Our experience with travelUrze in Dubai was fantastic. The hotel that was booked was pristine and right in the heart of Dubai. We were well taken care off like pre booked tickets to all locations and a car to drive us there. The itinerary was well curated. Would highly recommend people to travel with travelUrze.

I had used their services for travel to Maldives and glad to share that the overall experience was amazing. Smitaa was very patient in answering all my queries, she even helped me with a good offer for Tickets, she co-ordinated perfectly with the Hotel and went out of her way to ensure that every service as promised was delivered. I thank Smitaa and her team for ensuring a wonderful experience and an amzaing trip to Maldives. Look forward to more trips with TravelUrze:)

We are very fortunate and thankful that we had chosen travelUrze to plan our trip.

Maldives was a last minute trip for us and by the time we decided to go most of the hotels in Maldives were already booked leaving us with very less or not so great options. But all thanks to Smeeta for helping us to book one of the best hotel at island.

Though Adaaran prestige vadoo was not our first choice. But it indeed made us fall in love with it as soon as we arrived.

Each and every staff was so courteous, helpful and kind, with the best of amenities like water sport, spa facilities, yummiest food.

One of the best trip we experienced.

I am posting this review on behalf of my friend. I would suggest people to book tickets directly via the reliable website/agent instead of middle man or this kind of travel agency. My friend lost around 50% of his money as agent commission when he tried to cancel the booking (around 60k). Event the rest of money was given after lot of struggle.

Dear agency or whoever run this agency, personal losses or losses due to COVID-19 should not be compensated from the customer. I have booked tickets through many travel website but this is the first time I hear 50% person agent commission for travel which doesn't happen and conversation via WhatsApp.

My brother lost lots of money after cancellation of a trip due to covid circumstances.

Very rude and unprofessional behaviour.
Please don't choose travel urze, I would recommend to stay away from this people. If you are looking for better customer service.
This people are just money minded and don't care for any customer service once they receive money from us.

Thank you for your response, I request you to publish the Whatsapp chat so every new customers also understand your attitude towards customers and your company's cancellation policy. We also have all your professional what's app chat with us. I would like to remind you that we even had to contact the Resort directly to make the travel changes as you said you will not contact resort during last minutes. Also remember that we cancelled the trip only after rescheduling few times and after you agreed that corona is not going to end soon and there is no way we can plan ahead. Also when checked with the Resort they told us they have cancelled bookings during Covid with no charge from their end (I can share proof for my communication with resort). But you said below points for your 50% refund.

1) Paid to the resort
2) Paid taxes at both the countries
3) Bank charges 4 times
4) ROE differences
5) Our Services

We were okay if you take a decent service charge but you surprised us with a 50% service charge (We paid 1 Lakh Seventy seven thousand and you refunded just 88500 Rs.). I never heard of any travel agency taking almost 1 lakh service charge!

Please note that we never apologized you for anything. We always mentioned you that you took our statement in a wrong way and was using it not to communicate with us. We stopped responding to your rubbishness in the end since we wanted our money back which you were holding in your end for more than three months even after you received the refund from resort.

But you are saying my better half made fun of your situation. How ridiculous! (No comments on this as you are just trying to play a victim card here). Instead of jabbering here please try to justify the reason for a 50% service charge (88500 RS) you taken from us. We only want any new customers to understand your attitude and cancellation policy and decide themselves.
