In the afternoon, clients are told to wait for 10 to 15 mins as all the sales persons decide to have lunch together.why don't they just shut the shop n take a nap together too.in true puneri style! @

Worst shop if you want to get cloth and stich at same place. I don't think they will deserve to keep R from Raymond.

Shop for men's clothing along with accessories. Be it formals, casuals, weekend getaway or ethnic wear, they have it all. If you don't like the readymades you can choose the cloth and get them stitched as per your needs. Tailoring is super duper classy. All accessories are also available from perfumes, wallets, handkerchiefs and socks. You are with the best and deserve only the BEST.

Nice place.decent variety. Less crowded most of the time. Nice n polite staff. A bit tough to find at first time from road due to its location. The parking can be problem if the premises is crowded. Surrounded by few more famous shops like Naturals for ice cream, Samsonite.

This has been one of the worst experiences of visiting a reputed store. The salesperson behaved as if he was doing a favour on us by doing his job. They guy showed just a few options when I asked for a certain kind of suiting fabric and was told "aur hota to dikha deta, merko gharpe thodi leke Jana hai ye sab uthake" in a weird tone. Never going back!

Visited this Raymond outlet twice over past year and feel they are always reluctant to service a customer. This showroom refused to take up stiching of a suit as they could not deliver before 6 working days. The other Raymond showroom delivered in 2 days.

The most hopeless outlet. Went here because of the "Raymond" name. Hopelessly disappointing experience. They completely screwed up my wedding suit and failed to make the alterations they needed to make. The tailor is a rookie that has no idea how to make a good suit - and wasn't even present during the trial. Did not make the alterations that were needed - had to remind them on the very last day. The salesman just seem high on gutka all the time and can barely speak through their mouths brimming with chewing tobacco. Dont waste your money here. This place is a sham and the owner/manager seems like a softy incapable of managing his staff to deliver the standard you would expect from Raymond. Disgusted and disappointed.

I wish I could give negative rating. Worst shop by Raymonds in baner. Staff out their are not ready to show clothes properly and not at all supportive. They even pass comments which are very rude.
Never ever visit this outlet. They have cheap staff. Pathetic.

Got a kurta stitched from here. Measurements were not taken properly. Did not liked the way it has been stitched

Very bad custom tailoring experience. Don't go only by the name of brand. The fitting is sad and the overall experience was atrocious.

Worst Raymond shop ever i visited. Never Ever give shirt or trousers for tailoring in this Raymond shop. Even foot- path Tailor stitch cloth better than this shop.

This is a great place to go if you are looking for a big range of high quality cotton, linen shirts and pants clothing! We spent almost one hour just going through the entire range. The staff were very helpful when I enquired about prizes of different collection s available there and they do offer in-house tailoring service to their customers, which is bit expensive, But if you don't want to go anywhere for tailoring job then it's perfectly fine for you.

Price of clothing range from Rs. 1000/metre and The cost of one dress will go around 3.5k.

Very courteous staff especially the tailor master. All our stiching got done on date that was promised. Stitching done very well.

Hi, I went into the showroom assuming it's an exclusive outlet and service standards would be upto the mark. My experience has been really poor: I went there for custom made trousers, while the selection of cloth was okay but once that was done nothing seemed right. To start with the delivery commitment was not met, I had to follow up for getting the clothes ready. Next shock was during trials, basic waist fitting itself was not proper and it was not marginal and was way off the mark. Alteration was also not upto the mark and left behind the alteration marks, which I hope will go away but not sure. Therefore, please take an informed call.

Staffs is less, collection is good.
Premium has more options, normal range collection is less.

Such a waste of money.

Had pathetic and bad experience. DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM HERE. False commitments for tailoring dates, poor service and miscommunication. Pathetic and adamant attitude towards customer. Not so customer friendly store. If u want to buy clothes from Raymond only then choose another store or switch to other brand. This store is damaging Raymond brand name and reputation.
