So disgusting behaviour of the manager, omg
1) 5 o'clock in the evening we just reached this orchid hotel as they have a nice background.but today.after we sat down and now listen to what the manager said.
Myself: I want a sandwich
Manager: now sir u will get only starters NO coffee NO tea NO sandwich.
Wow.see the reply
Manager is wearing a suite and holding a pad to note down the orders. And without any guilt he said there is NO COFFEE NO TEA NO SANDWICH at 5 o'clock evening.
SERIOUSLY YOU GUYS have Horrible attitude of managers
and for the hotel > KEEP ON THIS "ATTITUDE" YOU WILL GET YOUR RESULTS ON THE FACE.

I was really impressed when I dined in for the first time. But this time when I visited this place again, I was quite disappointed because of the quality of food which they provided. There is a great possibility of improvement in taste. I hope they will do so after learning about this review. However, I would appreciate the ambience of the restaurant.

It's a very good pure veg option for those traveling on AB road. Service is fast and they prepare food as per your request. Restaurant is fully air conditioned and nice place to have food with family.

The food was ok. Service was too slow. Though the ambience was good, the music they play is so monotonous. Every time we listen to same kind of music. In salad only onion was served. No tomato or cucumber!

Manager of restaurant is too rude. We literally left the restaurant without having dinner. Worst!

Very bad service, No milk for tea in evening time. No Hygeine in washroom and then you charge equivalent to 3 star restaurant

Restaurant is right on the highway with limited car parking. We took lunch while returning to mumbai. Authentic Indian taste at reasonable price. Service time could have been a bit better. But overall a nice experience

Amazing decoration, staff behavior is very nice to talk about. But they could not serve all the dishes in the menu. They didn't have fruit juice anywhere. Ordered a Hyderabadi veg biryani which had quite a lot of coarse spices. But the soup was great.

Frustrated staff and poor service. When asked to change the dirty table cloth, the server and captain started quarreling amongst themselves in front of us. They replaced only the used forks and spoons and left the unused ones from previous customer as is we would have ended up using them if I did not catch this and asked them to replace all of them. Even the roadside tapris dont do such cheap stunts.

Staff tries to dissuade you from the much talked about Gazebo seating which actually is a couple of covered seating areas in a corner which has absurd cover fee (3k for 5 people or something similar). Steer clear from it, not worth at all.

Food is average, they serve half portions which is good if you want to explore varieties. The quantity and servings are inconsistent, it seemed one was full while the other was half. The order was so delayed that we decided to finish what was served and get out of there.

Tasty and affordable food, great ambiance. A perfect restaurant for families on Bombay Agra Road Dhule.

Chosen as a stopover from Indore to Shirdi drive. Almost midway to the route.
Pros:
Clean, Not much rush, Almost 30 mins to service food, clean washrooms, pure veg, food quality is ok, sufficient variety, not very spicy (people needing spicy food had to mention specifically), ambience is ok
Cons:
Staff not very customer centric, not polite.

The ambience is excellent especially considering it's in Dhule. The service is great as well. It's easily accessible and is right on the Dhule Nashik Highway. It's clean and very quiet. Must try.

The food quality is good. But there are service issues. Around 2 hours are normally required for lunch/dinner. They should improve on manpower. Also branded mineral water should be made available.

Third class food i had ordered manchow soup and it was sooo salty that we cant eat it first time when i had gone to this place.food was good but second time when i went their i regret going there such a horrible soup it was very bad. Just the ambience is good food was third class i would not even give one star for this why have u opened a restaurant when u cnt serve good food. It would be better if u close it instead of fooling people and taking money for such a horrible service

This is a beautifull place to stay. You will get a feeling like you are staying in a big cities like mumbai, bangalore, delhi by staying here. Atmosphere near the hotel is fantastic.you will enjoy living here.

Food was excellent, quantity was sufficient too. Rest room facilities were good and clean. Staff was helpful. Only reason they missed five star rating from me is because I found most of the plates they had were chipped off. If you travelling and looking for best place to relax and have your lunch or dinner this is the one.

Good food, especially on highway it’s a well maintained and well managed food joint with quite good Custumer friendly staff.

This is a pure veg hotel. Menu options consists of Punjabi dishes with variation, Chinese and limited continental options such as pasta, lasgna, spaghetti etc. Food taste is good. Hotel provides a fine dine experience. Overall good to visit while on travel.

Amazing food quality, very quick service, no compromise in taste, very authentic food.
Just loved it. Had Minestrome soup and Paneer Malai Tikka for starters. Main course included Veg makhannanwala, stuffed kulcha and garlic naan. For deserts we had fruit salad with icecream. The entire meal was pleasant n quiet soothing for the taste buds.
