Everything was perfect. The rooms were nice and clean, the staff were friendly and the security was great.

My recent stay at Taj Wellington Mews in Mumbai was nothing short of exceptional. This luxurious establishment exceeded my expectations in numerous ways, making it a memorable experience.
First and foremost, I must commend the hotel staff for their exceptional kindness and hospitality. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request truly stood out. The culinary experience at Taj Wellington Mews was a highlight of my visit. The food served at the hotel's restaurant was simply exquisite. Each dish was a masterpiece of flavor and presentation. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, I found myself eagerly anticipating the next meal. The diverse menu options catered to various tastes and dietary preferences, and the quality of ingredients was evident in every bite. The amenities, including the swimming pool and gym, were well-maintained and added to the overall appeal of the hotel. The swimming pool provided a refreshing escape from Mumbai's hustle and bustle, while the gym was equipped with modern fitness equipment, allowing guests to maintain their workout routines even while traveling.

This is a fantastic property. The staff is very very courteous they take care of your smallest of request. Restaurant serves delicious food range and all the amenities are top notch

Mr Sagar and Mr Prathamesh gave fantastic service. Hospitality at the cafe was top notch. They have various types of products in Qmin Shop at Mrp price. Do try the kawa tea there its awesome

Love the Mews Café. It has good options of veg food and the Dosa is too good.
The Avacado Mango Salad was superb! (seasonal)
Aam Panna drink was just perfect to beat the heat.
Wheelchair friendly. Courteous attendants.
All in all a super experience.

Dieses Hotel überzeugt zu allererst durch die besondere Aufmerksamkeit und Freundlichkeit des Personals. Hier ist man als Gast sehr willkommen.
Das Haus hat 80 Appartements. Unser Appartement mit etwa 140 m2 hat 2 identisch große Schlafzimmer mit 2 grossen Bädern - jeweils mit Badewanne und separater Dusche. Es stehen in jedem Schlafzimmer zwei Kleiderschränke zur Verfügung.
Es gibt zudem einen Wohn- und einen Essbereich. Direkt neben der Eingangstüre steht ein weiteres WC zur Verfügung.
Die Sauberkeit überzeugt und der Zustand des Mobiliars ist nicht perfekt, aber in Ordnung.
Im Hotel gibt es eine Bar und ein so genanntes Café, in dem es neben Frühstück auch Abendessen zu vernünftigen Preisen gibt.

Und nochmal, wir haben bisher noch niemals ein solch excellenten Service und eine solche Freundlichkeit in einem Hotel erlebt, egal an welcher Stelle, im Restaurant, an der Rezeption, der Consierge, die Zimmermädchen, die Sicherheitsleute oder im Spa.

Von mir eine absolute Empfehlung!

Taj Wellington Mews is a Taj property consisting of luxury residences. There are apartments one and two bedrooms. They're beautifully furnished and are equipped with all amenities for long stays. There's a kitchenette with a fridge, oven, induction stove microwave oven, some cutlery and crockery too. In addition there's a fully equipped laundry room.
The property has a cafe providing all meals. The food is good though the menu is limited. There could be an improvement in service too. There's also a well stocked bar.
A very comfortable place to stay.

Home away from home. You got to book for minimum 3 nights to be here and trust me. It's economical.and the BEST. Best part is u get things on Mrp. And surprised to see a walking jogging track and garden within this property. A Must try.

At the outset let me state that I am not a guest who has stayed at Taj Wellington Mews, nor have I visited it.
I had to collect a parcel from a guest staying there and the parcel was to be collected from the front desk. I did not go myself but sent someone from my office.
To begin with the security gave him a hard time to get in inspite of him having ID
Front desk was not cooperative and after an hour told him that the guest is sleeping and he had to leave as there was no parcel
I subsequently got a message from the guest that the parcel was at the front desk and to please collect it.
I sent the person back to Wellington Mews again. He went to the front desk and they sent him to the SPA! Where he was told that there was no guest by that name in the hotel!
He called me from there and was at a loss as to what to do.
Finally a friend of mine at the Spa who recognized my person asked him what the problem was and helped sort it out.
I once again called the front desk who told me that the parcel was with them since 2.30 pm! If that was the case, then why did the gentleman at the Front Desk send him to the Spa?
All in all it took 2 hours before The parcel was finally handed over.
For a Taj property, the customer service leaves alot to be desired.

While it's not a restaurant with a huge variety.but the choices are quite a few, adequately priced and good quality. The service is quite good and staff very courteous and attentive to your needs
