The Westin Mumbai Garden City

This is fantastic place for a family dine out or friendly gatherings or business meets. I went there with my clients for a dinner and was able to build the impression. The only problem we faced was with the traffic around the place it is located but once you are in you will forget the hassles. The staff is well trained and are courteous. The food was amazing and the service was quick. We truly enjoyed our evening there.

The best place to stay in the city if you have an event to attend at nesco as it's close by. They have a great bar in the lobby too, it's a bit expensive though. Rooms have great views.

The room was well-maintained, and the housekeeping staff did a commendable job. The bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.

I came to this part of Mumbai to visit my suppliers so the best place to stay was the Westin. Good location, service, staff. Rooms are decent, heslth club good. There are meeting rooms etc. Several meeting areas, coffee shop, in house dining. All good. I have no hesitation in recommending this place.

Had a meeting with client in Coffee Shop. The hotel has beautiful green surrounding. Proper security check of the car, individual, belongings etc.with covid protocol. Nice Lobby, Reception, Interior. Very quiet peaceful ambience, just loved it.

The best 5 star hotel in the Suburbs. Very spacious. Has 3 restaurants namely Prego (Best Italian dishes), Seasonal tastes (Best buffets) and Kangan (Multicuisine). Rooms are spacious with a spacious gym, spa and outdoor swimming pool. Staff is very courteous and make your stay comfortable. They also have a small bakery downstairs which offer best chocolates and cakes

Very good for relaxing. Nice place to comeout with family and friends. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Specialy thank you to miss chandni. Its was very peaceful coexistence

Great location for a Sunday Brunch over looking Film city, National Park and blue ocean.excellent buffet with varieties of Indian, Italian, Asian and decadent desserts.great bar with beers, gins rums etc.must visit to enjoy

Had visited Westin for A night stay. The rooms were lavishly big. Was on the 24th floor highway view. Drawback is that they don't stack their fridge. Room comes in with a Bathtub. Hospitality was good but receptionist was a bit arrogant. Visited Seasonal Tastes for breakfast Buffett. Layout was large and delicious. Overall enjoyed my stay.

The operators services there is worst. They never answer the call.front office staff at the hotel is weak very unhappy

Visited Prego. Romantic place. Indian food. We had sea food. It was good. Candle light. Service was friendly. Missed good music. But the view compasated for it.

Good 5 star property on the Western Highway in North Mumbai. The room are spacious (at least suite is). The hotel rooms start from 18 th floor onwards. Is you are lucky you can get the Aarey Milk Colony view else you have the highway view in West.
This Westin is back in full force. The staff is very helpful. Minor glitches related to reopening, but staff tries their best to fix everything promptly.

If this was a good place pre covid, its become great post it! All protocols completely in place, staff is cordial and safety is key everywhere. I've been to all restaurants here, and can say the food, service and protocols are in general top notch. Recommend to try Daal Kangan for the Indian foodie, and Preggo for pizza.

Buffet breakfast amazing. In-room dining is so so. Need to have more options and need to prepare more tasty food.

Love it so much! They have an amazing pleasantful environment and accommodation by them is amazing!
Staff is extremely helpful and nice ️ and if you ask me about the food there it’s AWESOME! Super yummy! Breakfast is exquisite so many things from continental to indian.
Airport is around 30 mins from here if less traffic.
Rooms are neat and clean. Have the best services.
Hotel is near Oberoi mall, at walking distance, one can go ans shop and have a nice time here too.

Spacious rooms and washrooms. The hotel and specially the Westin heavenly spa is a must visit when staying in. The vicinity is very chaotic and lot of construction work around. Good for business stay or a few days of staycation. Buffet bf spread is nice and staff is courteous.

Keeping the pandemic in mind you expect a known chain of 5 star hotel to have discipline, hygiene, protocols due diligence being followed and the Westin Garden City delivers on that. However you will see a lot of guests moving around without mask which will always make others uncomfortable and I agree the hotel staff might not be able to control this and go on asking all the guests to keep mask on.

Rooms are spacious/clean. The food, definitely a 5 star experience. Kudos to the restaurant staff/chef. The dining area on 18th floor is quite spacious something that is much needed in COVID times.

Amazing views from the room. Room was spacious and modern. Service was on par. Security checks and social distancing was maintained really well. Location is superb. Breakfast spread was good but I think could be better.
Best was the view of the western expressway, looked so cool at night.

