Supreme Hotel

Room service food is good. But the complementary breakfast is horrible. Almost nothing is edible.

Pros: . Hotel Supreme has made my stay memorable. Staff is very nice and humble. Staff in restaurant section are too good and very nice. I love the food. Definitely recommend my family and friends to stay here. ️️️
Cons: Nothing.

Very ordinary hotel for the price point. In fact a nothing hotel. Basics compromised. Have shared feedback directly. They need to invest to provide better quality service given the huge numbers of service apartments in the vicinity who provide similar services at much lesser cost.

It's a pretty place with clean rooms. The rooms are quite spacious. They have a great restaurant. The breakfast buffet was fulfilling. They had a variety of items in the complementary breakfast. The room service is fast and the staff is extremely polite.

We stayed there for 10 days, as our home next door was under renovation at the time and was unlivable.
Room was excellent for a business class hotel.
Breakfast (included in the tariff) was awesome.
The staff in restaurant were all very nice and supportive. Overall food quality is excellent.
We however had a serious issue with the room entry card which malfunctioned several times every day and had to be reactivated by the Reception desk. It was a huge irritant.
There is some room for improvement in housekeeping.

A nice hotel in a very quite neighbourhood. Very good location, not very far from popular bars and restaurants. The rooms were clean and quite big. Good reception staff. The breakfast buffet was in their restaurant. Parking is available.

Very frustrating experience.actually hotel is very good but the staff and the management is not at all good, I did a mistake booking here.very rude behaviour of some of their staff.they even didn’t know how to deal with the customers.very pathetic experience I have ever seen in my life.

The hotel is very good. Quality food and service and with reasonable cost. I stayed there for 3 days and it was amazing.

Worst Experience.
At the time of booking, they will show we will provide you King Size Bed but when you will reach hotel for check in than they will say no king size bed is available.please manage with us.if we tell to cancel the booking than they will say, refund is not in our hand.

Very bad facilities and they are not responsible for the customer issues.if any customer suggest something then they are not ready to change their system. Manager level person are talking as like watchmen.
For the corporate customer please never prefer this hotel. Their billing system just like fool and no one can understand.if you stay 1 one day then they will mentions 0 days and you have to pay for one day.how its possible.they are mentions wrong check out time.bcz their manager will come at 9: 30 AM so he will make bill and send to you at 1: 30 after of many follow up.

All ok but hot water is available only in the morning. You check in the evening after travels through out the day and you cannot take hot shower. Location is really nice.

Good stay. Well furnished and well equipped rooms.location is very good. Very peaceful and calm area. There is even a jogger's park just behind this hotel. You get variety of restaurent options in this locality. Staff was very polite and humble. The only thing which is little bit annoying is their wifi password is timed for each session. It gets timedout everytime you go outside your room or you off it. You require new credentials from the hotel staff for enabling wifi.

Clean rooms, spacious, great location. Can improve on amneties and food options. Hot water is only provided for few hrs in morning.

The serene n peaceful location itself gives a 5 star rating to this place. If u are looking for a posh sophisticated stay this is just the place u want. The hotel staff and housekeeping are amazing and react spontaneously to any issues if any. If u are visiting Pune Hotel Supreme is where u need to stay.

Great ambience, friendly staff. Clean rooms. Calm and peaceful location is the core highlight. Near to airport but away from city rush. Have a peaceful stay.

We were there for wedding. Think thrice before checking in this hotel. They are cheaters. They will impose huge fine at the time of check out. They fined me Rs 2100.

Excellent hotel. Vineet is a very humble and friendly person. If the hotel ever lets him go, I would accept him with open arms. I can’t find a better marketable guy than him.

Firstly, it's a three star hotel with a restaurant and free parking. You got only two options in room selection i.e. Superior and Luxury room. I went with the superior room and it's well furnished with the modern bathroom and must be around 300 sq.ft. Room service was on the call and I really appreciate them, every day you get your room cleaned with fresh towels and toiletries. The staff was very polite and helpful in every situation, available on call 24/7 so you just need to call 100 (on room's landline) for the front desk and they are there to help you with the problem. The hotel was on the good location with a calm peaceful neighbourhood. You must try Hotel Supreme Heritage if you are in a couple.

Quiet place and decent food. Amazed at how inexpensive everything was as well. Although the two for one draught beer special.the beer itself Bira i wouldnt go for that one again.

