My stay here has been fabulous. The food is great and a many variety on the menu. The rooms are clean. Even bathroom is also good and cleen. The staff is very humble, helpful and friendly. A stay here is recommended to all. The dining staff have been very attentive and the chef has gone out of his way to make us happy. It's very easy to find on online.i recommend you to please visit.

Excellent location dentist surgery very friendly stuff.front office stuff was very cooperative. Breakfast was very nice. Nice property everything was very clean and oragarnised.loved it. Will definitely will recommend

The location is perfect and a very good area.
The rooms are very worn my experience is as follows:
The first room the ac did not work so I was relocated to a smoking floor which I was unaware of but was told I would be relocated back to my room later.
The second room I requested some time later to be relocated to another non smoking room.
Every night it was noisy.
The rooms are very worn my bed head was very marked and worn. The shower had a massive area of broken tiles the toilet seat was broken, the sealant around the shower had mold, and each time I turn a switch on or off the TV would flash so some electrical issue there.
Not an overly great experience.

Excellent rooms with atmost concern on cleanliness. The service of the staff in all the means delighted me. I strongly recommend to choose this place and have amazing feel

The Oriental Residency has a terrace on the 6th floor. It has an adjoining hall. This place is good for a gathering of about 35 - 40 people. The food is good. It is spacious enough for gatherings with cluster sitting and self service. The place is well lit and the ambience is good. Its feels nice and cool in winters to be in an open space for a small gathering. The staff is pollite and service is given with a smile.

My stay here was very Amazing, all the people were very kind and i felt like home in the past 4 months. Mr Arun Shetty has been the constant pillar and has served us at it's best.
And this hotel is filled with best staff

Could not have peace ful sleep as I could hear all the screeching and footsteps sounds from the room just above us, even we could hear flush soonds.
Secondly we went out for a while keeping our break fast on the table in the room.and after sometime when we came back the break fast plates were vanished.hotel staff entered in our room in our absence without our permission as we hadn't asked for any service like laundry or cleaning. So they should call or inform us before entering into the room. Though they were feeling sorry but our stay was spoiled due to breach of privacy. Not a good choice if u are looking for quality stay.

The oriental residency hotel overall is a value for money stay! Near Hinduja Hospital Khar, it becomes the first choice for patients and their families to reside here during treatment. Rooms are average, restaurant below is superb, car parking is valet parking available. The location is the USP for this hotel so close to linking road for shopping, bandra for food. Had a pleasant stay!

Hotel staff very slow room service takes time like an hour for anything.
Rooms are ok but in bad condition with leaking bad rotten doors n food quality provided in breakfast is bad food order ed is still bearable. Over all big disappoint

Overall a great hotel to stay

After a thorough research (due to Covid 19 pandemic), I had selected this hotel as it was affordable and convenient for me. The pictures of the rooms that were shown on the website vs the actual room were so different. It was a shock for me. The photos of the hotel, it's rooms, it's garden area displayed on the website are to fool the people. Even my safety was compromised as I could hear all the sounds from adjacent rooms. There was no changing of bed sheets and towels daily. Taking the pandemic situation into consideration, this is a mandatory step I guess to offer basic minimum sanitization. However, even that was not followed. On asking for basic amenities like water, it took 30-45 minutes for the staff to deliver them. No clue what issue they were facing. After spending so much money, if these are the services offered it's better not to book such a hotel. Now I really wish I would've stayed in some other hotel rather than booking this one. I felt cheated.
Really disappointing!

The Room was very small as compared to the price charged. And the washroom was even smaller and congested. We were hungry and ordered fried rice and noodles both the dishes were really dry and difficult to eat. We orderd schezwan sauce which arrived after 45 mins. The breakfast provided was also dry and tasteless. Overall, it was a waste of money.

Careless accommodation provider with high rating.

We are welcomed at room 310 with two cockroaches. One is on bed another one is on wall. I killed one (photograph uploaded) another took shelter under the bed. Room service did not attend after 1st call. They attend after one hour in response of my 2nd call.

Next day they are failed to provide breakfast on time and we left oriental residency without breakfast.

