Capacity management is not that well, plenty of people were standing due to low space and the starter service was so poor that the waiter could manage to serve all

We had arranged the Farwell function of our Top Boss in St. Regis Ball room with 225 guests. Hall arrangement.food quality and services offered were par excellence.

We went to the Equus club which was has great views but the alcohol selection was not befitting the stature of the club. The prawns in hot garlic sauce were wicked good though.

A great experience of luxury stay. I have stayed here for 2 nights. My room was on 23rd floor with city view which was ok, room was beautiful with a large washroom area and modern 5 star facilities. I have only eaten their buffet breakfast which was good and a really large spread with verity of foods from various cultures fron around the world. Try and go for breakfast before 9 as after 9.30 it very crowded and service become little slow although the serving staff was very nice and attentive. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Incredible hotel. Splendor from the moment you step in. The staff and service made me and my family feel really special with invites to exclusive events with complimentary food and drinks.

The suite I stayed at was amazing with incredible views of the city and large, lavish bathrooms. There is a mall attached to the hotel so it’s easy to go eat or shop within 5 minutes without a car.

But I would highly recommend eating at the Seven Kitchens - some of the best food we’ve ever eaten and their breakfast is included in several packaged. If you have any Marriott Bonvoy points, USE THEM HERE.

Although the initial dining was very disappointing that just made us cancel our plans to ever come back again. But the next day, they made up with a wonderful in room breakfast service. The assistant manager Shivam Gupta and Rivaldo who got us our breakfast went over and above to make our in room breakfast experience enjoyable and memorable. Hopefully, we’ll come back again!

Was there for an Awards ceremony. Place was good and also the food. The only hitch was the crowd at the parking.

Well appointed and spotless rooms, clean and immaculate with everything necessary. I was here for 3 nights and enjoyed my stay. Breakfast spread was exceptional.

Very luxurious place. Located on top of the Palladium Mall. Has a separate entry than the o e to the mall. One can access the mall from St Regis ground floor. The rooms are luxuriously decorated with good quality fittings. Food is good at the Seven Kitchens. Was crowded on Sunday morning and expect queues for breakfast.

The Hotel with the best view and the staff of this hotel is very polite and professional. I liked the ambiance the food and everything of this hotel. If you looking for a good 5 star hotel in Mumbai please visit this you won’t regret this.

Loved. Simply LOVED the stay. Right from entry until i got in the vehicle to return.
This memory i shall cherish forever. A special mention, to My Appointed Butler, Mansi Painter. She looked forward to making our stay as comfortable & cherished as possible. Which includes but is not limited to taking care of my family's needs, wants and minor wims/fancies. Awesome ambience. Nice aura.
We went to sahib room and kippling bar.
The service was quite slow. We got our food after around 30-40 mins after we ordered.
The food although was quite nice.

The property is new and modern. It offers rooms with city view and partial sea view. The hotel is located by the side of Palladium shopping mall which is quite beneficial for long stay guests. The cleanliness and housekeeping is absolutely high standards.

The gym is very well maintained and staff is quite helpful. I have stayed for 2 months during covid restrictions situation most of the time hence can’t give you fair review of bar. In my experience Bar on 37 floor is quite good for couples on date and wasn’t a happening place for solo travelers for sure.

PS - Higher floors (above 24) with partial sea view offers my favorite view from this hotel.

The accommodations were excellent. Every interaction with staff went above expectations.

Seven Kitchens was incredible. I could eat here 3 times a day. The variety and quality was perfect. My only complaint was that I filled up to quickly. The staff was kind and helpful and pointed out specials.

We had an amazing staycation at St Regis. We went to celebrate a friend's birthday and they graciously upgraded us to a room with better view. The staff was extremely courteous. We had a memorable stay. Thank you!

The hotel is right next to a big mall, and is very conveniently located. The staff and service were also great. I liked the ambience. Restaurants are good, but over priced. I would suggest going to Phoenix Mall and there are ton of good food options. I cut one star for value for money, otherwise it is a nice 5 star hotel.

Had the most amazing time. Excellent place and super service. Rooms were comfortable and food was too good. Amazing selection of cuisines and buffet spread was great. Our butler Dhanraj was very helpful and took good care of us. Special mention to all staff at Seven kitchens who go out of there way to make you feel comfortable.