Met a couple of friends, who travelled from across town, for an early morning breakfast. Here we were denied a table at the breakfast buffet because we were not in-house guests, even though there was enough seating keeping COVID restrictions in mind. There was no ala-carte or restaurant or coffee shop options provided and we had to leave the place hungry only to realise that most of the malls/restaurants open at 11 am. Least expected from a popular and established hotel as this one. Date of Visit: 28th August

Beautiful hotel situated parallel to the western highway in Goregaon East.good service.
We had buffet lunch at Westin today and wad amazed to see the spread. So many varieties be it Indian, Continental, Italian, Japanese, eyc etc.
Both veg and non veg were brilliant. Kids went crazy.
Since i am a vegetarian i had vegetarian buffet and trust me i am very fussy abt food but here nothing much to complain.i liked 80%of the dishes i tried.
I started with Hummus, Labneh, Guacamole and 2 other dips (sorry dont remember the name) along woth the pita bread. Liked hummus; labneh cud hv been better rest 3 were ok
Post that moved to Pizza, falafel, some rice fried balls and assorted papad along with the mushroom clear soup and all were brilliant.
Later had garlic bread and tasted pasta and waffles from kids plates and they were good too.
Ragda pattice and chana chat were good as well
Assorted tava paneer, broccoli, mushroom, bell peppers red n yellow, and baby corn were nice. Mildly spiced but not spicy.
My family also tried Thai curry, rice and dumplings which were good too.
Sugarcane juice was nice but non-alcoholic mocktails were average but yes it all depends on an individual taste. Of all we liked cranapple made of cranberry and apple.
Ice teas and ice-creams were good as well.
In dessert i liked the blueberry chese cake and mysore pak cheese.rest i found excess sweet
Just 1 issue i faced was that my daughter had asked for waffle which they were supposed to serve at the table which never came till we left.
But overall a good lunch

There are no Jet Sprays in any of the Bathrooms. I think this is the first 5 star property i have been to which doesn't has it. I was not expecting this in India at least.

I would say without a doubt, biggest rooms and bathrooms in comparison to any other hotels in Mumbai, beautiful view guaranteed from any room u choose, best in breakfast, last but not the least fastest and prompt customer service

Had a room on the 29th floor, with brilliant views of the western express highway below. The room was very spacious, with a comfortable king size bed, 2 single seater sofas along with a writing table and a centre table, and a large bathroom area which included a tub. The drawback was that the bathroom had sliding doors opening from 2 sides but without any locks! If you are staying with children, this could be a problem. The room had all basic requirements - coffee maker, clean & soft towels, pillows and good linen. The TV was an old one and no channel guide was available. The air-conditioning is excellent and we unsuccessfully tried to make it warmer several times and had to finally turn it off for some time, each time it got too cold. The telephone had a cordless handset but it didn't provide a list of numbers to call. Even the base set had only an 'Express Service' speed dial button and they took all requests - found this a little unconventional. No newspaper was provided in the mornings which is quite a common practice now a days. There was no fan/air-conditioning inside the elevators and in the corridors. But all boxes checked for hygiene, cleanliness, and maintenance. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful.

The place with beautiful view and very kind staff. I've been visiting this place since 2011 and I've always liked their food. I have tried their pastas, red thai curry, Chinese dishes and Lebanese food. I really liked their two eggless chocolate desserts but they have changed their menu and it is discontinued now. I am really hoping to have that dessert again.

Excellent food. Great place fr family. The view is jst amazing. Try out the Sunday brunch. Its a treat to your taste buds. I tried out the holi brunch. And this is one place to visit again.

Beautiful skyscraper donning the western sky. The outside glass facade radiates pure luxury and so are the insides. Lobby area is neat and the seating ares opens out to huge glass windows.

It also has a huge lawn area where a flea market was organized in 2019.

Stay was amazing and so was the food.

The ambience is great. If you look at the price and the options in menu it's not justifying at all. So less options in menu and not much in stater. The food is not that delicious as per Westin standard. Juice option was also less. Overall I will never recommend any body only for ambiance. The management should really see in to it and improve the options in the menu.

Looks premium and rooms are luxurious.be careful while having food.your intestine willl start giving trouble after 3 hours.

One of the most luxurious hotels in mumbai. This is 5 star hotel. I wish to visit as early as possible. It is near to my home, it's behind a very famous mall in goregaon or you can say in all over mumbai. Oberoi mall. The view from here is also very much good. Since it is close to Highway it makes the highway more beautiful. One should visit one time in his life.

We had gone for a 1 day stay to Westin just after covid and those were literally the most amazing days I had in a long time. The stay was absolutely perfect they bumped as to the highest floor. The rooms are super spacious and they followed every safety protocol required. The breakfast and dinner spread just added to the amazing experience. We had soo much fun that we actually extended our stay by one night. Just couldn’t get enough of it. It was the perfect mini vacation we needed.

