as they forgot to put salt in it, how can they be so careless in the simplest things. I will not recommend food here.

Food was average and prices were expensive for that kind of food.

I would recommend to come and enjoy the activities here and the environment and have your food somewhere else.:)

I go for badminton here. Court is nice but it's never clean and light arrangements can be better

Number share on website is of sales room but did not get proper details and incorrect information hence I need to paid extra. Few activities are damaged and broken and few ware closed. I believe please should go for half day package as you can complete all activities within 3 to 4 hours for family. Food quality is good. Staff is helpful and caring.

Need to increase number of toilets and urinals as there are only 2 toilet with poor locking door for 10k capacity Lawn

We really enjoyed the time here, rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is very friendly. Food at the resto is very tasty!

Food is pathetic. Not worth money. No clue on how to cook which dish. Service very poor. Only view is nice. I highly discourage people to use Sunny world. It is waste of money. They charge huge but have no clue on service and hospitality.

Attended a wedding here with pre marriage ceremonies. Some of the food offered was horrible, and the service of the management is just outrightly bad.

We booked the place for a wedding, and it was a bad experience.
The wedding venue was mismanaged. The decorations weren't as per promised. The staff was inattentive. The plates in which food was served were not cleaned properly, they had food remains of the previous times. The food was not even tasty. The desserts were over too quickly and the staff had a rude response when asked.
The rooms weren't up to the mark. The blanket was dirty and had blood stains on it.
The restaurant gave no room service after being reminded three times.
For a place that charged so much and was hyped to no ends, this was not a value for money at all. We were left disappointed.

We ordered butter chicken it was full of oil, then we ordered malai kofta the kofta was actually gulab jamun balls (balls before frying) malai was horrible.food taste is horrible, will never visit again, not recommended

Excellent place in the heart of Pune City. It's spread across 100 acres and has multiple activities for all age groups. Great service good food and unbeatable view!

Our trip was a wonderful and the activity of outdoor games were very good especially kids enjoyed it very much. A. Good place for hangout.

Sunnys world is one great thought, it only lacks the execution behind the great thought only from the stay point of view.the rooms felt overpriced, because the adventure activities weren't included in the room tariff and also "luxury" is not upto the standards of luxury. The location is mesmerising and the adventure activities are really good with great trained professionals to support.

We thoroughly enjoyed the adventure activities whilst our stay here.the rooms were good but reuqired lot of initial cleaning.the room which we stayed in had little leakage problem due to the excessive rains.however the location really let us forget everything else

We visited the place today.buffet was worsed, specially fish items are so bad in taste.buffet surrounding are not very cleaned restaurants persons not wearing mask also. After taking food with in a hour indigestion started.for restaurants purpose it was pathetic, not worth to pay additional service charges they are taking.

Very nice and cooperative staff especially Ganesh Rajputs has an outstanding customer dealing. Rooms and facilities, pool, golf carts for local travel inside Sunny World is an excellent idea.

I went to Sunny's for my Birthday celebration. Super mesmerized by the location and welcoming nature of staffs were quite overwhelming. Special thanks to Akash, who was our one point of contact for each and every service requirements.very humble and supportive.
The rooms were really cozy, comfortable and spacious, filled with all basics amenities.
Enjoyed my stay there. This birthday will be quite memorable.

It was a great experience staying with Sunnys world. Excellent service given by reception staff Aakash he was very professional and courteous. Food was good. Housekeeping need to improve. Topaz has great view and restaurant has nice ambiance. Enjoyed in nature’s lap. It could be better if reception staff ganesh had look after some issues in professional way.

The glass tents have the best view of the city and the mountains, we visited during rainy season so the greenery, they have planted loads of beautiful plants and trees that just adds to the beauty. It is a huge property with loads of places, there are golf carts roaming around to give you a lift. The cleanliness is great. Even the restaurant is at a very beautiful place with a view, the food was also very tasty but the only drawback was that they don't deliver the food to your rooms, you have to go to the restaurant.

Overall very nice, rooms neat and clean, food is good, activities for all, overall good for family stay and kids friendly, cordial staff, interesting thing is 'buggy' ride to room and back, properly maintained property,

Went to the adventure park in Sunny's world on Daughter's day. It was an amazing experience specially for my daughter on zip line and free fall.the staff there is polite and quite cooperative. Worth every penny u pay.
Just missed on the aquamarine park there as it was closed due to covid precautions.

The final word. We, the whole family, will visit it again soon.

This place amazed me in more ways than i can pen down. The Resort itself is gorgeous with comfortable rooms, amazing recreational area, clean beautiful pools, and interesting outdoor activities for elders and kids. The Staff are very cooperative and helpful. They provide a great spread in terms of food without compromising on the taste. All in all I would like to thank the management for hosting an exceptional stay.

I visited this place for conference with my team of 17 members. They have very good conference hall with all required amenities in hall and whichever extra things required were provided to us. Specially Mr. Ganesh Rajput is a helpful person and have managed everything timely & professionally. Will definitely prefer Sunny's world for our next meetings.

We had a gr8 experience and completely loved it.from food to the service of waiters everything was excellent still it is under construction but once done it will b one sided.even the activities are reasonably priced.its fun to go in group wid family n specially kids friendly.