We had an amazing two night stay (in early February) and it was wonderful. The hotel staff is wonderful and location is fab. From accommodating our late check-in to ad hoc requests, everything was delightful. Will definitely be back. Thanks!

We stayed there for one night and while checking in, they said they need to hold 5000 as a security amount which they will release when I check out. So they took 5000 extra from my debit card. At the time of check out they started giving various reasons and said that money will take upto 7 working days to refund back in your account. This is pure misguiding! You are clearly holding funds that do not belong to you! Its been 2 days and still the money is not reflected in my account. Duty manager Suman is just blaming the bank for this. There are other reviews as well which state the same issue. We have stayed in many 5 star hotels but never faced such issue. I would never recommend anyone to fall in this trap! No hotel has a policy like this.

Noor the Duty manager did my check in, I had booked 9 rooms and she took more than an hour and a half to allocate my rooms, she had a lot of attitude and arrogance, not accepted from a manager at the Regis.

We had a amazing stay. In the times of pandemic also it was a amazing spread of breakfast and I must say don’t miss Raju chai over here it will open up all your senses.great hospitality!

I had an surgery 2 days before the stay in hotel, when i reached the hotel they kept me in one room for more than 1 and a half hour my leg was paining and and we called the service for about 4 times but still they waited me for 2 hrs

No two wheeler parking available in such a big hotel. Had to park bike far away in the mall and walk a lot with luggage. Have an expensive bike and it was such a pain to park it in such a pathetic place. Not coming here again.

Superb rooms and beyond expectations services. Has 38 floors. The conceirge services are great too. Lobby looks really glamourous. Will post reviews of food soon.

We had 2 nights stay on the occasion of our wedding anniversary. On arrival at hotel lobby we were greeted by Ms. Akanksha Matoo from Butler service team. Ms. Akanksha was very courteous helped us with check in formalities and helped us with high chair in room for our 10 month old baby.
To extend her courteous services we were offered bottles of water and refills of tea and coffee on the house, it really helped us as during early summers water is a must to quench thirst specially when you have a little one with you. Ms. Akanksha helped us to make reservation at The Sahib Kitchen & Kipling bar (Indian) & By The Mekong (Asian Cuisine)
All arrangements were up to date and food and ambience were excellent.
We had ordered in room dining on couple of occasion food were served in trolley which kept food hot for a longer time which really helped us to be flexible. Entire hotel is crafted to perfection and luxury. Due to Covid - 19 Pool & Spa was closed other wise hotel staff has taken all precautions for safety.
Baggage was taken care by Concierge team while check in and Check out. We would once again thank Ms Akanksha for her extended support for making our stay truly mesmerizing and unforgettable with our 10 month old baby.

One of the best 5stars hotel in lower Parel, adjacent to palledium mall, it's has great buffet spread. Rooms are also nice n spacious.in love with their pool.

We decided to visit St. Regis Mumbai for our anniversary, stay period - 30th January 2021 - 3rd February 2021. The booking process was smooth, did it over the Marriott Bonvoy app. Split it in two packages, 2 nights Breakfast only and 2 nights Half Board, so that we could enjoy the city's delicacies and the hotel's offerings as well.

Check in was a breeze. Upon arriving at the location, luggage was collected on arrival, helpful staff at entrance helped us move through the right elevators to the reception for check-in and front desk was warm and welcoming.

Moving on to the room, we were pampered to be given an upgraded room on the 26th floor for the duration of our stay. Since only a city view was available the first night, the staff did help us move to the panoramic view on the 2nd night without a fuss. The room had awesome views, Mahalakshmi race course to even Haji Ali and partially able to see the sea as well.

Reason for us choosing the location for our anniversary stay was the Exclusivity factor. This was the only St. Regis in India. We were torn between this and Ritz-Carlton, but eventually the exclusivity made us finalise the stay.

Our Butler - Mr. Suresh Tamang was kind and very well spoken. He helped arrange not 1, but 3 anniversary cakes for the duration of our trip. Our requests were fulfilled in an instant, and he went above and beyond his duties to make sure that we were comfortable and pampered throughout our stay.
Suresh was also kind enough to let us know about the Champagne Sabering ceremony due on the evening and let us know a good time to reach the venue so that we had good views and a great change to enjoy the Evening Rituals at St. Regis.

