The staff is so polite, welcoming and are very experience and expert that they understood my father’s reluctancy in buying readymade outfit.
Therefore sales person along with their tailor master -Gautam arranged stitched formals with jacket in 24 hours for festive occasion of Dasherra celebration in my office.
My papa was looking very handsome and was overwhelmed

Initially I was sceptical but the outcome was awesome.
Fit and finish by Master (Tailor) is highly appreciated and would recommend to try.

Worst experience… staff did not even care to help. To my surprise they asked me to buy from other shops. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Not a lot of choice.but everything seemed overpriced. 2K per mtr for Shirting. I had assumed that the price would be in range of the 3 other Shirtings I had selected. Sales person stayed quiet and did not warn me on the price. Deliberate tactic or did not quite care. Had a a shock on seeing the bill. 2k per mtr is something I would consider for a suiting fabric. Not my first time buying from Raymonds. But this definitely was my worst experience. Had a better experience in Raymonds Baner.

My pant stiching was not as per my expectation and as per requitition when asked to make corrections tailor was not giving convincing answer.says I will be responsible for any further troubles.
Super annoying experience.this is not expected from Raymond. Kindly don't waste you money here.

The Raymond found to be the most expensive.always. I spent over 14k on apparel, but I'm concerned about the tailoring because I didn't see the expert take measures with confidence. I discovered that they merely take measurements, and that the stitching is handled by some other folks at a different location. I suppose that distance could be a barrier to my instructions and expectations. The apparel selection at the showroom is extensive, but the selection of ready-made items is limited. Sales staff found to be cooperative.

Sales person is good.
Tailor is bit arrogant typical Puneri style. No ready for custom changes.: (
No good in keeping commitments even after they ask for full payment in advance
Not visiting next until no other options available.

For stitching of fabrics they Will not attach labels mentioning shortage. While purchasing they will mention wrinkle free, but on getting ready, you will find wrinkles all over, even after ironing. Spent 11k for the poorest ever garment purchase. Arvind was much better than them. Can not give zero, so one star

Not much options for readymade cloths. The service was okay. Prices are higher with zero discount which usually not case in malls.

Never visit or buy from this Shop refused to do alterations of my clothes and worst fitting clothes handed over to me.

Ok ok collection. Basically on pricy side. Tailor was the worst. Two times alteration needed for my husband trouser.

It was very good experience with this shop, staff is helpful, many varieties available with good Quality.

Everything went good, The whole experience was good the staff was helpful and kind but there are cons, it is that they don't accept foreign bank cards. Other all branches accept foreign bank cards can't understand what is the problem with this branch so rating it 4 stars only
