The Tenth Floor

The vibe here is kind of a letdown, and the staff seems to be in their own world, forgetting about orders, making us play the calling game. The Manchurian we ordered was a total waste of money; after just one bite, we wanted a refund, but nope, they insisted on giving us some other starter. To add to the comedy, they offered shots instead of a refund – like, 'lol, ' what's that about? If we didn't want the food, why push it on us? Totally doesn't make sense, and I'm scratching my head about their so-called policies. Also, check out the pic of their so-called "TIRAMISU, " which is basically a coffee-flavored pastry. My overall vibe? Major letdown. Hope this heads-up helps.

Good place but busy on the weekends, resulted in unproductive service.
Veg people kept on waiting for almost 40mins to get their 1st starter.
Hara bhara kaju kabab was not good, found more papad in that than kaju.
Kaju Masala was cooked in white sweet curry which was a let down.
Pizza & Nanzas were good.
Chicken starters were also good.

The only good thing about this place was the top floor view but the service was not at all good and the food arrived late and was not even warm.

Best ambience so far. Try to visit at 5.30 6pm so you can enjoy the beautiful sunset. Food is great. A bit expensive.

This is the best place to chit chat with friends on a drink. Couple point too. Starters are very Good. Place for Dinner Date.

I liked the vibe of the place. Food was good. The fact that bar tender was hesitant to provide testers for new brew beers was the only not so good thing.

Place is very nice for dinner.
They help to arrange decoration for occasion (of course it is chargeable).

As the name define it itself THE TENTH FLOOR it is situated at the tenth floor of the building on the rooftop.very good ambience with nice sitting arrangements.live music on Sundays creates romantic atmosphere.

The staff is pathetic and partial. Cover charges for some, no cover for others, even for couples. Same for seating preferences.

Very poor service, staff does not know how to talk to customers and behave rudely. Starters have no taste and very slow service. Places like these deserve 0 stars and you should avoid visiting this place as there much better option available in same vicinity.

Make sure you inform the correct person about your Zomato gold/ Dineout or any such offers prior, and not to the person taking order or serving food.

It was good experience, Vibes was good, but food was wrost,
They even don't know what they are serving, we have ordered fruit shake, they give strawberry shake.
After, asking they got confused.
Paneer Tikka was good

One of the best rooftop restraunts in baner. They have a awesome food taste at a very reasonalble prices. The bas is also very good. They just need to improve their dance floor area. It is a but conjested.

Ambience is perfect. Drinks are available and food is good too. In short kinda perfect combination. Only no sim card range in parking and lift area.

It's worst ever experience! We have ordered pure veg food and received non veg on our table. Even after noticing that attitude of servant and manager itself is really bad and pathetic. Would never prefer to go again.

Horrible service. Just unbelievably bad. Perhaps my worst experience. First made mistake in serving the correct starter ordered, secondly abnormal delay in serving the main course, thirdly when the delay was so high, we had to cancel the main course.the waiter continuously argued and was pressuring me to pay for the main course which we had already canceled. Also the menu is badly designed and priced, the taste of chicken was good but the fish ordered was bad.
Overall it offered a bad evening experience.

One of the best roof top restaurant with amazing view and dance floor enclosed. Place is very spacious. This place has really beautiful ambience. Music was perfect for the ambience.
