Supreme Hotel

Worst hotel till date but due to unavoidable admin reasons, need to stay. The condition of rooms is pathetic. Dinner was putrid.hopefully breakfast is better. Staff is also slow. For such high price they do not provide anything equivalent to even OYO rooms. Only good part is distance to gateway but it hardly matters if max part of the day we have to stay in such hotel.

Room condition was smelling terribly, so dirty, bathroom condition was so bad, no hot water, no phone working, towel provided in room was torn, ask reception to change the room immediately, they changed it, but more or less same condition, somehow stayed in night and early morning vacant the room.not at all worth it to stay in such kind of hotels, charged around 3700 INR for a night, which was not at all worth it!

Food, breakfast and Everything was good. Only hotel staff who stay at night time they are not good like 1 to 2 person.

Room are packed with no ventilation. You will find a stinky smell when you enter room first time. There should be ventilation in every room. Also, morning breakfast menu can have more option.

Very good hotel, Hotel stuff also very good behaviour. Hotel room and washroom was very good. Breakfast free for hotel guest and foods very testy. Hotel cost is not very costly.

Average hotel but overpriced. Food is ok type. Wont recommend for people expecting class in services. Mostly occupied by corp tie up clients. So they dont bother much about services and comfort level.

Nice place for corporate stay. Awesome breakfast and staff here will treat you gr8 not hifi but as guest at home. Awesome experience. I must mention name of mr HAPPY. He is a guy who is at the entrance. And as his name he is always happy and makes you feel happy.

I stayed at this hotel this month itself. I was fooled by the reviews posted over all the websites that hotel is clean and food is good. But I one really want to go for an honest review kindly do not stay in room like this. The rooms are super unclean. Their were cobwebs in room, room was full of dust and pungent smell like a sulphur bomb blasted in the room. I had the most pathetic experience of my life staying there.

On the bright side. The hotel is very clean.but it's kind of expensive compared to other hotels in the area.and workers have weak English.it takes you forever to explain what you need.

Badly maintained bathrooms and very mediocre rooms, dining hall is next to some drainage i guess it stinks.highly priced for a very very mediocre stay

The place was advertised on the OYO app as being couple friendly but they denied us check-in after having paid online because they said it's only for "Married couples", while spending an hour with Oyo customer care trying to resolve the issue, peeked into the rooms that were being turned over, rooms were small and poorly kept, 5 guests in the span of an hour came down to the reception to fight about various aspects of the room, we were denied a refund and later shifted to a hotel 20kms away and ended up spending hours in transit and got to the other hotel exhausted (we had to pay more there as well) wasted day and dissapointed.

Room are clean.in affordable price u can have good feel. Staff is very cooperative.breakfast was also good.

Awful hotel. They publicise themselves as a couple-friendly hotel but we were denied check-in on grounds of being unmarried. Moreover, they were trying to intimidate us by threatening to call the cops (it is NOT illegal to stay with your partner anyway). They also had a bouncer to kick people out specifically unmarried couples. We had a very straight forward conversation with them yet they tried to threaten us subtly.

Dirty linen, small rooms, hair in food.callous staff who didn't care if everything was dirty.stay away from this place

Comfortable stay but the remotes of AC and TV didn’t work. No doormats. Towels and Toiletries weren’t given. Also though oyo says this place is couple friendly it isn’t.

Reception is o. K, bathrooms are not very clean, house keeping service is not very efficient, breakfast is so so.

Ambience is also just o. K, No reserved parking for guests.

Room was spacious but bathroom not cleaned properly, if wiper and tissue roll can be provided, it will be of great help. But overall the hotel is good

Good location, easy to find, room service needs to be improved a lot, they should add more variety of products to their breakfast, overall rooms were good, bathroom fitting and fixtures needs repairs, should provide newspaper in rooms, little things that can be done to improve overall standard without much expenditure.

Badest place in the world so dirty rooms dharavis slum is cleaner than supreme hotel miss behavior by reception staff he had no manner how to behave with guest. Never never never never chose this hotal for stay

These are big time cheaters. Be very careful when you are in this hotel. They charged me Rs. 12792 instead of Rs. 2664 saying that it is a technical error. They promised me to return the money and but they never did it.

Worst experience ever, the room was not asshown on photograph, very dirty and old room, no tv setupbox, no intercom, nither switch board are in working condition, in night there are mouses running in celing, bathroom ventilation is open no any provision in it, never go for it

There is always confusion between the online booking and hotel staff, instead of confirmed booking hotel staff argued that they cancelled the booking. All this happens without any email or any info, traveller suffers. Call the hotel staff prior to making any online booking as that will be very helpful.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We checked into the room and immediately left as the room was inhabitable. There were stains everywhere on the bed sheets and pillowcases. There was food and trash underneath the bed. There were no towels in the room. When we finally got them, they were stained. No hot water. Hallway floors were dirty. My sheets and everything in the room felt damp. There was a bed bug in my bed, luckily I didn’t lay down. Overall, it was not worth the savings in money when the Hotel President is across the street and only a bit more expensive. You get what you pay for so be cautious of this hotel. Upon coming downstairs to ask for a refund so we could go to a different hotel, they refused to provide it to us and gave us a response that felt as though was given many times prior to other guests. You may as well sleep outside.

Awesome location, awesome hotel staff and food offering as breakfast is very good. They also have a common sitting area near the reception where you can read different newspaper. They also have WiFi service for the hotel guests. Overall it is a nice place to stay. Room is also very good, Giving 4 star for awesome staff, cleanliness & good food. Room

A very pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, hygiene was maintained. The staff is polite. The HM Mishkat Ansari was very helpful, she made an extra effort to make my stay more comfortable.

Rooms are not very big but clean, location is good, breakfast needs improvement.
Near to Gateway of India. One can enjoy walking to Gateway through the lanes of colaba area.

Overly priced! No fridge in the room to keep water etc. No glass plates paper towels provided. Service staff was dumb. Requested for 3 set of glasses, dinner plates and spoons for my visiting friends, got 2 only.

Location advantage pretty close to Nariman point, small room rent on the higher side, TV with hatway limited choice to watch, wash room kept neat, toilet accessories not kept, stay for a day is ok. One has to think wise or it is otherwise

Had to take this hotel due to no other option available but at the same time I am thankful they gave me a place to stay as Mumbai had no hotels available that day. Basic amenities in room were missing. Too cramped bathroom and toilet (if you are on slightly healthier side.you have a serious problem my friend;) ). Rooms are just ok kinds.

Its not one of the best but is surely is value for money, one can find best deals from oyorooms app, I had mixed feelings before making the bookings as there was so many negative reviews regarding smelling rooms and stuff so I decided to check the rooms personally before I make bookings and I found it fine so I stayed there. Staff surely needs some improvement but they are not that bad. Next time if I am staying in the same are I surely will check the rates and if they are as competitive as this time I wouldn't mind to stay at the same place.
