The Park Hotel Navi Mumbai

Park is loosing its edge now and doesn’t give the experience of a 4 star property these days. Food quality has gone down drastically and even the room service is getting impacted.
After staying in so many park hotels in the country The Park Belapur was a dampener.

Food and hygiene is top notch. Stay was good. Only issue we faced is that at the time of check out we were asked to pay items of some snacks (those kept in cupboard) which we didn't have. Hope the management keeps a watch on such issues.

I was impressed with the hotel's cleanliness and convenience, and the atmosphere was really nice. From the moment the staff brought me to my room, I knew I would enjoy my stay. I was paid for a positive review.

Food was good. Bottled water served in glass bottle is costly, don't forget to take glass bottle with you bcoz of its unique design. Service is good and needs improvement. Overall experience is good.

During my stay at Park hotel navi mumbaj, I had the pleasure of interacting with their front desk manager, Shazeb He was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and he had a wealth of knowledge about the hotel and the surrounding area. Whenever I had a question or a concern, he was quick to respond and always had a solution. Overall, Mr. Shazeb made my stay at the park hotel navi Mumbai truly unforgettable, and I can't thank him enough!

Decent hotel and room is good but due to continuous rains last week inside rooms are light smell and over all stay and breakfast good only

We had 2 nights booked here with our family for a stay cation.the rooms are very well maintained and very spacious.

The premium rooms face the highway plus the mountains and the other rooms overlook the city backroads and the pool, which too is not bad.

The hotel staff is also very courteous and friendly and prompt to respond to any needs of the guests. Our room AC was not cooling effectively and to our liking, we were immediately transferred to another room.

The food also is good.the breakfast spread was also very good.all in all a great experience.keep up the good work.

Small size 5star hotel having calm & quiet location in Navi Mumbai though very close to Central Business District and Govt offices of Belapur Navi Mumbai.

They don't provide toiletries by default. Your have to ask which is a good thing.

Food from in room dining is ok - especially the tandoori chicken. However the room you'll get depends a lot on your luck. Once I was given a corner room facing the highway with just enough room to walk. Another time, the room was ok and so was the view. However as it was a room designed for physically challenged, using the shower was really difficult. I had to hold the shower head with my hand all the time as the was no fixture to put it overhead. I'd think any person designing the room would have two places for the shower head - one low and one high. But no! Luckily I stayed only for a couple of night and was thankfully out!

Not A frequented place.the restaurant being operated with limited menu. Very clean and hygienic. Quick service and great food at the restaurant.

The worst hotel to stay in within Navi Mumbai. Booked a stay for two day and left after one day and three room changes within that one day. Definitely not worth a try for parents of toddlers and infants.

The view from windows is good. But their is renovation work going on in hotel but that's part of life. I was happy with my stay

Food was great and ambiance even better. Courteous staff who are highly accomadating of your requests. We came a little late but the staff was as enthusiastic as ever to serve us even after their closing hours in the afternoon. Haven't stayed in their rooms but judging from the rest of the amenities I won't be surprised if their rooms are as good as the rest. Would recommend anyone in Navi Mumbai to visit the place for stay or just a dine in.

Been there at The park Navi Mumbai, which is almost 5-10 min away from the main Highway and highway can be seen through the windows of the hotel. The check in was really smooth, it took almost 10 min and I was in my room. Really courteous staff and the rooms were really clean and sanitized. Each and every staff of hotel was wearing masks which is highly professional. You can get your lunch in your room, but if you go down and have your food in resto at ground floor, you will enjoy the view of pool and its really soothing. Ambience is perfect, the food was damn tasty and its a wonderful place to spend time here. You can get many good corners of the hotel where you can click your own pictures, there is a bar counter plus banquet and parking is really convenient. Overall 10/10 for this place from me and I am surely visiting this place again

Overall Stay was good and decent. Breakfast Buffet was disappointing and lacked options. Service Team was excellent along with Houskeeping.

