It was fabulous experience i had so good experience food was delicious ️ staff was good but in some places like main hall there was some dusty parts like corners had spider webs

All good room food and good behavior of staff but not specious and a small car parking. But too costly.

We ordered food at Gondia junction, they provided excellent food in train. Completely unexpected, that they will provide such warm and soft chapatis with well cooked paneer. Awesome! My go to from now on, on that route.

Based on my experience, we were on a family trip to Gujarat, and during lunch we ordered from this restaurant as we were on train, so we ordered before Gondia comes. Now if you talk about delivery and taste of food I would consider them 4 star because it was mouth watering, hot and fresh too.

The food was good and the service and staff was excellent. Overall we are happy with the restaurant.

Its an nice and spacious hotel, the special thing is hotels interior and theere service.
Also this hotel allow us to do social functions, family function and other get to gethers.

Another new Beautiful hotel in Gondia which someone who has been living in the town for a long time would be amazed to see. The places cosy and comfortable and food is is very good. The overall experience is also very good but if you want to have street food for junk food it may not be the best place.

Worst food, never try anything fancy here. The menu is appealing, however, will break your heart and wallet when you eat their food.

Stayed here for a friend's brother's wedding. Overall good experience. We saw couple of hotels near by and compared to those this was far far better.

Staff was very good. They promptly answered calls, provided any assistance and were courteous.
Place is clean, lobby is very spacious with long windows that provide good light and ambience.
We took one of premium rooms. The room was spacious. The furniture was bit old. One of the chairs was broken, and I fell when sat on it! Luckily didn't injure myself.
Bed was comfortable and room was clean.
Bathroom was clean, new and shower was also good. Only thing that I didn't like was the shower was getting choked so water filled up and had to wait to not have a bath tub full of water.

The food was mediocre for the buffet we had. Taste was strictly ok.
