Front office staff very rude, don't even have the hospitality ethics to smile makes dirty faces and back answer with bad expression to the question asked.

Tejal was very bad in her services and missbehavoir and cheap face expression as if we have stolen her personal property.
If property like Tunga have this kind of miss behaved staff then people will never come back with trust of pleasent experience.

Great business hotel and great location. The navya restaurant is a surprise and has some amazing food options and the chef is brilliant to ensure the quality is top notch. Highly recommended.

Have stayed at the property for 2 days. Stay was good. Room and bathroom are spacious. It is around 3-4kms from International Airport. The property is on the main road and everything is easily accessible.
Food menu was decent.

No doubt Navy’s food is Gooooood… but I felt very bad when i found they did fraud by blocking online booking when i was standing on counter. Once i booked room on the counter then again i checked on their official site - and guess what after booking was done all room were available.
*If this is called professionalism then what we call a fraudster. *

I liked the room and bathtub at this price is amazing. It was a nice experience and it was my second time visit to this place and the food can be ordered in room and food is nice at reasonable price

This is a third class hotel. Mostly people of Mumbai go to hotels for parties etc. But this hotel doesn't allow if u bring drinks on ur own. Even 5 star hotels allow them. Same goes with food. And they start quarrelling with u unnecessary.

Best place to stay. Staff gives best for hospitality and food also good as well as portions sizes are also good enough according to price.

So I stayed in the hotel in July 2021. And I got myself a icon room. And the rooms were dirty, underneath the bed it was full dusty, and also there were long hair stuck to the beds bottom. Bathtub was dirty, food was below average as per hotel standards. They have TV but it's dish so half of the channels aren't subscribed. The only good part was one of the servers who was super sweet to us. But the hotel. Not really.

Visited this hotel pre-Corona and post the second wave of Corona.

Would’ve given a 5-star for pre-Corona experience but during the pandemic and because of the challenges brought on by it, the rooms need maintenance. Their room facilities were very nice before the lockdown but need to be maintained now.

However, some things like their quality, quantity and taste of the food along with politeness of the staff remains unchanged. Their staff is still very courteous and friendly. They allowed us to check-in early without putting in a request for the same. And their food was absolutely delicious and value for money.

However, their breakfast spread has degraded. Their breakfast buffet was amazing and they had a lovely spread of veg/non-veg dishes. But due to social distancing rules, they serve it in the room and is limited. Not the same fun.

I loved it there. Their room was amazing and the room service was also good. Felt amazing. Was like a vacation. Every room had bathtubs, tea coffee maker and essentials. Spacious room with amazing service. My room was star room.

Rooms are not as shown in the pictures. Some basic necessities for a traveller are not available. One little incident I asked for tissue paper and the front desk guy told me that I have toilet paper in the bathroom so I need to use that

The rooms were lovely and the staff especially paid attention to making our stay and comfortable and any small problem faced were quickly solved. Raushan, a member of the staff, always welcomed us with a smile which was very much appreciated.

Everytime I need some time out especially now considering WFH due to COVID, I take a visit to the Tunga to experience a seven star treatment at a four star hotel.

The staff is so courteous and make sure that your stay is super comfortable.

Every inch of this place is santised and also they ensure that proper checks are done before letting any guest enter the hotel. A very quick check-in procedure and also a good to know information that local Id's are accepted at this hotel. You will have to fill in the personal guest information form along with the Covid protection form claiming that you do not have any symptoms.

You also get FREE Wi-Fi for all the corporate folks to ensure no work stays pending.

There is one thing that goes without skipping is the Cold Coffee. I ensure I don't miss it. The food is as per the price of any 4 star hotel.

To sum it all, their hospitality is 100%.

Must visit for anyone traveling as well as it's close (15- 20 minutes) to the airport as well.

house restaurant called NAVYA all inclusive 799
per head
Taste wise everything was delicious and yummy
and star winner was gajar ka halwa with loads of
dry fruits and khoya
My humble suggestion to them is please b more
creative and add up some more starters to their
buffet as they serve very limited variety of starters
and i usually never have main courses if going for
buffet s so for me starters and desserts really
matters
Again desserts were limited but gajar ka halwa
was super tasty so no complains

The food was excellent, can improve the time of serving mapping is wait for half hour for one single dish makes us loss our appetite

I am coming from Jharkhand Ranchi and stay here the regale by Tunga is very top hotel and all service housekeeping and their staff behaviour everything is 5 star

The property is well maintained but the management is poor. The staff is not friendly at all and has weird rules in place which even 5 stars don't have. Stay only if you can handel the unnecessary rude behaviour.

