Pathetic. Owner not taking responsibility promptly and was very greedy for money.
We started our travel to Mahabaleshwar at 06: 45am on 16 May 2022 in a dirty vehicle (Oldest model Toyota Innova Cresta) inside and outside. The Owner promised to clean the vehicle within one hour of the journey, the vehicle was finally cleaned the next day only. No one and even the driver took no responsibility of cleaning the vehicle considering there are passengers going to sit inside. Also all the tyres in the vehicle was of poor condition and we experienced a puncture on the way.
I recommend any travellers to first clarify the cleaniness of the vehicle, condition of vehicle and tyres before even paying advance/starting journey.