Worst staff behaviour As booked the hotel. When reached the front desk the lady says you can not check in as the checkin as the checkin time is 2pm.i reached the hotel by 1.30. Seems the front desk lady is the owner of the hotel not atall worth spending your hard earned money. Please dont waste ua money. Many more options.

3 star place offering great value in a upscale neighborhood of Pune.

Nice cozy hotel in centre of Kalyani Nagar residential area. Well appointed rooms, good breakfast at in house restaurant. Value for money.

Perfect hotel for relaxing, main advantage is its situated in prime area frm were all happening clubs n cafe's are near by

They don't provide GST invoice on their letter head. They just give an invoice with their GST no and not the party's GST no.
Careful if you are a corporate traveller.

Hotel is Good, Connecting to Koregoan Park and Magarpatta is easy. Good connecting to Airport as well

Convenient location at an honest price
The hotel is about 5-7 kms from the airport and is located inside a residential area providing you complete privacy from the hustle-bustle of city life

The rooms are large enough with decent ambiance and I am sure you will not have any complaint. I am actually surprised by the ranking at Tripadvisor and I guess it would only get better over time

The staff are not the best trained as a 5 star hotel but they are extremely helpful and warm which scores over their few inabilities, which I overlooked.

The breakfast was not something great but it had all you need to start your day. I must say this hotel will surely be in my wish list at Pune for a long time

Room size are comfortable. Especially the suit is very bid with bar area, sofa and working area. There is tub but they do not keep dental kit ect. All you need to request if you need and bathroom should have been more modern.

Okayish budget property good for short or a night kind of stay, does the job, breakfast spread needs improvement.

Only basic level amenities are available. Breakfast spread is inadequate at best. Rooms are clean and tidy.

Considering the location 'kalyani Nagar' it is affordable & appropriately charged. Hotel staff helps when asked. Breakfast has sufficient options. I liked the location. Food is good. My stay was comfortable, I asked if I needed anything.

It's a good bussiness hotel. Rooms are well maintained & located just 4-5 kms from Airport. But limited food varieties/options offered by restaurant.

Very good hotel to stay, the staff is good, rooms are clean and the food is very good but food is somewhat costly.

Clean rooms and helpful staff. But you need to be clear bout bedding before you check in as we found two seperate beds were kept rather having a master bed.
They have their own restaurant and have descent food and services.
They have their own bar too.
Good point is that kalayni nagar market is next to it with good options of restaurants and a multiplex for entertainment and shopping.
Airport is only 10 min away.

Decent stay for the price I paid. Walking distance from kalyani nagar. Rooms are comfortable as well. No issues as such with the stay

Hotel room, bathroom, services, staff, tariff, everything was very good. Affordable and cleanliness was at par. We selected room with complimentary breakfast. Except for morning breakfast, food tasted delicious. We also called for lunch and dinner, the food was delicious. Rates are reasonable too. The only thing I feel they should take care of is complimentary breakfast. Very less options as compared to other hotels in same tariff. And breakfast wasn't upto the mark. Need to work on breakfast menu and taste. But otherwise lunch and dinner were surprisingly so so tasty. Rooms were clean and amenities were more than expected. Overall great experience. Would recommend this. Budget friendly.

Its a good hotel and really well organised.the management and the food service its very nice and they provide breakfast with stay and the quality is also good.all the basic amenities are available in the hotel room.its also great to do a photo shoot as the lighting is proper and also has a big glass window for natural light.the bathroom is also well designed with movable mirrors and every room has a safe to keep your valuables and its not too expensive.just book your rooms with some app to get good discounts

I had visited this place previously and had a good time so I booked this place again. BIG MISTAKE. It started off right when I checked in, no one was available at reception, I had to wait for some time for some one to appear. On entering the room I saw that bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty, on calling the front desk to confirm if it can be changed, I was asked if I have made them dirty! Even after the change that was provided wasn't any better. The AC wasn't cooling properly and on inquiring about it I was informed that it will take an hour for it to start cooling. The complementary breakfast and WiFi are a joke that is provided here. Vegetarian food is marginally good; staff is not trained AT ALL. If you stay here DO NOT EXPECT ANY KIND OF SERVICE HERE. SUGGESTIONS, DO NOT STAY HERE.

A centrally located hotel with quick access to all important areas on the city. I visited this hotel with my friends for a dinner and liked the food served though the service speed can be improved. Overall, a decent experience.

Bad rooms,
I asked for GST bills and they refused!
When I told Water isn’t coming in their washroom and AC wasn’t working. Reception lady is like “meh”
