Sunrise Hill Resort Khandala Lonavala

If there is a option to give rating in minus than i will give it as -100. No proper cleaning of room.
Bedsheet are dirty. Over charged as compared to service.

Room is like a dharmshala but they charged 5000.even it is not worth it to pay 500 rs. Filthy smell is in the room. Bedsheet is dirty with filthy smell.

So so disappointed… I am putting question on Makemytrip. Do you guys even check the property before posting it on your portal.complete waste of money.pics attached with these feedback talks a lot.now talking about employees they just listen.don’t act. I shared the feedback immediately I saw the room but they did nothing except sending toilet paper. Bath tub is just yuck.asked for bucket with handle. Unheard… never got it after reminders too. So disappointed. Felt like m staying in old govt dharamshala.employees telling us about check out time even before checking in.just after asking for ID proof. I usually don’t share feedback but this was worst

Very unclean rooms.lots of insects. The staff is very rude and careless. Rooms are nothing like the photos. It is very old, stinking and small. The floor is sticky, bed sheets are old and torn. Horrible stay. Pls improve your service! Food was okay.

Good resort with delicious food. Location is best in class where you can see few celebrities bunglow at walkin distance.

It's Ok compared to price they charge. Location wise it's nice location but rooms are not fresh they are just Ok.

Average service and support from hotel staff as we were playing indoor games and having fun they told us very rudely not to make noise as they are getting disturb it is but obvious that sound will be there while playing games.also food doesn't taste that good, Room service was also poor it took minimum time of 40 minutes to serve you.

As per my suggestion please avoid this resort because the Reception Desk people are not groomed as per hospitality norms, I have stayed here for one day and believe me the whole time went in arguments rooms washbasins were choked, Behaviour of Staff is also very rude toward guests, over all not happy.

Nice place to stay, awesome view but difficult to find a little coz there are to many twist and turns in the way u have to go Marry go round neither great to stay

No parking, very old, out dated furniture, food very bad in taste, washrooms looks like old Govt toilets.

First of all lack of staff, which consequently leads to poor management and facilities. I literally have seen people to waiting on counter for meal either dinner & breakfast. In other word, running out of food. It was not just for one day by coincidence as we were there for almost 3 days. Several of AC are not working as broken part inside. Many more not mentioning here but to conclude, its average

Booking: it was mismanagement from their end we have to accommodate 16 adults 2 kids in 4 rooms as rooms were not available for 1st day.
Food: free breakfast is pathetic, always run out the food and quality was worse. If u ordered food then only it’s excellent
Cleanliness: it was ok, room services not done until u call and emphasis
Staff: Manager and management is soooo poor. Manager (day time) was very rude. Not coming before 11 and more of money oriented in case of extension required. We got over charged for the same.
Charges: miscalculation in charges at check-out, for few things they charged twice. So make sure to double check at check-out
Property: it is definitely requires renovation. Most of the ACs are broken. Basic things are not in good condition and beddings are so old n dirty.

Very underrated resort room smell to much no service very dirty pool overall very bad experience

This resort is very near from Mumbai so getting there is not so difficult. Situated in the hills of Khandala this resort gives very good view of hills and nature around. Very pocket friendly prices of stay and food. Food is very nice. Staff is very polite and friendly.no hidden charges at all. Swimming pool is very clean and the view around pool is really good.

Average property. View and location awesome. Food taste is also good. Though service is not upto the mark

The food is good, tasty needs improvement in cleaning and room disinfectant as many cockroach wear spotted the family room is spacious with bathtub, I loved it

The location is superb! The hotel is equipped with games, garden, Good food, swimming pool. The only problem is that the rooms are - 50% of what you see in the pictures. The rooms on the second floor is -70%. The staff was helpful.

Very bad experience. Not worth. Bad behavior and service of staff, it is same as local hotels.very bad food quality. Need to maintain each and everything.

Really nice place to visit with your family. The management is very nice they take care of there customers. Our car had some issues so they helped us to take it so that we can show it to the mechanic. The breakfast is not that nice but if your order something for dinner or lunch that’s made very nicely. There is a small pool also nice to chill out. The view from the room which are towards the pool is beautiful. I recently went there and it was a awesome weather every five minutes a slot of cloud comes towards us and we are gathered inside the cloud and then it moves again and just behind it another slot of clouds comes towards us. It’s was a awesome feeling being inside a cloud. Really enjoyed my stay. I would like if they improve there breakfast quality like there lunch and dinner.

It was a good place with carrom, table tennis and swimming pool. Rooms are okayish not so great. Service provided by them are quite good. Ambience is great. Food is average. One drawback of this place is it is on hills and there no street light on way to go outside it is completely dark, so if you are planning to go for dinner outside it is little risky.

We stayed in this hotel from 26/06/2021 to 28/06/2021, we had booked 4 rooms total nine guest, Our stay was very pleasant, rooms were neat and clean, food was excellent, two rooms had good mountain view, Restaurant was also good and view from there was really beautiful, Location of hotel is very pleasant and peaceful, Breakfast served was very good. Overall stay was very good and would like to visit again.

Location is good, food was okay, Room was good, curtains were bit dirty, one time visit. Can rate 6 out of 10. Cost of the room is high, only that's the issue

Room was stinking with cigarette smoke. Swiming pool not good. Child leg get cut due to broken tiles in pool. Flush in toilet not working properly. Less variety In breakfast. Service was not that good. Location was good and pleasent. Food was good.

It was a very bad experience, room electricity is very rubbish, unhygienic food, smelish room, I request you guys please dont come here for ur beautiful weekend, they showed good pics and actual experience is very bad, in delux room tv ic not working, ac remote is not working.

Vry poor management, lazzy staff, no accountilibity for guest, food quality average and too much delay to serve the order, and most important thing not single staff wear mask.

Good rooms and room service. Food taste and quality very good. Best thing u liked was the window view.

Stay was okay. Restaurant service is ok. Refrigerator is not working, you cannot have cold water. No refrigerator in the rooms.

Its excellent hotel, great rooms and service, great food, the view from the pool was awesome like most wake up and catch the sunrise.

Location is awesome as it is situated on hill top. One can have a panaromic view of khandala form window. Bathroom was little uncozy. Rest is upto mark

Kind off okay hotel for the price. Food isin't that good and rooms are also pretty old. On the good side its has a decent pool, amazing view as it is actually on hill top and has a play area with TT, pool and carom. Rooms also have amazing view.

Old property needs more good maintenance though located at very beautiful spot. Needs more competitive tariff to attract good crowd.

This is one of the best resort, i recommend to all once visit here it's very near to all point which is helpful for you.

Rooms are not as shown in make my trip website. The furniture and interior are of low quality brought from Sunday market. No continuous hot water, damaged bathroom locks and no separate kitchen for veg and non-veg. Bad flooring and poor ambience. Check rooms before check in and booking.

The place was decent for it's price. I chose this for the view & am happy with what it offered. Must mention the staff on the front desk, they are very humble & are always willing to help us with any concerns.
