Worst store in the mall. The employees there are busy chatting among themselves and don't talk properly. Also too unorganised and unclean store. Definitely not going there and wouldn't recommend anyone to go

Very disappointing.customer service are really bad, yesterday I went to exchange my girl's dress and they are not cooperative at all, first they told me to bring gate pass you dont need to stand in line for billing when i bring pass then they said you have to be in line.furthermore they trubbled me for exchange they have unnecessary awaited me for long time when i was started shouted then only they helped me with exchange. One girl from store staff helping me but other guys from front end customer service they are not not supportive to her as well as to me. Management is very poor, they should train their front end customer service staff how to talk hwlp customer not to trouble them #reliancetrends

Huge retail outlet for men's, women's and kids' wear and accessories. Good variety and reasonable pricing. The staff on the cash counter was courteous and helpful, the boy and the girl helped me with my goods return process. I got the credit note for my returned goods value, which can be used for any fresh purchase in one year's time.

Very irresponsible staff in this shop.
I selected 3/4 jeans for kids but due to staff mistake could not scan by counter staff total 2/3 hrs westage for selection of cloths
Manager also not attentive

The offers are good like om shopping value they provide home used items by small amount like. Mixer grinder dinner sets. Suitcase bags and many more.

They have also have coupon system for next shopping and provide no of coupons based on value of shopping

About staff they are good understanding of customer choices and they present many brand depend on customer choices

For future purchases, they also have a system of coupons that they distribute in accordance with the worth of the purchases.

Regarding the employees, they have a solid awareness of consumer preferences and present a variety of brands.

I lost my new specs in trail room and the staff was not at all helpful to me. They didn't even look for it. But please if you get my white transparent specs let me know.

Huge variety of clothes to choose from. Last time visited this place there were not much varieties available, like not something that would excite you to purchase. But visited just few days ago and there were new stock available which were quite impressive.

It's Best for all family generations clothing. And that too with best pocket prices. And many discounts they run

The shop has a variety of clothing options and the prices are high compared to the quality they offer. The staff just follows you blankly whereever you go in the shop, feels kind of creepy. There are just 2 bill payment counters which are patheticly slow so make sure you have a lot of time and patience in your hands when you visit this place. No place to even sit if you have kids along. The shop entrance is wheechair accessible. Not good shopping experience.

Hello! I m sony this side I m purchase footwear from vivana mall trend shop that footwear I used only 3 4 days it was very cheap quality shoes The base side of the shoe is removed not satisfied