Best hotel in Mumbai Area for that Price Range of 5-6k for 2 (deluxe room with bathtub) Cleanliness at it best Room service is like what to say they treat they about their guests so precisely absolutely worth it!

Stayed at the hotel for four days. Exceptional quality of service and food and the rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and nicely done. Sparkling clean.

I had been here to give a surprise to my wife on her bday. I spoke with Nitish and he made fantastic arrangements for us. Kudos to Nitish As usual the food quality was great and we loved the entire time we were there.

Business meeting are good fun here thanks to the aptly sized halls and board rooms. Ballrooms are suitable for large gatherings* with ample open space in the PFA. The restaurant is placed on the 18th floor and has an amazing view. The pool side area is well laid out and was a good area to relax after a long meeting chugging a few bevies! Have also stayed there a couple of times and enjoyed the view from the WEH facing rooms.

Well, this is a biased review so I'll be upfront. For an average visitor or guest you wouldn't complain much but I have taken off 3 stars for a simple reason that I had a Sunday morning meeting at the hotel and I decided to pop my sports bike instead which otherwise on a normal day in Mumbai is meaningless to ride. And I wasnt let into the property!

On questioning security, they said that we cant take any exceptions but if I wanted I could park in staff area but then I have to walk up to property as it's a separate access gate. The only reason for 2 stars is that the staff was courteous and said that they understand that the bike is probably more expensive than 50% of the cars that come in but they cant do much since its house rules!

My question for management, in this new day and age where the 'middle class' has means and aspirations that may not be similar to previous generations isnt it time to be more Cosmo than bureaucratic and old school.

The Westin Mumbai Garden City is one of the best luxury hotels in Mumbai suburbs. It offers a great view of the Mumbai Skyline and is surely one of the best thing about it. It also has a nice swimming pool and it has 4 in house restaurants. It also has a gym which is open 24 × 7 and is an added benefit. What works best for this place is that it is just next to Western Express Highway.

Undoubtedly the best Hotel in suburban Mumbai. It’s a modern, luxury business hotel. Ideal for private use too. Well appointed spacious rooms, multiple restaurant options. All usual facilities such as swimming pool, gym, fitness centre, business centres, large conference facilities etc. Their ‘Kangan’ is one of the best Indian restaurants in suburbs. ‘Seasonal taste’ is the buffet place -spacious well spread out breakfast, lunch and dinner. Don’t miss the view from 18th floor where both these restaurants are located.

Rooms are really good, breakfast was great and the garden is very relaxing. If you are in Mumbai for work and if your work is on the western line this is the best option to have. Being just on the western highway hotels location let you travel any place easily. If you are in Mumbai for an exhibition in Bombay Exhibition Center just book this Hotel. Plus you have a Mall just two mins walking distance.

The room was excellent and the food was good. The service could have been better as the staff kept forgetting what we asked for and we had to repeat it multiple times. The Christmas decorations and theme were fab.

Ambience was amazing clean hygienic we were I the grand ballroom although the AC wasn't working well it was a wedding so we had veg food but the food was ok ok to bad the cocktails were not at all refreshing didn't even taste well

We went to kangana restaurant, the food was very bland and also the quantity was less but the panner was the star. And also the paratha was nice and briyani was okay

Excellent services available here, awesome feelings, rooms are worth 5 star, everything is well managed. Room service is available here. Nice outer look, but too much expensive services are here. Easy to notice from the traffic. After all great experience.

The food at kangan sucked.service was pathetic until the burnt rotis and the tastless curry was served and the staff was made known.

I visited the Westin to celebrate and bring in the new year with my girlfriend. Had a decent stay and a good (not great) experience. The rooms were clean and very well maintained. The bed was the softest and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. I did feel however that the room service lacked behind in being prompt as repetitive calls were made to get supplies to the room. Irrespective of having two people book the room, everything was kept with reference to only one. Some of the calls went unanswered and the requests we're always delayed. We did however enjoy our time there but just wished the service would have been faster as compared to the other five star properties.

Um, I had a guests coming over and I didn't had much place in my house so I decided to go to the Westin Mumbai Garden City which was referred to me by a friend. And It was worth it. Best price and the best service. Truly worth the money.

The Banquet hall is beautiful here and also the food and decorations were perfect. The outdoor area functions are also a good option. Would surely recommend.

Hotel is nice but they don't have bike parking and they security is pain, they don't take a lot of time for checking in.

The Hall is spacious. Food is great especially all continental items. The overall service and experience was good. Cannot wait to go back.
