Had dinner here. It was a very memorable valentine's evening.
It has great taste and hospitality.

Very best resort to stay and enjoy with your family or friends. Food quality is very best and service is also very good.

Very late service inspite of many waiters and captains and less crowd. And also the food quantity was very less.

It's awesome location. And food is also good. But they gave us unclean glasses. Hope you guys take care of cleanliness ahead.

10/10 points for its location. Perched at a height in Forest Trails it commands a beautiful view of the surroundings. Overlooking Manas lake in the east.
Could do better in the lighting aspects. Food quality is good.

We went for lunch. There were houseflies and a dead fly on the table. So we didn't eat here. The views and ambience don't matter if basic hygiene is not maintained.

Very slow service! Bad treatment to customer. Nobody notices when call for service or even for bill.

Nice taste, great ambiance but poor ill managed service. Heavy rush hours are very badly managed. Overall nice but I lost my funtime due to bad service.

Food is adequate, but the service is inattentive.
They have a great location on top of a hillock, with excellent views of the Forest Trails township, but throw it all away due to the service.
Please note the service is not slow. If you manage to place an order, you receive it in reasonable time. The problem is finding staff to place the order in the first place.
Be prepared to handle frustrated children and disgruntled partners.

Location is good, this restaurant is located in a society club house, society name is forest trails, just before manas lake. Great ambiance, food is good, but service is very slow.

17th April, 2019: Late Evening: Worst service ever! They don't have ice. They don't respond properly to the customers waiting for their orders.
Today we experienced the worst ever service from the staff of THE CLIFF. Probably never ever coming back here.

Really nice ambiance and food as well. Their soups are very tasty. Loved their Thai curry which was very delicious. Their starters have good quality as well.

The location of Restaurant is itself a nice place to ride in the evening

Went for breakfast. Food was decent. Service was ok since it was too early in the morning I guess!

Apart from being a little away from the city, rest all is perfect for a good dinner date or some family gatherings.food was okay, ambiance was top notch

Food quality is quite ok, but it's mostly location that is captivating.

Beautiful location takes most of these stars. Quite unbelievable that not too far from Pune city bustle you have such secluded place. Food was also good.

Location is as described in the name. Has everything loaded from food to bar. The vibe is very nice. Only concern is there should be more direction boards to find out.

The cliff is a beautiful place with great ambience, delicious food, cooperative staff! We enjoyed the tasty food with mocktails and awesome weather!

Located on a hilltop of forest trails township, bhugaon. This place has great views. It's a bar restaurant with fantastic ambiance. Ample of parking available. Just some 12,13 km away from Sinhagad Road. The food quality is good and the staff is polite. Restrooms neat and clean. There is a pool table if you wanna play. You would like to sit on the ridge side table if you are there for a quiet romantic dinner. It's good for the whole family and for business meetings also. I liked the place.

Pros:
Very good ambience
Seating arrangement taken care off really well. We had reserved the table so there was no need to wait!
Menu is simple and prices for the food is also reasonable.
Food is very good and delicious. Both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes are good. We had ordered - Kaju curry, chicken lolipops, roti (butter), french fries, butter chicken, mushroom cream soup, kashmiri pulav. The alcohol served is also very authentic.

Cons:
Service was not up to the mark. Starters were served quiet efficiently, but we have to wait for more than half an hour for the main course. One of the starters we had ordered (french fries) came almost in time with the main course only after requesting the captain (chief) about the pending order.

Overall a good place to dine! I am giving 4 stars.
