Dont travel through syndicate.it takes lot of time to rich.i travelled Osmanabad to vashi Mumbai it takes complete 12 hrs so please don't travel

Not single Amenity was available in bus. The reading light was not working, no pillow and bed sheet was provided.
Worst traveling experience ever.

Worst experience ever, 4 people were drinking alcohol inside the bus while traveling and staff were not stopping them and they were abusing staff as well as people's travelling in the bus, but still staff was not taking promt action against them at all.i think syndicate travel is not safe for womens at all as they allowing peoples to drink alcohol inside the bus also.it was really frustrating and unacceptable at all.

Don't go by this travel. I am now in the bus. Driver is very rude and stop at all spots in between to take passangers.allready bus is late by 3 hrs for no reason.from thane to nashik bus took 5 hrs with empty road. 2,3 more customers were also fighting with driver.bus is also not clean

Bus is overall good but the employees are not nice. Even charging point was off whole trip and we asked they denied.

Not to book ticket of this company
buses at all. Worse.very bad service.fraud traveling company
On end moment bus are cancelled.not trustworthy service and even ticket amount is not refunded
Legal action should be taken against company

No choice for minus would have given.shirdi to nasik they told us bus will star at 12 it started at 1: 15, dropping.person told me Will drop on Bombay highway near pathardi.then he turned out and dropped at dwarka.very rude and cheaters staff

The worst travels you will ever experience. Rude staff, bad quality bus, no punctuality, no communications about timings. The driver is rude staff even more and no accountability whatsoever. They charge you 1400 a ticket but the services are not even worth a penny. Do not Travel by this bus under any circumstances

Travel is the best travel and but also that there are Mumbai to Dhule going to drivers are very lazy and also is a first driver to Mumbai to Nasik there are very close and in a ghats in a very speed to drive in a Ghat road

It was the worst Experience with Syndicate Tours and Travels the Bus Was good but the Windows were not clean, cleanliness was a bit compromised over here. I traveled many times but nowadays this is happening regularly the non AC bus was so dirty and it was so dirty, The AC bus was a bit good but the windows here were also a bit dirty.

24 th October dharangaon to thane at time of travels your bus staff at time of dropping not anocing drop point my drop wil be mulund and staff will be drop the chembur and ledis staff travels very rudly behavior staff

Worst service, sleeper seats are not clean properly, charging point also not working, rackless driving doesnt care back seat passenger, dont mind divider on road, people got back pain.and they charged highly amount dont know why

My boarding time is 12 am.
It as been 1.30 am but still my bus not arrived. Worst transport.

The Service of Bus is Too third Grade and The Contact person of Mr Mihir's Language is very bad and harsh he is not polite on calls and non co operative person staff not having manners to talk.

Overall this bus looks ugly from outside but from inside it is good. But person who run this bus are not that good.

4 stars for seating comfort and vehicle suspension.but 0 stars for the kind of service.driver and other guy was filling up the bus at each stop like a local transport vehicle.at one stop he wasted almost half an hour to fill up the seats by almost 10 people having no prior booking.

Service is not that good. Takes more time than usual to reach destination. Too many stops for parcels. This is the only reason it takes more time than usual.

I was a frequent traveller between Mumbai to Kolhapur with Syndicate travels until my Bus met with an accident on Mumbai Pune Expressway on 28th October 2018. When the bus had reached Vashi, some passengers had noticed the bus headlights unlit. The driver and the travels inspite of being aware of the right side headlights not in working condition, chose to continue the onward journey and somewhere near the Lonavala section, the bus crossed over the right fencing and rammed into them, flattening the tyres and fortunately bringing it to a halt. By God's grace, passengers traveling had a great escape. After all this, the driver accommodated us into another seater coach but all done, such an unprofessional way of handling could have costed our lives. I would never recommend this travels to anyone in future.

Worst service ever bedsheets were loathed with dusts and stains.at least they should change it when they are charging around 1600 for Mumbai to bhusawal in festival seasons. Highly disappointed.they even don't care about the time.they take there enough sweet time in loading n unloading parcels.
