We were running a supplier event at the hotel. Arriving the night before. Hotel was excellent. Outdoor dining was really good, with a fantastic selection. Service was excellent.

The events area was run very well.

Only downside, no food in the meeting room. When running back to back events, a little flexibility would have been useful

Irresponsible staff and hopeless management. The preordered requirements were neglected with an awfully shameless sorry. Staff is too lethargic that they don’t deserve any next chance. The requirement was scheduled to be on place at 8: 15 am and the breakfast was served with changed menu at 9: 45 am. Spoiled the fun of business presentation as the system was not on place till we reminded them of their commitment. The food quality and taste was horrible enough to spoil the event.

Was okay experience considering the value. Food was not that great. Rooms were good and spacious. Water outlet for bathtub was not used for ages, rusty water coming out of the tub! Not what you expect in westin chains at least.

Went for a buffet lunch.great spread and service.the staff made sure we had a great experience.

I would say it is an ordinary 5 star hotel. Strange but true. Below average 5 star services especially at the restaurant. No kids play area.kids float not available in the swimming pool area.steam and sauna not working.below par breakfast buffet spread.

Snail pace service.limited menu.unavailability of half of items on the menu.had an embarassing moment in front of my guests.keep doing this shoddy work and see yourself shutting down pretty soon!

Good Business Stay Hotel. Great Breakfest with a great veraity of local / international food. Clean Rooms and good housekeping.

The service level of the hotel was very very (10 more time) poor. Right from service in the room or during the breakfast time.it was like every department was competing for worst service award.
My previous stays at different place like Kolkata or mumbai was far better.
I am not comparing the service with other 5 star property.even if it is compared to a no star property then also the service was much to be desired.
Would rate the property very poor just because of pathetic level of service rendered.

It was great time to celebrate my husband birthday with reedom certificate on membership. I am so happy to visit there again. ️?

This place is excellent.
The pub is on the ground floor and it's full of Mahol on weekends, The pub DJ was Superb.
The food quality is too good.
Expensive but worth every penny you spend here.
Well to be very honest I was mesmerized by the ambiance.
Highly recommended to go here. If you want to pub you may need to pre-book or register, especially on weekends. If I am not wrong couple entry is free on some days of the week.

From the minute I walked into the hotel, it has been an excellent experience. It wasn’t push by any means but the front desk ensured that all of my travel, room, and any other needs were taken care of. The rooms where a good size and were very clean.

Due to my jet lag, I was up very early in the morning a few days and well before the restaurants open. The front desk was more than willing to get me a fresh cup of coffee to enjoy. The attention to details on my stay was quite good. I had travel back and forth from my office which was ready on time without any issues even with the crazy Pune traffic.

I am not much of a breakfast person but turned into one this week. There is Indian cuisine along with more standard western fare. The executive chef, along with others, are very keen to make sure that you are well taken care of and if there is anything that was missing. I couldn’t be happier with the restaurant overall.

For as happy as I am with the restaurant, I am even more happy about the bakery. Faiyer in the bakery has a true love for what he does. Not only does he make incredible breads, doughnuts, waffles, and a host of other items, he has the attention to detail that shows his passion. I really enjoyed him telling me the story of one of the pastries and how using orange zest was the better way of getting an orange flavor to the drizzle.

Thanks for such a wonder stay and look forward to my next trip.

Such an amazing experience. The stay was made special in all ways. The restaurant - The Market is just wow. Ordered veg n chicken biryani and trust me it was the best biryani we ever had. Hats off to the chef Mr Lalji. Mr Pawan, Shreeja and the cutest chef for deserts Praveen they all rocked. There was chef for the south indian food and he was simply great. Great team. Thanks for making my stay super special.

The staff is friendly and polite. Breakfast was delicious. However, it needs a serious upgrade in terms of room amenities and aesthetics. Zero automation of services in room is going to be a negative. Not the delightful experience you expect out of Marriott bonvoy group.

It was a nice experience overall. My internet was slow but after complaint, they rectified the issue promptly. My room has no mobile connection which also changed after my request. One small issue was that I didn't get food after 11. I got late in ordering n after 11 only bar was open so I had to sleep without having any food.

Hotel and staff is amazing.breakfast buffet has lot of options but dinner menu especially for veg is very limited and service is slow.

