Had gone to have family dinner buffet, food was OK but the entire experience was spoilt by the incharge present at buffet. It seems the person in-charge didn't know he was in hospitality business, he was totally rude, arrogant and with unpleasant attitude. Buffet area AC was switched off at 10: 20pm while some of us were still to have ice creams and dessert. Basically it was not all good experience. Won't recommend it to anyone.
Summary- Our room had faulty AC and light connection. We were served pork burgers instead of chicken (we don't eat pork and beef so it was a nightmare). Food was sent without plates and cutlery (Had to call and ask for it). Food wasn't fresh, the lettuce was wilted, the chicken had no flavour inside indicating it was just boiled with the gravy for 2 minutes or so. Overall bad experience.
Very drab kind of place. No positive vibes. Weird rules. Time bounds wrt dinner etc for Business travellers n guests. Untrained staff with minimal or no courtesy. Senior staff also lacked basic service industry attiqates. Overall, bad experience n will never recommend it to any acquaintance for stay. For sure, I've already made sure that my friends who've been staying there since there lady two trips to Mumbai will not be going there nor will there company people. Hope they improve.
Clean and well equipped rooms. Stayed in a room with highway view. It is good budget hotel in prime location. The restuarant serves buffet breakfast at charges of 399/- + taxes per person. The food taste good. Staff is well trained and very hospitable. You will have to give a security deposit of Rs 2000/- at the time of check-in.
Nice clean property. Awesome food. Stayed twice but last trip not met expectations. Escalated few times as staff was not aware about policies but still no resolution. Else good option to stay & food.
Very clean and hygienic accomodation. The ambiance is pleasant. The Staff is very polite and helpful. Their service was very good. And the food was absolutely delicious! Enjoyed my stay:) Definitely a 10/10

One hour waited for to get table, Lack of variety in menu for lunch and dinner and too expensive, some starter order not taken because their coal tandoor heating decreased and it will take 1 hr to restart it,
Like what a stay, i am really surprised with this amazing experience what i had, like the people over there are so enthusiastic, so energetic and they have such a positive attitude specially kunal and sahil much much recommend stay here and get the one of the best hospitality experience, keep the good work guys great luck
This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, they will not accommodate a single request of yours, won’t even give it a try, front desk will give you incomplete information, I have called atleast 5 to 6 times at the receptionist all my calls were going unanswered I finally had to contact the duty manager but again no use I had to call him thrice chasing for things, communication between the staff is not transparent, you can’t order outside food, the food which we ate in the hotel premises had a tiny strand of hair in the raita, right from check in to check out it was a disaster, I was in a middle of an important meeting and the WiFi was slow and my Meeting kept crashing
Fleur restaurant of The Fern is one of the worse restaurants you will come across in terms of food, their manager's attitude (mr vinay or something - his # is *******117) - they either send very less qty of accompaniments or they send extremely spicy food or sometimes they will suddenly ask for online payment at the time when we are expecting delivery.this is irritating when they had accepted Cash on Delivery earlier.then they send us the link whch does not work and the manager is extremely unapologetic and bordering on rude.
I had lots of positive response from my friends so i decided to visit there today but my experience was really very bad the steward served us roti and before we start having our food he was like should i repeat the order for roti which i can understand it could be the closing time for the same but we it wasnt the right gesture for the same.

Wanna say i enjoyed best ambience there. The only thing I felt sad tat i haven't experienced swimming there bcoz due to sum reasons they shut down. I especially loved tea there. Love gardening over there. Truly an ecostay
Stayed there for 2 days. Very clean rooms, seemed like new hotel. Everything was good about the room. No complains, only thing was they did not change the bedding the second day, I had to ask them to fix the new bed sheet. Morning breakfast was good the people were courteous to bring everything to your table but I opted to serve myself. The agent at the front desk, Ms Kavita was awesome, very good service. You can learn everything at school but there are certain things where one has to do things themselves. She went that extra mile to make my stay comfortable. Many thanks.
I had booked the banquet hall here for my mother's 50th birthday and the function was amazing thanks to the staff here. The hall was clean, food was really good and the ambiance was exceptional as well.
One of the best hotels in town. I was very impressed with the front office staff and the restaurant staff. Very friendly and helpful. We flew in from Chicago early morning and they went out of their way to give us one of our rooms for early check-in. Mr. Prasad Abhyankar was very curteous and listened to all my requests with concern. We hope to have a great rest of our stay here.
Good option to hold business events for a 25-30 member group. Restaurant serves good food and have buffet spread. Nothing exceptional but a convenient and reasonably priced option around Goregaon East.
This Place is Awesome, Visited last Weekend only, Nice Place Got Beautiful Swimming Pool on Terrace with Amazing View of Western Express Highway, Rooms Are Awesome with Proper Study Table with lamb, Coffee Makers, Mini Chargeable Bar and Iron With Stand Etc, Fern Also got beautiful In-house Restuarants name Fleur which is amazing
Good hotel with very prominent location. It is convenient location of western side businesses or individuals for staying or conducting events.
They have very good banquets for conducting events or family functions. Banquets are available in different sizes. Very good lightings and infrastructure has been maintained by hotels.
Rooms has nice architecture with very good furniture, lighting and AC
About Fern Goregao- with 89 rooms to stay this hotel took me for a surprise. Previously I been to fern brand in their different properties like powai and dapoli. Fern Goregao looked a normal hotel from outside but inside its just perfect when it comes to highest standards, luxury, culinary expertised etc. Hotel is just perfect for transit guest as its neat Bombay exhibition centre and not far away from Mumbai International airport and corporate hub BKC. Mr Mihir who manages F n B department was highly impressive, he is one of the best hospitality person I came across in long time. Staff of the hotel gave us really a memorable experience with the highest standard of hospitality. A must go hotel if you want to stay in that area or even their restaurant is very famous in Mumbai as I could see lot of non-staying guest came for dining in the restaurant named ‘Fleur” Each services they have to offer us were outstanding and there was no space left for improvement I feel. Strongly recommended.