Have visited this place with my family in month of February. This is huge place and ample of parking available on top of the hill.

We went for their buffet.a great spread of starters and salads. Food was fine, nothing much to complain about.

It was good food with good ambience place. They have one small recreation room with foosball table, carrom board and pool table. Post lunch we enjoyed with other guests.

All the staffs and executives were really very helpful and made sure that we adhere to the government guidelines, whether it be proper sanitization or maintaining social distance during marriage function.

Really, it was an exceptional service and cooperation from Sunny's World that I experienced and must say that this can be an ideal benchmark for the hospitality industry.

Nice and calm evening place. One day on hill top with all modern facility. The price in the restaurant is normal. Continental and brunch are the best options

2 star only for the nice rooms to stay. My stay covered all the meals for us.
Food is average and does not justify the high pricing. It was just a normal buffet with very limited variety.
Had a real bad experience at the restaurant during evening tea. The waiter came to take order after 15 minutes when only 2-3 tables were occupied. Getting tea took another 20 mins. When we raised the concern the waiter unabashedly argued that you have waited only for 20 minutes without even acknowledging the delay. Let alone apologising for the delay he started arguing rudely.
Not hoping to return here.

It's a nicely located place close to the city. There are many things to do and definitely a must try if you are in Pune.

We went here for an office outing and did adventure sports. The event was very well organised by the resort management. The adventure sports were really good.

Gud team building activities. Shuld go during winter time else u wuld feel exhausted as it is too big take required package as per ur needs have gud rooms and can also relax as a weekend off. Only off for me is the road to travel along with heavy construction near the site

Worst service.
Only thing good abt this place is the surrounding greenery. Other than this there is nothing great abt this place. We stayed in glass tents which had a good view but there was no room service. Activities are limited as well. There is only one car which takes u to the restaurant / service desk and is unavailable many times. Ruby Hill top restaurant is the only restaurant here with average food taste.

Its a very lovely place to enjoy weekends and party with friends and family. There services are also good and up to the mark

A good place for adventure activities within the vicinity of city. Its located on the road from Sus gaon to Hinjewadi phase 3. The place also has restaurant and rooms for stay. You can buy package of adventure activities and food for full day or half day. Suitable for both family and corporate outing. An enjoyable place overall. The food is ok ok, mainly good for adventures.

Pls don't do a mistake by writing it as luxury.it's not even L of it.
List of demerits: -
1) Broken, defective wheelchair for senior citizens or handicap
2) Poor housekeeping as inside ur glass tents many cobwebs, dirt is visible
3) Slow room service, lack of proactive staff.
4) Frequency of golf cart is less.
5) Breakfast counter starts closing too fast without knowing customers are having their brunch.
6) Few entertaining activities
7) Loads of fake promises by your staff you have this adventure that, manmade waterfall.but they don't open it as this mediocre resort doesn't have water or electricity.
8) It still require lot of maintenance and more activities as you are charging heavily for nothing.

Customer centric. Loud DJ till 10: 45 PM. Headache living near.

Enjoyed only the base facility, a open lawn space and air conditioned hall. Huge place.neatly arranged.ample space for parking.scenic view.

A great to visit. I have been to this place at dinner time earlier but i actually relished when i went at tea time. This place is having epic and magnificent view. The cool breeze adds extra flavour to the tea. Talking about food - again its a big yes for that. My special fav is potato wedges and pizza.

This place is at the hill top. Astonishing and exuberant scenario from the restaurant. Buffet system is available. Good place to hangout with family and friends.

We visited Sunny’s world on occasion of new year 2018, couple entry was 2000/- with food (dinner). Party was good but no food.: - (Above all Isha Gupta din’t arrived on that evening.

Huge hill top resort, one can enjoy excellent night sigh of hinjwadi.even good for star gazing.

Fantastic place to spend time with family and friends, very nice ambiance at the hill top, cool breeze, good food. Rooms are spacious and amenities are good. Staff is supportive as well. Overall good place.

Located on the hill top with nice view alogwith the dinner, games are there snooker, fusball, chess etc, the road to get there from pashan is worst.

The place does as advertised. The only glitch is that they do not give room service. Otherwise its a good place for rest and recreation

Huge area. Newly developed. Awesome for parties, marriages, corporate get together, seminars. Nice and huge halls. Well maintained lawns. The approach road is not yet done properly but once you are inside, you can enjoy. Good for a get away with family and friends. People of all age groups can indulge in various activities available inside the facility.

Still under construction, hope they will create better place.

I visited restaurant called ruby hill top, food was nothing special, services was too average.
They should improve with time

2.wheelchair provided has broken footrest
3.manmade waterfall not in working order/not made available to view by visitors
4.intercomes not provided with numbers of urgent use by visiting residents

Very poor infrastructure. No signboards anywhere inside the resort. Not enough buggies to run the long distances. Lost and disinterested, disillusioned staff. Absolutely not for children and senior citizens.way overpriced for 8000 a night, where the tents have no room service, the restaurant is a mile away and there is no hot water in the room. Poor approach road to the resort. Just one running shambolic restaurant with sub standard service. Nandan Maiti the restaurant manager deserves special mention for being surprisingly rude and irritated to whoever comes his way! My fault I happened to cross his path!