The mangolian crispy chicken was amazing. I loved garlic butter noodles. Didn't quite like the flavour of chicken dumplings. Complementary desserts were below average. Though the ambience was nice.

Getaway two days from work.it was great experience. Staff is so helpful and polite specially HARSH from Front desk was great in his service!

Sunday evening Sundowners are becoming a thing again. The Market at Westin KP is hosting early parties curated by Euriska from 3pm to 10pm. Clearly the hospitality and behavior of staff was impressive from entering the security gate, valet service and restaurant staff. The huge balcony is my favorite hotspot to be with the club view backside and Sundowner view in the skyline. The place was hugely crowded. The vibe was at its peak between 6pm to 7.30pm. Our stay at the Westin, Pune was an absolute fine experience.

It began with a friendly welcome by Mehezabin at the front desk, till the time our luggage was dropped off at the car by Sushil at the Concierge.

We stayed there for 3 days, including our birthday party celebration on saturday at The terrace suite. We did face certain operational issues, as the hotel is undergoing upgrade, but nothing was impossible for the team who took every effort to overcome these issues.

Karthik, who was the butler for our party was very helpful and he made sure that the food and drinks served to us were on time and in best possible fashion.

Breakfast buffet was splendid! (Especially the baked confections)

Last but not the least, Sushil at front desk who made the entire stay an absolute pleasure. Many thanks to the entire Team of The Westin KP! We look forward to see you again!

Quite a grand hotel with A nice location over looking the river. Health club could be better and pool is not as good as you'd expect from this level of hotel. Overall good but not great.

It has an amazing ambience and staff is polite and courteous. But, I felt covid protocols are not being followed to the point.it being a 5star hotel, I expected it to be much better than other places.

Awesome service, many thanks to Akash for looking after us so well. The food was fresh and tasty. Can't wait to get back again.

Experience of the market was amazing the staff especially aakash, tserin, himanshu (intern), sanket were very sweet. Would love to visit the restaurant again. Grooming standards were maintained and everyone was punctual.

Good official budget hotel in a good area with good food and drinks

This was 2 years ago but I had an occasion to stay here on 11th July 21 and the way reception behaved us was unacceptable from a hotel of Westin. The entire reception staff was behaving with us like an unwanted guest. At the time of check-out also the same experience. Objectionable incidences are:
The way the receptionist Mr. Abhay asked for credit card from me and given back card to me then the way the lady receptionist provided me invoice copy at the time of check-out.

The way the receptionist denied for the availability of accommodation for the driver.

The way the room service guy informed us that our room is no credit room have to make payment for the food bill instantly.

Means overall if this is the culture of Westin then they have to learn a lot.

I revised the rating to single star from 5 star earlier.

DISAPPOINTED AND VERY POOR GUEST SERVICE. BEING A 5 STAR PROPERTY THEY WERE NOT AT ALL WELCOMING.
ROOM SERVICE WAS ALSO POOR. EITHER DEGRADE YOUR STAR ORELSE IMPROVE YOUR OVERALL SERVICE.

Helpful staff, spacious and well maintained rooms, good food and great location!

A few minor issues due to which I wouldn't give them a five star rating which are as follows:

1. Overall cleanliness was good but I found two strands of hair in the bath tub which was really concerning considering the going on pandemic.
2. Overall food was amazing but the south indian options in the breakfast were quite bad and also we were given limited options which was disappointing.

I visited after a long time after the pandemic with my family to have dinner at the market. We had to wait a minimum of 5 minutes for someone to take order. The staff didn't seem to know what's on the menu and couldn't suggest things properly to us. Then we had to wait for 30 minutes to get any food. I mean we had to think twice before ordering something because it really took a long time for food to come on the table. One or two staff member had some weird attitude issue. Like you don't want to work but speak to people with attitude. The food was tasty no doubt about that. Then once we were done eating dinner. I took my guest to the parking. The parking guy said. "Sir bohot gaadi hai aap khud hee lelo gaadi neeche ke floor mein hai. Kitna jaldi jaoge utna juldi mil jayegi gaadi". At that time I lost it. I couldn't believe I am standing at Westin. The reason everything over all expensive is because of hospitality and services it provides. Khaana toh dhaaba mein bhi Acha milta hai. This was the first time I experienced something like this at Westin. It's my favourite place to eat and party. It was a little disappointing. Specially when I was hosting a dinner there.