Room service was great. We were given daily a safety kit which included face masks and sanitiser. Never a fuss was made of what and when it was requested. Anytime we stepped out of the location, the room was tidied up and we always had a fresh room to walk in to.

For breakfast and for the dinner during the latter half of our stay, we visited Seven Kitchens restaurant. We would like to call out service by Mr. Rishikesh (sorry if I misspelled the name) and Mr. Akshay. Almost all throughout the stay we were served by these gentlemen, who again went above and beyond, with also sharing information on how to get around the city that we were visiting for the first time and other tips to travel like locals. They were also great enough to accommodate special requests during the buffet.

Another special call out for all the chefs. The best quality ingredients used to create great tasting food. On top of that, our first time experiencing Sushi (which is a must-try whenever you visit) was refreshing!

We didn't catch the name, but there was always a smiling lady at the ground floor (hotel is connected with Palladium mall with just a few steps walk) who would always greet on crossing paths and would recommend the right elevators (some lead to the reception, others lead directly to the rooms/suites). Little things which make the overall experience such a great stay.

Hotel location - Interconnected with the Palladium and in extension with the Phoenix malls. Great place to shop, huge variety overall. Hotel was about a 30-45 minutes (depending on traffic) drive via Sea-link from the Mumbai Airport. Uber has better connectivity to the location. Ola is also available, but the pick up points were confusing for us as first time travellers to the area.

Social distancing and all Covid related norms were being followed to the full. Pens in use were sanitised, masks were made available in most common areas, in case someone forgot to carry their own. Sanitisers were placed in all common areas that we visited.

Overall, the stay was very comfortable, extremely pampering and is highly recommended for anyone who wants to celebrate any occasion at said location.

Totally not worth going this place me and my friend had gone this place and we had reservation which paid in advance and the lady at the counter said there is no such reservation done here but still I can give you the table that's that and after that we started having buffet I had gone for salads first in that there was crab so i asked the waiter for the crab cracker so he said I will bring it cracked by chief so i said okay he didn't bring my crab till end then we had ordered moctails in which i ordered two one was peach ice tea and second one was virgin mojito peach ice tea was amazing but virgin mojito was equally bad it was very sour not drinkable then we had ordered pastas from live counter one was red sause which was perfect but white sause was totally raw not eatable and not cooked properly then i had chicken lollipop which was also not cooked properly there were many more problem I had to face like poor service and more.

A superb place and well maintained 5 star property with good quality of food and nice staff, the only issue I found is the entrance and exit gate, rest all is perfect

Very nice place for events and conferences. The food and service is also top notch. But they should arrange for parking for their visiting guests and not just for folks who have booked rooms.

The hotel is nice with the decor n all. But we went for midnight buffet and it was horrible very bad experience with the midnight buffet.

3 The staff struggle for a cup of coffee from the machine. After 5 minutes they find out milk is not adequate in the machine. Pour milk still no coffee. After 10 minutes discovers beans are less. After beans are added another 5 minutes and restart later they realize it's out of water! Tea break over, 25 minutes wait and no coffee. Bunch of trainees ruining a global brand

Truly Grand. Great views of the Mumbai skyline. Comfortable place to stay and excellent service. The amazing conference hall and great food makes it a perfect place to host gatherings.

Attention a Education Ireland Fair at this place. The place is mind blowing. One of the best Hotel in Mumbai.

The staff is hostile. One of them pulled out the glass from one of the guest as he took it before the bar was open. They way staff talks to people is extremely poor.

Was at the St. Regis for the ASCENT Conclave which was at the main ballroom. Seems like the service level has dropped significantly from my previous times. They really need to pull up their socks if they need to maintain the St. Regis quality.

The overall experience at St Regis was good. Couple of areas that I thought could be better are. They ran out of dessert plates and spoon and nobody knew where to get them. The food spread was good.

It is one of the best hotels currently in Mumbai.it has got a good lounge and meeting rooms.also the staff is courteous and helpful.
