The Retreat Hotel and Convention Centre

When you stay here, it feels like peace of mind and away from our hustle bustle mumbai life, rooms are nice with nice sea view, club house is cool, food is bit expensive but obvious its a 4 star hotel too, suitable for weddings & parties as well.
Overall, it's worth visiting here.

Best place for business, seminar, office parties and marriage function. Swimming is heart of this hotel.

Very bad smell of dead fishes. Access to private beach was not possible because of dead fishes till gate.

I had booked 2 rooms for one night. The hotel’s location is good and convenient for people residing in Mumbai. It took just 1 and half hour for us to reach the hotel. The rooms were spacious and we were given adjoining rooms. Food taste is average compared to the price charged. The swimming pool, gym, TT, carrom and steam room were well maintained. There is private entry to the beach from the hotel. However, I wouldn’t recommend going there because just outside the gate a strong foul smell of dry fish awaits us. Breakfast spread was good but not great. Overall had a pleasant stay here.

Apart from location everything is good. As there is fish drying going on near beach. You will sense the smell all day

If you want to visit worst star hotel tben hotel retreat is for you.i came at 3pm it was pretty late.i enquired if restaurants open.when i went inside i asked if food and wine available they said yes all available.i ordered wine they said u need to go to another restaurant for that.when i went to that restaurant they told me for food you have to visit another restaurant.the old manager came to me with angry looks as if i was not welcomed here.he kept on talking about one rule after another.i asked first food is available before sitting in that restaurant, but manager was very very rude, he kept about talking about kitchen rules, i simply asked wt is available, so i can order from available dish.he gave very angry looks again.i ordered fish fingers worth 600 rupeee.all they gave was stale fish and french friies with it.no salt at all.they took back and brought same without salt and pathetic smelly fish.they gave wafers which was soft.total i paid 1659 both wine and fish fingers, i came outside n vomited twice.i hv visited many stars hotels in and around pune and mumbai.was never never disappointed.hotel retreat very much disappointed.if you want to charge high price no issues, but make sure you give good quality or else close the service.i wanted to take 30 staff for one week meeting and stay at hotel.so worst service and food by old manager with moustache, he looked like goon to me.i won't even come back even if m offered food and accommodation for free.

On seeing the property its wonderful, but experience was the worst, foul smell in reception, moisture in room no proper maintenance, buffet has very less items but cost more, totally not worth for this money. Only swimming pool scenery was good

5 stars for the awesome staff who make the stay experience so warm and comfortable. To name a few of the Rockstars, Abhay (Bell desk), Raj (captain), Disha (Front desk) Silvanus and Kailash (Bell Desk). Great job guys.

Some facility feedback for the property managers,

The phones lines need to be looked at. Comms is important when there is a large family around. Mobile networks are poor here.

The air conditioning thermostats need and uprade or repairs. Its either gets too chilly or too hot/stuffy.

Great view, clean rooms, delicious food, only prblm is the foul smell of fishes near pool area. Hope they'll do something for that.

One of the worst stay of my life u professional staff, I booked room room on triple sharing basis room and they force me to stay in double occupancy room I don't know why they do this.

Awesome place with all gender preference staff. LGBTQIA+ friendly staff. So, if you want to come here, come and have a good stay.

Good place to spent quality time with family and friends. Rooms are spacious, need some maintanence. Staff is helpful and courteous. Veriety of food available, taste is good. You can get veg and non veg both and lot of other cousins. Big swimming pools add value to the stay. Situated at sea beach, greenary in backyard. Only problem is conveyance, if you are coming with your car it is ok, but difficult to get conveyance from here on late night and early morning.

Had been with friends for one night. The staff were very helpful. Food was good.and the rooms had beautiful view. Over all had very beautiful memories at the resort.