Lobby/Reception- Big lobby is always impressive when it comes to star hotels. Here too height of the lobby is very nice. Back side of reception got really nice art of leafs. Reception has bell desk and concierge adjacent to it. Check in process was really easy and made comfortable. Staff at reception was really helping and guided well about the things which needs to be explained. Other side of lobby done in a classic way, long couches with tables where you can meet the people or just relax after a tiring travel, till you check in or check out. One side has two lifts which takes you to your rooms. Fleur restaurant is on the other side of the lobby so easily assessable. (5/5)
Room/stay- We got room on 4rth floor, no. 404.fresh newly made room feels wow. Got washroom on the right side as soon as you enter. Room was specious enough. Good size bed in the middle of the room. A good classy sofa chair and small table if you want to enjoy a coffee/tea and have your own relaxing time. Next to w the window there is a table and chair, more like a working table for your work. A good size smart LED TV right in the middle wall. Mini bar table got some goodies kept like lays, pringles which you can munch. Mini fridge had few cans of soft drinks. Lighting of the room was impressive and had modern lighting. Washroom has transparent wall which looks classy.
Food and Beverage- A restaurant serving multicuisine at its best. Chef Sameer and his team were highly impressive at their work. They serve fantastic buffet with such a awesome lengthy spread which you can opt for. They also serve a la carte menu which you must try if you are not in mood for buffet. Flavours were balanced of each dish. Food which came on table was well garnished. Portion size was just perfect. What was impressive was that each dish came in different crockery and very well presented. I was surprised to see the continental food which was served. I wasn’t expecting (my fault) such a stunning continental food to be honest. Beverages tried two mocktails like green apple slush which was very served very nice. Breakfast menu/buffet I must say was impressive. Breakfast buffet had lot of options so was fest for us. The buffet had south indian variety, continental then few pastries like Danish, croissant, musli, tea coffee, freshly cut fruits, fruit juices and many more. The pesto cheese dosa which was given us by chef was excellent. Pesto applied on the internal side of dosa and some cheese then it was rolled and served with some grated process cheese and coconut chutney. Belgian waffles were really nice and crispy with honey, chocolate syrup and whipped cream. They were garnished with drizzles of chocolate syrup. (5/5)
Fern Goregaon - This property has taken me by surprise. Off the western Highway. Compact property with a big heart. Guess it's been a couple of years now 89 rooms to be precise. Most convenient for the Business as well as family travellers. They have one restaurant which is busy. From breakfast to lunch and dinner. Sunday they have a lovely Brunch as well. First FERN where in they don't serve alcohol at the same time they do not restrict to get your own. Banquet hall which can accommodate 150+, swimming pool and a gym. Technically a 4 star property but once you enter the rooms (club category) it can put any 5 star property rooms to shame. Has it all. Equipped with the best amenities. Neat/clean. Service is perfect. Tariff compared to the property are okay. Breakfast Spread is just fantastic. Just 1.5 Kilometres away from the shopping malls. Being an eco Hotel they have kept up the standard. My overall take on this place - awesome. Worth a stay as it's not far from the airport as well. Go for it. Kindly Look out for Mr. Mihir Dedia (F and B manager) Chef Sagar who has curated some amazing dishes. By the way check the prices of the Buffet and other offers as well. Check In process smooth. Overall - loved the stay. Hospitality/Service/Food/Amenities - "A"
