Pathetic service and atmosphere was not at all vibing that too on a valentines eve. The menu was overpriced, the place not decorated but there were table charges levied also the live band was not enjoyable.

2 star only for ambience,

Food is worst.

I tried some paneer Lahori, their waiter said it's their best dish but guess what it was the worst paneer I have ever had.

Also roti were overpriced and not worth it, it was bad I tried butter roti, worst roti

Also I tried vanilla Pina mocktail that was also bad,

Overall if you are going there food i will suggest then try any better option.

Very bad food we got food poisoning when we had dinner here please think twice while going here

Open to sky lounge with Nice Ambience and a soothing Atmosphere. Appetizers are Simple awesome. We did not have much in Main Course except for Veg Dum Biryani which superbly made.

So What comes to your mind when you think of the word Mafia? Terror, organized crime and what not. Well, The Mafia in Vimanagar is quite the opposite. The rather newly opened rooftop Resto-Lounge-bar is a sight to sore eyes. The view is extremely pleasant from the roof late in the day and in the dark. The seating is very comfortable, with a Bar in the middle and ample seating for small or large groups.

Service is fine as food was served fairly on time and servers were courteous.

The food was mostly amazing but with a few misses. I absolutely loved the Peri- Peri Chicken and the ghee roast chicken. While the former was spicy, flavourful and cooked to perfection, the later was equally delicious with its South Indian herb marinade and soft chicken. In mains the Chicken Burmese Khow suey is worth a try.

On the other hand, the spice combination in the murgh kasturi kebab was less than appealing and the veg penne pesto was completely unseasoned.

What stood above the food however, were the mocktails. My absolute favorite was the chatpatta Mojito followed by the Pom-grenade. While, I did not have any alcohol, their custom cocktail like the lady killer, Indian Ocean Mafia and Godfather appear alluring.

The menu is truly reasonably priced, including their standing offer of many beers at MRP till midnight. The portion sizes are amazing and hence overall value for money is very good.

I recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to have a pleasant, chilled out evening with great views and great drinks with reasonable food.

Food is good. Had a bad experience with the staffs. When we arrived there was no one at the reception so that we can book the table. And the other staffs were walking around the corridor but no-one approached and at last we have to ask one of the Staffs to call someone at the reception. Once we got checked in, we asked servers for the speciality and ordered the same. And the food was just amazing. Looking forward to visit again, I just hope will get a better altogether experience the next time.

The terrace lounge is beautifully designed and the food served is flavorful. The view and the wind on top add to the ambience making one comfortable as can be.

They don’t except online payment (through apps).
Illegal 10% service charge that you have to pay even it depends upon there service and if you complain and denies with that they threaten you like “do what ever you wants to do but this you have to pay. We dont take responsibility for our staff how they serviced and what they serviced”.
There so called captain/waiter they use abusive word when you try to understand there rule/policy.
So I would suggest don’t go there if you want decent dinning experience.
They had only two beer options so please call and confirm what option they have for they day.
There waiters are too slow and unprofessional that when you ask them to serve there hands where literally severing and they dont know how to serve food.
They dont have manner's to talk to guests and if there is some policy or rule that are not written somewhere they cant explain about it.
And they dont even discuss thing just bring the bouncer in front so customer get threatened and pay the bill walk away. You cant challenge there bill. If there is some mistake (s). And if you ask for manager they manager went home and the reason why because its past 12 in midnight but restaurant is open till 2: 00AM.
And after discussing and not afraid of there bouncer they finally call there owner that person also threaten that who wants to discuss and willing to discuss one on one.
Its opened in place of Flying Saucers.

I have visited this place twice, first time experience was fab so I visited for second time with family expecting the same hospitality and service but it was pathetic. They have done some goof-up in bill and conveniently said "we have two different menus".

Great place to chill.

The ambience is great, the music is not too loud not to mellow. Perfect for conversations. The place is clean and well managed.

Food:
We ordered chicken and bean nachos. Both of which were delicious.
For main course, we had ordered Chicken Biryani
+1 for quantity
+1 for taste.
The Biryani, though not out of the world, was awesome. Not too spicy, not too bland. There was a good balance of chicken and rice.

Drinks:
We ordered jack sparrow - which is a tropical drink and Moscow mule, which is like a ice slurpy with alcohol. We found both the drinks to be less potent.
Old Monk - nothing to complaint about there.

Service:
Quick and attentive. A big shout out to the crew working there, we never had to wait for out orders, nor did they miss anything from the order. Keep it up!

Price point:
The prices for alcohol are decent, considering everything mentioned above. The food though is priced higher than usual. They levy 10% service charge on booze and food.

The ambience is good. The food was really awesome. I tried multiple veg starters and they were really amazing. The music played in the backgound could have been better.

Well restaurant "The Mafia" is like to like replacement of "The Flying Saucer". If we talk about food, moctails/cocktails, ambience. It's almost the same as it was before with old name. But the the major changes are in terms of management and support staff.which are not that we trained. They also charge 18% GST + 10% service charge which seems to be illegal to me. Maybe they need to review their tax policies to avoid any hefty fine later.

The rooftop Bar and Restaurant is amazing and centrally located for the crowd of Kalyani nagar Viman nagar. The ambience is serene and very hospitable staff. Also The quality and quantity of food is good. You can view the entire Viman nagar from. The rooftop of the restaurant.

I had been to place for in the evening on weekdays, crowd was enough to feel surrounded, I luckily got place in hut type place decorated with LED lighting, location wise very good restaurant, taste wise I four it good, we had falafal and paneer starter, both were good

Extremely great ambiance, Great food, good music & open bar. This place is perfect for parties & reunions. This place has maintained it's status within NRIs as well. Remarkable service & extremely helpful staff.

Views from this rooftop are superb and the cool breeze on summer evenings is a bliss.

Service is courteous though they had stocked only KF premium beer and Bira strong when I visited. This, during summer is clearly not acceptable.

Continental preparations tasted good. Portion sizes are fair. Chinese preparations are pretty bland and can be given a miss.

Best place for dinner with your friend OR girlfriend.great view of airplane landing and take off at Pune airpory while having your dinner.

I believe they have one of the best location, but the sad point is their service which is always a disappointment. We were fur people, visited on valentine day, as I say in a duration of 1.5 hours qe just got two starters and our dinner time was ruined by them and we had to return without dinner. So, guys if you are to hungry, take a call before visiting.

Well, though its a skybar, I felt no charm of it. The prices are sky high. Looks like, they want to mitigate non occupancy with prices. Not much crowd, almost nill can say, even on sundays. Food menu is not great. Very limited options and that to pretty in general indian dishes. No exotic dishes, no Italian or per say, very few continental. Taste was okay for the food served. I won't spend money in that place, and rather would spend the same amount in jw marriot.

I went on new year for the first time. Worst experience. Too much crowded. No place to sit or stand. No plates for the buffet and food got empty early. No major brands of drink left in 1-2 hrs. No proper security. I read only couple entry was there but many groups of bachelor guys came and literally trying to harass girls and asking them out. Really disappointed from what i heard about this pub.

Overall it was a good Experience.

Nice ambience, I loved It. The place is very big.
One thing I really don't like is that. The music is somewhat boring type, there is no rocking music at my time. After requesting for 2 times, the man who is changing the music was not listening to us. He told us baad me lagate.
