"Disappointing Dining at Texas Tower: Long Waits, Overpriced Water, and Subpar Service"

Nice place for big gathering or party. Food could be better which can increase overall experience of this place.

Very sluggish services. Food taste good. Very nice ambience on top floor, specially at night time.

It's a quite nicely organised place just a bit tough to access. You have to go around the building downstairs and then enter into the lift down a slope.

Food is awesome, drinks are great draught beer was very cool and tasted very nice, dance floor was okay.
They need to improve a lot in terms of service the waiters are always seen at one place talking not even looking at customers on the table always had to get up and ask for orders, I visited yesterday for my birthday event we ordered a cake from outside even after repeated reminders the cake never came to us after cutting as we asked for parcel.they kept it I guess. No worries but they need good staffing management.not worth it.

We had team party over here.
- we had these items in veg which was not good that at all paneer lababdar, methi mattar, naan and in starter we have cheese ball and paneer 65 which was average

- mocktail that were served was also not that good either it was too sweet or they were using more syrup - mojito, pineapple and orange juice

- and there was icecream aslo in buffet with which they kept a chocolate syrup.but it was not.it tasted like corn starch with chocolate flavour

- review from my friends who had chicken and fish said that non veg was good.jut that veg option was not good

Rooftop. Open and closed spaces. Multiple areas to choose from. They were able to setup table for 32 pax. Liked the ambience. And the food too. The deal on liquor 1+1 was good.

I love the most is taste of food, all the staff was very attentive and respectful. Ambience is amazing, food quality and quantity according to price is very good. Price is also reasonable for all food items and beverages. Please go and dine in there as its an awesome place to celebrate your special occasion within family. Love everything about it so highly recommended.

It’s a nice rooftop restaurant with indoor n outdoor (open to air) sitting arrangements. Service was excellent despite of rush. Ambiance is good. You may need to book the table and ask for outdoor edge tables. Food is good.

Humiliating experience. Were asked to move from the table in the middle of office team party to accommodate Owner's acquaintance who wanted that particular table. We chose to move from the restaurant.

Don't visit.service is so poor that you want to go somewhere else.no one even bother to take your orders.it takes average 30 mins to bring even drinks to the table! Horrible experience!

It's a good place with nice ambience.
3 seating area as of now: Indoors with DJ, and two with good view of city. The one on outside is good if you want to watch sunset.
I ordered tap beer (bira) with surmayi tawa fry, it was good.
I'm not sure if dance and DJ is open now.

Nice Ambience and food! Don't go for texas mojito (mocktail) as it was too sugary and not worth of hype. Food options are limited for veg but taste was good

We had ordered multiple things and but they missed taste in very basic things. We ordered paneer chilli though it was not in the menu but was suggested by the waiter himself, and honestly speaking, I had never tasted such paneer chilli in my life and best part was in the bill it was written "tossed paneer", so their waiters don't even know the menu.
Last but not the least after paying a good amount we were asked twice to show whether we had paid the bill.
Also, they have quite uncomfortable chairs to sit on the one side and sofa like chairs on the other side. One side will have cushions and other will just have bare wood. And last part to mention is that they charge a decent service charge, which I believe is of no use as the service provided was pathetic.

We had ordered a soup and 3 starters, and all were served at one go, and on top of that they served the mocktail along with soup. Worst behaviour.

Texas tower is one of the places in pune where you can get delicious Mexican food.
They have other cuisines too in their menu but tacos, nachos, enchiladas are the best as this restaurant mainly serves Mexican. Food quality and quantity was good but I felt service was bit slow even when due to pandemic there were hardly any tables occupied.

Food and menu is good. Service team is very humble and polite. Portion size is sufficient. However, food took sufficiently long to get served. It could be because of the weekend rush. My last order of Quesedillas took more than 30 minutes to get served.

Very good place suitable arrangements for all type of guests (Family, kids, friends gatherings etc.). I personally liked it a lot, food quality is decent.but i am sure they can do better.rates are not high.good place overall

Great food, loved the place. Ambience is great specially post evening. The rooftop is so cool. Chicken tikka was great. Good alcohol and beer on the serve. Food service is good. Just faced issue getting the bill. Otherwise, it was a great experience. Good food, music and rooftop.

Honestly, pretty average. The menu was pretty thin and guess what? Half of the things were unavailable, like seriously? ! Rooftop it is, but the only view you get is of buildings and concrete jungle so that doesn't make any sense either. Had gone for my birthday but yeah, not satisfied. Costly and overhyped. Won't recommend.

American name! Indian food on rooftop. Service is excruciatingly slow. Manager is doing a excellent job. However sizzlers were not available during our visit.

Great place to eat and hang around. If you are looking to avoid crowds due to Covid times. Best to visit on weekday afternoons to get full attention and brilliant courteous service from the staff. Add to it the magical view of eastern Kharadi from the roof top. Try the Mexican options on the menu, Tacos, Overloaded Chicken Nachos, Quesadilla, Cheeseballs, ChimiChanga (spicy) with Iced tea/ Beer. Can't wait to visit again.