The most amazing stay possible. If you are traveling with a pet this is the property to stay at. They are exceptionally welcoming.in addition to the staff at the apartments, The restaurant staff was very helpful. They encouraged us to …The staff are great. It's in a nice part of town. There are three restaurants, a fitness centre, a sauna and a large deck, as well as some lovely gardens. The food at the restaurants is great, with Indian, east Asian and Italian options, though they do not know what a lemon, lime and bitters is.
The rooms are good too, big, clean, nicely appointed and overly effective aircon.
Free wifi, they have the usual room service, laundry and dry cleaning, car and driver hire etc.
I wish they'd paid a bit more attention to detail when finishing it; there's paint drips on the marble and fittings are either not sitting straight or had been installed several times judging by the grout.
A footpath out the front would have been nice, too.

Thanks Harish Kumar for making a jock out of my review. This sounds very funny to us for allowing to stay in a room without lunch and dinner though we have a paid for the same one and half year back. It may sounds quite funny to all others westin member (club Marriott) also that you are providing room but not providing food I think your hotel cannot afford the same. We request you to return the entire money with bank interest.

I'm a member of a Westin hotel since last 2 years and since 1n half year I'm trying to book the room and food as to redeem my vouchers but everytime there's a very beautiful reason and it comes to No. Validity of the vouchers is nearing to finish how can we use the same if the hotel management keeps reasoning the No I feel like I'm being a begger asking for my voucher redemption several times
This is very sad being such a reputed leading hotel of Poona it doesn't suits the hotel,
So I request concern person to look into the matter seriously

It is a fun place for office parties, everything right from the starters to dessert they serve quality food

Attended office party. They were able to accommodate around 2-3k people. Well managed food. Variety of options with good t food being served.

Westin is a superb chain of hotels. I regularly visit the mumbai one. I came to pune Westin for the first time. Honestly at the entrance there is no one to greet. The lights are so dead that one will not feel lively or warm or welcoming. I visited this place in the evening around 7.30pm
I am really disappointed by the entrance part. I believe the first impression makes a huge impact.
The staff have very cold response and no one even asked where I wanted to go or why am I in the hotel at all. In the service industry I am sure these things are very important and every business should take care of such things. I am sharing few images for reference
My honest suggestion as a well wisher is please increase the lights at the entrance where the lobby is and kindly station few people to greet at the entrance I am sure this feedback will be considered, it is only to support the business.

Parking does not give a feeling of 5 star hotel, even from coming up from basement parking gives you a filthy feel.
Once you reach main entrance it gives a good ambiance of 5 star hotel, well spacious quite lobby.
Again food is ok in The Market restaurant, I never liked food in Westin, yes desserts were nice.

Hands down one of the best hotels I have stayed at in India. The amenities were good but it was the service that is hands down the most exceptional I have ever received!

A very well known hotel. Very good ambience. Very much clean you will feel good being there. Food is also good. The name of the hotel is very popular among Pune peoples.definitely a very good choice for big parties. This is all my opinion what I feel after visiting the place.

A hotel that started so well has degenerated so quickly to the extent that it’s star rating needs to be probably looked at again. Should likely be a 2 star hotel going forward. Pathetic cars for airport pickups, rooms with no house slippers or even required essentials and service just doesn’t happen despite calling multiple times. This was the feedback from my wife after she stayed there recently.

The variety of food, facilities offered and the experience patrons have when the visit is great. I was here for two parties and both of them were memorable. Usually, I don't recollect parties much but this place did stick to me. Parking for larger parties is a bottleneck here however. Takes a long queue to reach the valet parking spot at the entrance.

Westin is great, with huge entrance, big lobby for guests wanting to sit, great inside ambience, friendly atmosphere and good service. The hotel has a grand banquet hall with lovely lighting system and good cooling system. So if you are conducting any grand and important event with good budget, it's a great choice! The food and coffee was great. The Staff was helpful. Toilets were clean, except you don't have option but to use tissue paper, which we are not used to, and might not like that!