Disastrous experience!
Booked the room at 5.38pm.reached by 11.30-12.the room had spider web even the table was missing. Too much of stress yet till 1.30pm.

Comfortable rooms. Quick room service. Room Tv complaint resolved in minutes. Good food and breakfast at the restaurant

Stayed for two nights with family. Room is good and spacious. The menu for breakfast is pretty ordinary stuff. Sambar and chutney was too spicy. Idly was hard. Fruits and vegetables limited. Front desk staff quite negative. Service at the restaurant needs to improve.

I liked the rooms and the cozy feels of it, even the lobby was quite peppy full of warm colours. Good service and quick response had me impressed.

Food is absolutely amazing. Never disappointed with the level of service and the quality of food served by the Tunga group of hotels. Have not stayed here so won't be able to say much about staying experience.

The food was oky but the service was really slow and unorganized. The starters were good but the maincourse was kind of tasteless. They should really work on making their staff work in a professional manner.

I have been a fan of their buffet services, the prices are very reasonable and the service is excellent. The food quality is great and the quantity is unlimited. The starters are served on your table and main course is self service. On peak hours it's better to call and reserve your seats before. All in all a great experience and highly recommended if you like to have buffet with your friends and dear ones

Hi very nice property kept clean good breakfast menu lots of variety u have pasta for breakfast everyday then u have cornflakes an juices an south indian an also parathas everyday lot of seating available they have pastries an fruits as well there is lots to eat but i guess there only one problem is they make food for 20 people where as there are around 60 people to eat if u come late u might just get south indian or may be omletes or u might not get any juices or milk shakes or even fruit so i guess they need to improve on quantity of food

Great dinner buffet with very friendly staff and service. Soup and starters are very good, highly recommend the stir fried vegetables.

I got a value deal at this hotel. So I would not talk about the price point. But otherwise it is a good hotel. Rooms are spacious, well appointed and have everything that a standard star hotel has. Bathrooms are neat and clean. No complaints here as well. Breakfast is awful. Limited spread. Sambhar tastes sweet. Staff is not courteous. So definitely lacking on this aspect.

Excellent ambience, good food and drinks. Menu had variety of choice. Good place for celebration and group parties.

This place is located in marol. Before I could start with our experience I would just like to inform that it's a good place if you are traveling for a business purposes and want to just spend the night here. I do not recommend people who have kids and wish to stay here with your family when you are down here in Mumbai. There is a big reason for that. We had visited this place when we were in Mumbai we stayed here for 3 days and it was a worst experience for us. We have a 3year old kid and when you have kids you definitely at some point expect them to run out of the room and you try to lock the door but the lock system is very bad they don't have proper locking system and even the room was so unclean half of the electric switch were not working and the bathroom were also not maintained well the lights in the bathroom were not working. We informed the staff about it they didn't respond well they were rude but they did not help us in any of the problem that we had. We had been to their other chain location right next to where the real by tunga is located their service and hospitality was way better than the one here the paradise by tunga is a better option for family. The restaurant they have is good for no doubt. So it's up to each individual how you want your service and experience to be.

Service and food was excellent. They have even served Jain food. But they need to offer more variety in buffet

It's a very chic hotel. The property is good and amenities are good for a short stay. Convenient location for airport and train station. The food here is also quite good. Overall a very clean and convenient place.

It's a quite nice place. It's a little small but it's good enough. More over the staff there are super nice and helpful.

Nice hotel but they take 1 hour more to check in even when u call them early. 12 pm is the check in time but they will make it 1 pm. I dont know why they need 1 hr more when the room is booked 5 days early and reminder call is also made. But nice hotel

Mouth watering food, murg tikka and peppery steak along with tom collins. A perfect dining experience with friends and family. Staff there was very friendly and helpful.
