We are old client of Thomas Cook Dhanbad and Kolkata. NAGPUR THOMAS COOK OFFICE IS HAVING INCOMPETANT, NEGATIVE, POOR KNOWLEDGE STAFF. THEY COULD NOT REPLY EVEN SIMPLE QUARY DAYS TOGETHER. THEY ARE DECLINING EVEN CHEQUE PAYMENT VIOLATING RBI GUIDELINES. SIMPLE ADVICE NOT OPT FOR TOUR PACKAGES FROM NAGPUR Gokulpeth Thomas Cook OFFICE. THEY WILL WASTE TIME AND WORST

Very bad service by thomas cook.commitments not have been fullfilled.rooms in our tour is not up to grade as commited.false commitments have been done by the agents.

I enquired for tour package by visiting the office.they said they will get back to me by full details of package in 24 hours.now its 48 hours still not received any update. Very bad service from thomas cook and their employees. Unsatisfied will the service.

Haven't received any call back or response for Maldives tour even after visiting twice personally.
They reley only on website packages, if website dosent have package for the upcoming months then they won't even try for arranging any packages then what's the point of having an office space.