Stayed here for a short business visit. Rooms, Lifts & corridors are neat. Reception staff are courteous. One star minus because I had asked for egg breakfast but did not get it and I was told that it would take time to prepare the same though I had informed well in advance. Otherwise, all good with this place.

Stayed a night, the hygiene needs improvement, toilets really need to be cleaned. I ordered mutton roghangosh which was decent.

The reason I'm giving 3 star is because they don't allow outside food and the toilets are really compact. But compared to price and location it's a great stay.

Got the Classic Room for 1500/Night with Breakfast

Breakfast - Always at 8am served to your room. The food is great but if you are not ready by 8 you might have to eat it cold.

Room was equipped with cupboard, locker, TV (there was some pixels not working but had all the channels), Once small table and chair that you can use to eat but not to work.

Washroom was compact but there was hot water 24*7 with toiletries provided. Soap tooth paste and tooth brush and towels. There was a weird smell initially but the exhaust did the job.

AC in the room is amazing.

Wi-Fi was crying sometimes when I was working on virtual machine.

Bed and pillows were a little uncomfortable at first, gave me back and neck pain next day but then I got adjusted

Food - The restaurant is darn expensive. I'm sure unless you are able to to sneak in outside food you can't stay here in budget. They don't allow outside food and I used to sneak it in my backpack and take it. Felt really weird.

After eating their morning breakfast u will get food posinoning for sure

The oriented ressidency, just 10 min. Walking distance from What west railway station. And two minutes distance from Linking road, the main market of Mumbai. So the best location. Room prise reasonable, as per prise rooms good, simple decent interior, wifi, laundry service all room service available. The lobby area is small but looks good, on first floor is restaurant two located, one for breakfast buffet counter and another for allacarte menu really looking good atmosphere of restaur

This is a really well located hotel. The staff are all very helpful and the rooms are quite well appointed. The breakfast has some good variety. I would stay at this hotel again.

Located in the streets, easy to notice and proximity to the railway station gains extra point. Well maintained and neat. Friendly staff. Have food options but dint try.

Great staff, great food and great rooms. It's a very nice option to make budget trips. However, the air conditioning had a weird smell.

I’m a big fan of this hotel due to blazing room service

1) Property - Its a bit confusing property if you are using cab, you may tend to drive ahead. Once you enter you may feel going in a residential property. The lighting in the reception is very dim and looks very blinding in the morning
2) Room - Rooms are nice and basic. The thing which might discomfort you is bathroom. It’s so small that you really need to be careful
3) Staff & Service - I have only good words for both. They are super fast, specially room service.
4) Food - the quality of food is very good and the preparation is yummy. The staff is so careful, they take continuous feedback from you if you leave something. Blazing fast is the only word

Overall, a great stay & keep it up

Stay was comfortable. The staffs were very cordial. Food was good. Room and bathroom was very small but clean and tidy.

The restaurant is located in Khar west close to the main road which is a very big plus. The parking space is very limited.
The rooms are satisfactory but the lobbies are very narrow and there is a bad smell which is a big turn off.
The morning breakfast is very limited to say the least.
The check-in and checkout experience is quite good. But no welcome drinks during check-in though which needs to be included!

Nice Hotel. Rooms are small and compact. Dont expect much space. Service is good and valet parking is available

Location is very good. Close to Khar railway station and link road. I have visited Soul Banquets for an function. Nice food and great service.

Food quality was no so good. Non-Veg was not properly cooked. Even Gulab Jamun in dessert was not made from khoa.

Very ordinary, if you are paying anything above 3k is definitely not worth. Even the double rooms are so small that it is not suitable for 1 person and bathrooms are very tiny.

Had booked the terrace for a family function.the dj didnt hav songs tht were required and the mics kept cutting of throughout the event.the AC in the buffet area was on full and made the food cold.very disappointed.we are definitely not going to book this place for any more functions.

Good hotel in Khar. Room size is average.staff is also good enough.cleaning is some how issue. But over all it was nice stay there.

Parking could be an issue. You might have to park your car outside the hotel on the road as there is hardly any space for cars within the hotel premises.

Good hotel with easy access. Breakfast buffet was basic. Clean rooms with moderate size. Good service at front desk and restaurant.
