During the billing, the Restaurant denied payment through zomato gold if service charge was removed.
You should mention or inform the customer before hand that if we deny service charge we cannot pay through zomato gold.
I had the worst experience there. The crew there accused me of being unethical for this.
Even zomato didn't help us with this. They gave late replies and simply claim the Restaurant to be unreachable.
I will take this to consumer court.

The Outdoor seating is much better than the inside seating. The dimly lit ambience on the inside reminds me too much of old Bollywood movies where the villain "gang" used to be chilling out with their "fellow gangsters. "

Good food, great service!

We had NY sour cocktail and absolutely loved it. For food, we had the mushroom truffle oil dimpsums, mediterranean pizza, potato popcorn, classic bytes - my fav was the mushroom dimpsums. Overall great service and good food

I had to wait for an hour! First I thought the reason was saturday night but when I tasted the food I realised that the reason wasn't just saturday night but the great food these people offer. They had a little problem with the card machine. But we had a blast.

One of the best managed places at Balewadi high street. Must visit. Good food. Craft beer and a very good ambience with live music at times. The staff was courteous and service is fast. Overall a good evening spent at this place.

One of my favourite places for a hangout. Good food thats not too expensive and great ambience and music. Make sure to try the Beer Batter Fried Chicken and the Guntur Chili Michelada cocktail. Worth the money.

The cocktails and LIITE are my favorite at this place. At urban foundry you will definately be amazed by the menu. Crazy drink options and you also have to try the biryani. They serve it in a cute tiny cooker.

Went with friends.good place but too cramped. Food is awesome. Drink options are also good. They have mobil counters for shots. Nice place though.

Good food & ambience but very rigid management, not co-operative towards customers and very much rule abiding. Asked for a special request, so that I could have my home cooked food as I was sick, while my colleagues ordered food from the kitchen. Was not allowed to do so. So had my home cooked food standing outside Urban Foundry while my colleagues waited for their food, thanks to slow service. Was able to achieve both the tasks, have my food and write this honest review. UF lost a loyal customer today.

Vey good food. The only place Id call the veg biryani a biryani and not a pulao. Prices are decent. Covid safety is very good.

Their food quality has gone down and worst is they turn off the lights at 9: 30 PM so you have to get out. Other hotels are not so rude.

Great ambiance. Opted for open air sitting as the weather was good. Food was excellent. Decently priced.

Good food and staff keeps hygiene. They wear gloves, mask and also shield while talking. Was feeling very safe inspite of this place being very crowded on Saturday afternoon. However the quantity of food is less compared to the rates. They even charge Service Charge which I noticed later after making payment. They take VAT, Service Charge over and above the GST. So the Tax comes to almost 20% i.e. Inspite of Government making GST only 5% which is very unfair as you have already spiked your per plate rates by 30% post COVID.

Ambience, food and cocktails.all are different from regular tastes. Must try kalimiri dimsum, thai mojito rita and chicken thalipeth taco.these blew my mind.if you are foody, must try this place

It was an absolute disgusting experience after serving of starters and drinks.food was pathetic and exorbitantly priced for taste of worse than 2* hotels.pls never visit this place if u care about ur hard earned money.

Very bad experience. Food is EXTREMELY common. They serve packed potato fries in the name of 'potato popcorn'. They only change for their interior and plating. Not at all worth it. If you are going to BHS, dont go here.

The pizza here is a must try. It's very unique. About the overall restaurant, it is a good one. Food is out of the box. Service and serving is also unique. Good to visit. Pricey

We tried Potato popcorn, Chicken 65, Schezwan Paneer pizza (must try), Thai chicken (must try), etc. It's a l'le costly but suitable for weekend party.

I really like this place because of good ambiance, awesome food quality and presentation, good service, huge crowd. They serves all types of drink. You can sit outside or inside based on the availability of table because there is very crowd specially on weekends so you have to wait for table.try this place with friends on weekends.

The food quality and quantity shouts out on its own as it is just amaze. Cocktails and drinks are served with utmost honesty and not diluted at all. Polite and cooperating servers. Outdoor sitting arrangement adds to the great experience.

You can have all sorts of fusion dishes here. This place's ambience is just amazing which makes it a must visit in Pune.

Beer options are limited. Pizza is hopeless. It was served cold. Ambiance is nice but music is so loud you really have to scream to place your order.

Foundary themed restaurant and bar. Veg and chicken Thalis are at low prices and are worthy. Nice ambiance. Tasty food. Good service. Parking spaces available for 2 and 4 wheelers outside the High Street. Heavily crowded in the evenings. Good to visit atleast once.

The restaurant has a blend of old school and modern interior with exposed concrete walls and timber furniture! Spacious and Lit, mostly during evenings!
#The menu is again a blend of Indian cuisine with other cuisines, be it their bar or food menu! Filling and sumptuous proportions and excellent taste.
- Highly recommend, bajirao mastani, the Hawaiian can in cocktails, gulabo, very berry in mocktails! Chicken chettinad Pizza, chicken truffled in saffron, chicken 65!

The place is good. I went for lunch, not sure how good it's for dinner. Ambience is good. The food taste is Ok. Service not so great for the cost. Please don't order any desert, it's worst at best.

I would have given 0 star to be honest.

Booked this place for team lunch, and with each dish, disappointment was complimentary. Few points I’d like to mention-
1. Unprofessional staff. Do no respond even while attending you. Not one, but almost all of them. Last piece of order came after we paid the bill.
2. Food is disappointing. Only thing which was decent was Chicken Biryani.
3. Desserts are not bad, they are infact worst. Tried four different types and all were bad. Do not order desserts without explicitly getting details from waiters. Uploading pics of desserts so that while ordering you can cross check with the waiter.

Food and drinks are very good.

This was my 4th visit to this place but still my overall experience was good.
Rating it as 4 stars for keeping up the standards.however, place needs to be improved.

Nice ambience.hotel charges mandatory service charge of 5%. Which I felt is going against law when finance ministry has specifically stopped such forceful act.

Good drinks to share with friends a bit of on expensive end but yeah there promotions might help to get some good beers at affordable prices.staff is good friendly but not all only few.

Pretty decent a place! Food was an add on perk to the drinks! The booze is really good out here, great variety at amazing price. The music is decent. The service is again a big plus! Pretty cooperative staff! Loved it though the wait was a little long. A feedback for the team if they could allow pre-booking over phone things would get way sorted and structured! Overall nice experience