Nice place, spoilt by inefficient and utterly ridiculous staff members. Surprise how they still ate in business with this attitude. Give it a miss if you can.

Awesome place. One of the best hotel I ever visited. Hotel ambience is very pleasant. Food, staff and staff service deserves 5 stars. All Punekar must visit this place to make yours or your closed ones day very very special.

Had a great experience. Food was good. Great buffet spread. Rooms were great n comfortable. It's extremely Infant friendly. We were provided a baby crib for our 5 month old. Baby Bottles were washed n sterilised. Great supportive staff.
In room dining has a lot of options as well.
Really great spa n therapy options available. Great options available if u are jet lagged or just want to unwind.
In room spa facility is also available.

Visited Royal China for lunch with friend few days back. It is located in the famous Hotel Westin in Koregaon Park Pune. Royal China also has outlets in major cities like Mumbai, Delhi along with Pune

First glance of the place gives you authentic feeling. The ambience of the restaurant is spectacular and the service is top notch. It really provides you with a Royal way of dining with their cuisine and service.

We had following items: -

1. Orange Passion – Perfect mixture of orange juice and syrup was good in taste and refreshing.

2. Banana Punch – Mixture of banana, sugar and water and milk blended together in a slush type drink. Was amazing in taste.

3. Seafood Coriander Soup – Mixture of seafood, prawns and light spices topped with coriander. Was wonderful in taste and was indeed a kaleidoscope of subtle flavours. Broth was neither smelly nor overpowered with flavor.

4. Prawn And Mushroom Dumpling – Perfectly steamed dumpling with the filling of prawns and mushroom. Coating was perfectly done. Prawns and mushroom were fresh. Was mild on taste and flavor so didn’t suit my taste buds

5. Crabmeat Dumpling - Pink color steamed dumpling with the filling of crab meat. Coating was perfectly done. Crab meat was moist with nice flavor. Tried this variant for first time and I liked it very much.

6. Steamed Wontons Soya Chilli – Steamed Wontons with chicken filling and cooked in soya chilli flavored broth were full of flavors and had a wonderful taste.

7. Salt And Pepper Calamari – Fried calamari rings in salt and pepper flavor. Calamari was fried in the batter of spice mix and corn flour. Was topped with finely chopped red chilli and spring onions. Was good in taste and a MUST TRY for calamari lovers.

8. Pork Spare Ribs In Black Pepper Sauce – Juicy, Fresh and VERY TASTY pork ribs cooked to perfection marinated in black pepper sauce.

9. Crispy Pan Fried Chicken Noodles In Black Bean Sauce – Pan fried noodles to a crisp exterior and softer inside cooked in chicken and aromatic black bean sauce topped with veggies. Was SUPERB in taste and a good choice for main course.

10. Chocolate Brownie With Vanilla & Strawberry Ice-cream – A classic dish which rarely goes wrong. Perfect way to end your meal.

Give this restaurant a try if you want to try proper Chinese cuisine. They have a vast menu to offer which is filled with magnificent dishes. Presentation of each and every dish is also BANG ON!

The reservation desk and marketing guys will remind you of indian railways help desk. They have a strange way of dealing with customer queries. I generally stay for excess of 15 days in Pune and pay serious money. But this hotel is strange, staff is blunt as if business is not required and they don't care. I have few specific names but then again it depends on how hotel is managed and result is how people behave/interact. Repeated calls and mails can maybe get u a reservation which frankly I will never do. And if marketing ppl tell u they will check and call back THEY WONT keep looking they will most certainly ditch I know coz I had troubles. Westin hotel reservation desk/Marketing staff turned out unlike any other star hotel I have come across till date. Reminds me of a govt office where once employed employees donot care about their jobs. I think Hyatt and sheraton people are better off they come back to you even if they cannot accommodate.

Great hotel, we prefer this property whenever in Pune.good rooms and great service. Mr. Deepak at reception is very helpful and extends all the help to make our stay comfortable. Thank you team Westin keep up the good work. I keep recommending your property to my circle.

It's situated very near to Airport around 10 minutes away by car. It's business class hotel. Their food is amazing. They have a huge halls for all types of parties and events. Staff is very polite and courteous. Ambience is very attractive. Rooms are really good with nice view. Overall best hotel in Pune.
