One of the worst tailoring experience in whole of pune i would say, i bought a suit worth 18k i should at least get a proper fitting from it, even after 3 trials tailor wasn't able to get the fitting right. Absolutely horrible experience, suit was tight every single time, even a local tailor could have done a better job than these random tailors, dont recommend this place at all. By the way this was my second time buying from this place, first time also they made the blazer wrong, it had weird flow in it and didnt fit right. Please do yourself a favour try and visit some other Raymond store, if you are spending this much you deserve much better
This place is full of sh*t. If you want Gutka eating salesman and white colared scamming supervisor and manager, then u can certainly visit here. Let me explain you their way of scamming: I was looking for a readymade suit and there were very little collection and most of them were old stocks. Finally, I selected a 3 piece suit costing 16000 rupees but the pant fitting was too tight and I was not willing to alter the pant, however the Gutka teeth salesman insisted to care of it. Next day I came back to collect the altered pant and it was still tight, somehow I felt that nothing was changed, inspite of Gutka salesman insisting that the pant was altered. I came back again after 3 days and still the pant fitting was not good but this time they completely ruined the pant stiching, felt like some novice tailor or person did that job. So no option left but to reject it. I could not get my money back, instead they they gave credit note and their behaviour was very rude. They asked me to get the new suit custom stiched from tailor since the remaining readymade suits in the store were old stocks and ugly (Deliberately ugly and old stocks are kept for factory made suits). Now, this new customised suit cost me 20000 rupees just for a 2 piece suit that also with very thin layered stiching done (cloth piece cost: 13000 rs and stiching: 7000s). The workmanship done from tailor was pathetic for this customised suit as compared to the factory ones. The factory (readymade) suit they ruined was far better (thick layered) and around 40-50% cheaper than customised stitching done from tailor. And this is how they do the scamming. They wouldn't want you to buy factory made suits as those have less profit margin. This suit was supposed to be gift from my In-Laws for my reception and it was completely compromised. It was one of the worst days of my life ️ that I visited this outlet. Full of scammers working here. F**k this place.
Overpriced, there is no discount u have to buy on MRP only. The actual cost of cloths are were 30-40% of MRP. They are recovering shop rent, staff salary, electricity bill, & profit etc.from U only. Better to buy online with discount.
Pathetic service and tailoring of suits. They are not having good experience and provide service like normal tailor. Try to avoid buying stuffs and tailoring from them
Tailoring experience was Horrible. Clothes and other accessories are Brand made and quality control but the tailoring is definitely not upto to Raymond mark. 2000 3000 local suites have better tailoring and fitting than this Store. Avoid if you are there for both fabric and tailoring.

This is a great place to go if you are looking for a big range of high quality cotton, linen shirts and pants clothing! We spent almost one hour just going through the entire range. The staff were very helpful when I enquired about prices of different collections available there and they do offer in-house tailoring service to their customers, which is an added advantage, if you don't want to go anywhere for tailoring job then it's perfectly fine for you.
Pethatic service and worst staff. I went for my father clothes to this shop as he don't like readymade clothes. Now detailed review: 1.very few options / choices at the store 2. Staff very least interested to provide service to customer 3. Tailor seems having less experience or some local. 4. Takes advance payment as are aware of later on issue with stitching and tailor. 5. When it is not as expected and even length or size issue, the staff argue that customer should only give measurements and they/tailor to decide about the design and pockets of safari dress. 6. The sample which was given for measurements was totally spolied with daag dhaba. 7. A delay of around 30+ days for delivery. Delivery date communicated 10/10/2021. Received on date 13/11/2021. Refer photo for date 8. Store manager gives gyan only to customer and don't have any control over staff.

I visited this showroom last week. I really like this brand. Clothes is too comfortable with awesome look. The staff is good and understanding person. They really maintain very good relations with customers. I am very happy to visit this branch.
Greeted sweetly at the entrance. Lovely collection of clothing and cloth materials. Staff was looking a bit non interested or a bit lethargic. I felt that they can improve in customer attendance and behavior. They could be more respective and inviting and excited about responding to the customers. We were the only one's in the store but still felt like they have gradually lost interested. We were offered "ONE" glass of water after 25mins of our arrival, even thought we were TWO people the guy came with one empty and one filled glass (confusing I know). We weren't offered for any more refreshments. Which we are usually asked on other outlets of Raymond Stores. We bought Cloth material for Suit-Pant & one T shirt. The Displaying person was decent enough to show different different patterns but was more relayed on convincing and not understanding our requirement. We gave it for stitching as well. The master was pretty understanding our requirement but had less adjusting options as we requested for a "Coller chain" to be added (if not by Raymond but atleast a space for future altering) Secondly I think the stuff should not shout or talk in high volume tones when they are taking to each other while the customer is present. It gives a bad impact to such a Brand. They can clear their fights/arguments after the customer has left or could do it in the background. Also the staff should be trained not to judge any customer by their looks facing or dressing as we everyone will be paying the respective price of the purchase. We have the full rights to browse the full store the staff should be enthusiastic to show around and show everything. We will buy or not buy is our personal preference but staff shouldn't make a customer feel that they are not any more interested to show more options for our choices as it makes every customer feel that we are coming to Raymond store to fool around and not buy anything, its their Job to show as much around as possible. The infrastructure is huge and pleasant. Ambiance is clean and soft breeze cold air is always in the vibe. Feels relaxed and great in the store. Fragrance isnt much recognized but smells sweet and fresh clothy types, but its good:) Washroom available on second floor which follows through their kitchen area. (which I felt the kitchen shouldn't be displayed) Over all I cant say it was a bad experience but it wasnt that happy and respected also. Up points for Collection and Ambiance - Down points for Staff Management. I hope they respond to this honest review and make changes in Staff teaching before any other valued customer faces anything similar.
Very dissatisfied with the stitching. Despite trial and keeping the suit for 2 days, they couldnt fix the issues. The suit doesn't look good. 13k down the drain. People are nice but they dont know how to tailor.