The place is beautiful no doubt about that but there are a few things that can be looked at. Bathrobe, hair dryer, slippers etc were made available on request whereas these things are usually available in the room. The food was delicious and the staff is cooperative and soft spoken. Photography was not allowed which acted as a bummer considering the hotel was booked for a photoshoot

Excellent hotel even for longer stays. Serving food also in European style taste. All customer concerns and wishes are fulfilled. Windows have thick sound proofing and rooms are quiet. No mosquitos on premises. Internet ping is low and good for remote work. Wooden floor is gentle to feet.

Had lunch at West one, the coffee shop at the park. It's a very nice property. The restaurant food was very flavorful and good. The menu could have been bidder but, honestly no complaints. The staff was very very helpful and it really felt sad if they loved the organisation where they worked. Overall a great experience!

The location was very nice specially The pool side area was awesome. The rooms were beautiful and well maintained. But the staffs there are not that responsive and we have to go behind them and chase them for everything. The food was not up to the mark as expected it was very light and there was something missing in food. Apart from this location is very nice.

This place requires more maintenance. There are lot of loop holes which we observed during our recent stay

Hotel stay was very pleasent, found clean and neat atmosphere in The Park Hotel. Staff at reception need special mention as they were repeatedly checking and ensuring that I had a fast wifi internet connection in the room for various online meetings.

Truly had a lovely stay. Spacious rooms (double occupancy), round the clock house cleaning, and specially In room dining services and many more awesome facilities at your disposal.

Rooms are well cleaned and services are good. But location is in remote. Nearby local transport services and shopes are less in count.

Amazing Peaceful stay but staffs need to be more professional. Give more services. Ambiance is good. Its near cbd police headquarters but people here in parking lot rob petrol from cars. Overall i will give this place 3 stars. Hope they change into some good place and organise good events to get more publicity for this place. Its expensive but not worth it.as they are i think they should lesser the rates.

I visited The Park specifically to arrange and finalise a banquet.
However, Park put me on to a trainee whose answer to every question was that I will check up and revert in 1 hour.
I am yet to hear back from this employee of Park.

I went here for a reception party, the decorations and lights were perfect, food was amazing. The hotel is very spacious. I loved the poolside arrangements. Washrooms are clean. And cafe is open 24*7 I guess cz they got us coffee at 2am.

The rooms were exceptional, well equipped, and spacious. The staff was helpful and efficient. The food was decent, but overall it was a great experience.

The bar menu items are a bit way to high price.eg the packet of moong dal printed price is 10 rs but they are selling for 25 rs.so thts it otherwise the rooma are very comfortable and cozy

Hotel is far from Airport and placed in Navi Mumbai. Outside area is very calm and pollution free. Hotel is based in belapur.

From outside hotel is big enough and all amenities available like pool, Gym and parking.

Staff is good and revert back very nicely on your queries. Check-in and checkout time is very minimum and staff will connect with you one day before too know you arrival time.
My room is not so good in terms of size i have seen square rooms but this one is narrow on one side i requested to change room but not available some how i maintenance also required on walls only. Rest all good in room bed is nice with better cushions.
Not many more options nearby to move out.
The more i love is breakfast which is best in class. Taste is marvelous and multiple options available.
Here first time i saw Taapsee pannu (film star), orignaly she is more beautiful as look on screen.

Rooms were spacious clean with no Mini bar, in it, the breakfast buffet was very nice with good variety but the dinner buffet was pathetic with only one starter option n no chicken curry or any varieties, waste of money.

Don't know how this is a premium property. You have to ask for almost everything. Whether it's a hand towel or hair dryer.

One of the best luxury hotels in Navi Mumbai, the park is well located and is part of the Park hotels chain. The property is well maintained with cooperative and courteous staff, superior fine dining and excellent house keeping staff. The ambience is great and it's a perfect destination for business and leisure travellers.
