The Fern Residency, Aurangabad

Could have been a overall good staying experience except for the fact that while staff at reception committed a 20% discount on menu if the dinner is taken at restaurant, the restaurant staff said that the discount was not available on that particular date. Such type of miscommunication impacts customer satisfaction.

Disappointing! We stayed here for 2 nights and wanted a hard matress for which they said will move to a twin room as requested but at the time of check-in they came up with excuses, and for other room took more than 3 hours to change matress and did it around 11 30-12 at night.

Awesome rooms, professional, friendly and polite staff.
Offers English and Indian breakfast. Food is great.
BAR is nice, offers good discount for someone who decide to get drunk! Ambiance is NICE.
The room has a study table and high speed internet.
Got covered car parking. Next to INOX.
Room has a large 4K tv to spoil you.
The Gym is small, but well equipped. You won't be disappointed.
Hotel is total value for money!

Simply super. I like breakfast and food tests also. Their room service is also good and they are quite Competitive in rates. Also they have 3 types of rooms. Fern, Winter Green and suit rooms. Winter Green only suitable for 2 persons, fern for 3 persons and suit can accommodate 4-5 people

Nice stay, staff is very kind and supported us to book cab and travel to see the different spots. Restaurant food was good, but if you don't like spicy, you have to tell them as everywhere in India. Room was clean. I recommand it.

Stayed for sightseeing. The food was an Indian buffet and it was delicious. You can also order Indian bread such as naan. The room was a little old but clean. I remember that there was no outlet next to the bed. In addition, the type of the outlet was a 3-hole type and Japanese outlets could not be used.

It's a 3 star hotel at best, no proper reception at the hotel. Checked in at 8 pm, no one to park the car or pick the luggage. Very disappointing

Great place to stay. Nice staff. Mr Arvind takes very good care of guests in restaurant. Nice place to stay whether with family or on business tour.

They took 1 hour to deliver Dal Khichadi in room service.

As a couple we were travelling in that area and stayed at the property.its a great place to stay.the rooms, the staff etc were all very nice.its what you would expect from a classy hotel located in the heart of the city. Kudos team you have done a great job!

Had a lovely stay at Fern Residency Aurangabad. Room was clean especially the linens. Restaurant service was very good, enjoyed the food thoroughly. Staffs were warm and helpful. Overall a good hotel with great service.

The staff is very sophisticated and well mannered. The management is very well accomplished and the food and the ambience is quite lengendary. I love to go to fern residency and to savour the delicacies there.

Very worst staff in the hotel and they don't even have dental kit shaving kit and towels and bedsheets are also not good and the don't allow any guest and keep on arguing and misbehaving with the guest

The Amezing and Attractive.also it is Road side. And in this Residency Availabal for Underground Parking. Their Security and Staff is Well Groom. Inside Area is very posh and crystals clear.

They do not believe customers. My 26 year old daughter stepped on the glass weighing scale, it just got shattered. May be it was broken earlier or what we do not know. They have collected its cost of Rs1000.00 from us for no fault of us. In fact my daughter was lucky that she did not get injured for stepping on a faulty weighing scale. Very disappointed.

Honestly the hotel has huge parking space and good aesthetics. However. The mist uncomfortable and shocking factor was that washrooms don't have latches. When traveling with family or friends how could one be comfortable in a place like this?

It’s a nice place to stay. Staff were friendly caring and pleasant. Meals are very good and delicious. Well maintained restaurant and excellent service and friendly nature & behavior of Mr. Prasant. I highly recommend the hotel for locals and all. I would probably choose the ferm residency next time as I have experience warm welcome by hotel crew.

Very good breakfast and nice designed rooms cleanliness is also good and is in town centre so near to most of destinations also.

You can opt for online booking via many famous apps, located near cidco bus stand. It's a good place to stay for. Banquet hall is spacious, sound system is good, projector facility available for corporate workshops and food quality is also good.so overall good place to stay and organize one day workshops.

Service is good. But Reception staff is pathetic, stupid and dumbo.
They will not understand anything you say to them. Anything related to billing or service or vehicle.
They just keep on telling you the same thing which they have already been mugged up.

This is good for residential purpose facilities of food and catering is too good here management is very impressive usually i dont visit such type of hotels but i like to visit this hotel bcoz it give refreshing environmental it is near of cidco bus stand and n1 area and can not garden u can get full enjoyment here with fresh mood and environment, DK147

The hotel was good for event there was construction going on in hotel. There are some good changes were going in the hotel Hotel is using solar panels for electricity.

You cannot complain about anything here.the food tastes delicious.staff is very polite.ambience is pleasant.quantity of food is good.and being such a big hotel also the food is not at all expensive.