Had a great experience at texas tower, thanks to the yummy food, cool ambience and exemplary service. Kudos to the manager who is a gem of a person, charming personality and makes you feel like a celebrity by paying individual attention. Keep up the good work. Pleasantly surprised with my first visit and looking forward to visiting again!

Managed to have a small family get together from 3pm to 7pm even during the lockdown. Thanks to Saif for arranging and making sure our guests were comfortable. The food was off the roof, service was incredible and the ambience was as usual the USP for Texas Tower. Thank you!

We have been consistent to this place because it delivers quality everytime. No loud music, ample space to sit, nice ambience and food is also consistently good. Special mention to fish n chips. Not too heavy on the pockets too.

Beside ambience food and service quality is not upto price. After 10 pm this people start switching off lights even though guests are sitting. Not recommended for those who have hard earned money.

Ambience was nice. Place is divided in to three segments, Bar, indoor sitting and outdoor sitting. We prefer outdoor because you can see all around from 9the floor and enjoy your food. Also you can book shaded outdoor place for family. Food was good.they have live music on weekends. Chicken malai tikka was bit more sweet then usual rest all food were nice.

A 5/5 buffet with excellent mix of starters and main course in Indian, Chinese, Western. Excellent ambience and music. Reccomended. Lunch priced lot lesser if you go with vouchers from dineout or nearbuy. Dinner on rooftop gives city view.

Food was good.and ambience was also good. Nothing extraordinary i found here. Yes, service was quick may be due to less crowd. Also, there was live music on Saturday when we went there, but it was boring to hear.

Texas Tower is one of the favourite place of mine in Pune, lively music, awsome ambience and great food makes it perfect place for parties and hangout.

This place has disappointed me extremely. I was commited for various items for the lunch but see the below all the highlighted item were neva served. They gave us, group of 15 people such a bad service that most of the people dint had the main course post the table served LIMITED STARTERS. What ever we use to ask to the staff they would say table pe aajayenga which use to never come. E.g. The soup were served after the lunch was aranged, deserts were kept when I ordered the bill. Pathetic service and compensation what I got was 10 % discount, the food was not even worth of ₹ 100 per person but since the clients were along we had to pay the bill. Texas Tower this was the poor experience ever had. And ya the best excuse what I was given is " sir suddenly jyada guest aagaye so thoda late hogaya". I had reserved the place one day well in advance and still I had to face all this.

Ambience and experience was great. View is great as it is on top floor. Courteous staff. Food was good too. We have been there many times. They have learnt from their mistakes.

Cool place.i have been there twice now.i love the atmosphere here, music is good. You have happy hours till 11PM which is awesome. The food is not very tasty but still okay. The ambience is good and service too. So if you want to have a good time late in the night with one plus one on drinks this place can be a good one.

Service is too slow, we were waiting at least 10 min for each starter to get it served. Also there are only 1 person serving for the table of 16. No proper management, no coordination, even though my guest is waiting for 10-15 min for the main course. I will not recommend this place for large group events.

It was my first visit to this place. I did not find it that good. It's okay place.food was average. We order chilli mushroom and sweet paneer. Both were okay. Good thing is they have 1 plus 1 beer offer on 500 ml beer glass and the place location is also good for night out.

Family and kid friendly place. If you want to enjoy some drinks along with your family and kids then this is the best place to try. There is also a bechlor rooftop area. One on one happy hour is the added benefit.

Starter Fish was pathetic. Manager on the floor was not professional. It was a team party menu was pre decided. But replacement of bad fish starter was not professionally handled by Floor Manager. Rest ambience was good.

No doubt service is up to the mark. You have to book earlier if want to reserve a table at the roof-top. Food - veg and non-veg- is very tasty. They prepare fine mocktails. You can dance there as they provide DJfor a certain time.

Enjoy good food with drinks on roof top with friends and family. And yes with the music. Prices are bit high but food quality is good. Good ambiance. And good service

Great place to visit. You can enjoy here food, drinks, music, on every saturday evening you can enjoys special songs by different singers on stage. Every evening it provide happy hours till 11pm

Good Place.but initially it would be difficult to locate. Based on the top floor they have various seating options. You get a full view of the city from here. Food was good but could have been even better.

Went in valentine's Day, extremely bad service. 1 hour for one order? Are you kidding me? And no veg main course dishes in buffet? How the f we are supposed to enjoy our evening?

Fine place to sit but food quality is not up to the mark specially nachos one dish was totally worth less, what all useless stuff they fill in platter don't know really, that was so diaster

Perfect rooftop restaurant nearby Kharadi, dishes were served with ample portions, quick service, cozy atmosphere and perfect ambiance. Rates are definately on the higher side. Beautiful view to enjoy being on the 9th floor.

Nice place to hang with friends and colleagues. Prices is bit expensive and take a lot of time to serve. You just have to keep reminding them else the wait one is more.

The ambience is ok types.but food is not at all great. I feel a place should provide atleast good food even u have gone at odd hours like 3pm in afternoon!
