I don’t normally write reviews. However being a platinum member, I thought I should.
I stay here very frequently, due to the close proximity to the airport. Last time I had gone down to fetch a gluten free bread delivery at the front. When I was coming back inside, the lady, who works at the security screening, behaved very rudely. She did not even open her mouth but showed some rude movements with her head.
I mean this is not how you treat any customer, let alone a platinum one.
Added to this each time I stay, there is some issue or the other. My key card stops working or my hotel driver doesn’t respond for an hour and I have to take an auto back to the hotel etc etc.
One of the finest luxury hotel at airport. Used for conferences and stay closure to airport. You can walk from Mumbai Domestic airport to the hotel. Great location for a business meeting during a trip to mumbai. #India #Mumbai
TAJ is an experience at its own. Unbelieveable: everything is either as expected or above. Spacious rooms, great dining, great design.the personnel well trained and naturally welcoming and kind and hospitable in all their actions. If there is an EXAMPLE, how a hotel experience should look like, then it is TAJ SANTACRUZ! Coooordially recommended! Had a really good experience at the Taj. We checked in very early in the morning around 4am and the front desk personnel were very hospitable. The rooms are fabulous! And the food is superb. Service in the restaurant was also excellent! Would highly recommend the Taj! Very modern hotel and nice big rooms. Staff a bit under prepared and not at the usual Taj Standards. Its an airport hotel, but, most of the domestic flights now shifted to T2 which is about 2.4 km from this hotel. So you need to take a cab or an auto. Its better they start a free airport shuttle. Staycation at Taj is our annual ritual and they never fail to impress us. Of all the Taj properties, Taj Santacruz is our most favourite. Manager Rajnish, Room service manager Aakash and their team are just fabulous. They fulfill all your wishes with the biggest smile on their face. Def recommend it!

Taj hotels always score high on comfort, hospitality, ambience and luxurious rooms. Taj Santacruz is near the CSMI airport and is a good stay if you need to be close to the airport as well as suburbs. The room we stayed in had all amenities possible and was aesthetically decorated. Pandemic appropriate behaviour by staff was appreciated though the guests themselves weren’t much bothered about masks and distancing. Never can go wrong with a Taj.

Very good experience here Everything was superb Food was Very TASTY and came on time service Staff was very cooperative N Attentive and we didn't had to ask for things, we received the personalized service here I really liked the atmosphere i found that Mr. Uday was were well behaved and courteous kept on checking on our requirements.
Superb hotel.a class apart in every sense.could do better on improving taste of Indian breakfast items on the buffet.it shouldn't be a challenge for a chain like Taj to make authentic sambar or soft idlies.

Pathetic service. Before even making reservation, the service is pathetic and bad. I can imagine the kind of service I will receive even after making reservation. Tried many times to contact hotel.lady on other side keeps transferring the phone and then line gets disconnected. They have assured call back many times on phone but have not received even once. So disgusting service. I will make take my clientelle to some other hotels. This is not only frustrating for me but for my guests who are actually taj epicure membership guests. There was no zero star rating to give else I would have even given that. I am suggesting all my clients to bok other hotels instead of this one.
I had booked for a city view room but I was offered a pool view room as the hotel was booked completely. The pool view room did not even have the view of the pool as the room was not in front of the pool! When I complained about this to the reception lady, she tried to manipulate me by telling me that it was indeed a city view room but since it was on the 1st floor it had no view! How stupid does Taj employees think their customers are? ! As compensation she just offered me a 2hr extended check out time which was of no use to me anyways! In the first place Taj should ensure that their customers are able to book only the available rooms! Since when has Taj started this first come first serve room allotment policy? ! I did not expect this kind of customer service from a brand like Taj! We come to Taj for their exceptional customer service and ambiance. However I am really saddened that this time I got none!

Hotel is good and prices are in range, just service needs to be little bit improved and in restaurant staff requires lot more attention as needs to repeat orders to team many times as it seems they forget it. Go for it if you want to have Taj feel.
This has to be my favourite 5 star in mumbai for the sheer size of its rooms and the tasteful interiors. All modern and chic interiors with smart lightings and a smart tv. The washrooms and the bathtub are an absolute delight. The huge bath tubs in the rooms with Forrest essential toiletries win the extra star from me!
I was completely overwhelmed over the whole experience and services given by the whole team over there; Ritesh GM, Priyanka, Siddesh, Riya & Sajokta. Everything was taken care of and I was amazed to see the hospitality given during the stay. I would definitely recommend the hotel for the best leisure experience & warmth to my friends & colleagues.
Cordial staff at the reception, neat & clean beautiful rooms. Room service staff is polite and courteous. Yumilicious breakfast spread. For me the highlight is their bed. It's very comfortable. Rooms are excellent, Valet service was superb, food was so so, security chief mayur desai was very helpful and understanding.as I had lost my room access car as well as my valet card and mr Mayur desai helped me.it's tooo good
