It was an experience. Rooms were clean, excellent service staffs. Vow, Delicious food. Breakfast was no less. Great variety and a lot of fresh preparation being done in the background.

This place though expensive but we get relaxed when visit this place. For happy moments the cost doesn't really matters and becomes a memory. This place can be shared with similar taste and mindset people.

Amazing hotel, great hospitality, and spacious clean rooms.the staff was very helpful and hospitable.the breakfast spread at 022 was amazing with great variety.special mention to Mr. Arzaan for making our stay very pleasant with a toddler.he was very kind to provide us an upgrade to a premium rooms which had better space to accommodate a baby cot- loved the property and would definitely visit again

Hospitality and Trident go hand in hand. My starvation over the weekend here was fantabulous. Some of the service staff are exceptional. Their buffet spread is quite interesting. I loved their rice and fish. Their rooms are impeccable. The standard of hygiene very high. I wish they allowed access to the private balcony my room had.

Nice hotel, great staff, good food, done a movie shoot here good experience compared to other five star hotels.

Had been to the coffee shop O 22 for buffet lunch.the food soread and taste, ambience and service was amazing.

Service here is messed up! Faced it at the checking in, dining and checkout including billing! They need to improve on the service. Need to invest on the qualified senior staff!

Excellent hotel very close to the airport and the usa consulate. Not much food in the vicinity as it's all secure business parks, but hotel food is great and the Kurla station is very close with a good market and local eateries. It's about 45 minutes to gate of India or marine drive

Great location especially for those attending conventions and events at Jio Convention centre! Awesome spread for the breakfast

The food is good at the O2 restaurant. It's a comfortable place, with no disturbance for a business meeting.

Very pleasant experience. We stayed for 2 days only for US Visa stamping.

Room Service:
Very comfortable, clean, good room service. Judy and 2 others did great job of keeping it clean and refill water bottles and other things. Apples are compliment as well.

Breakfast
Our room package contains buffet included. We see huge variety of multi cuisine. Idli, dosa, pan cakes, ice cream, French toast, pongal, milk shakes, fresh juices and list goes on. My kid need a bland food and so supervisor Arvind went ahead and got a smashed potatoes prepared just for him and also willing to take order for lunch ahead of time to make sure our needs are met for my kid.
They also have other cuisine to order however we haven’t used.
All are very polite and try to fulfill our breakfast needs. Two other person I would say are Nancy and Rauti who also helped us in very different way like on one instance, I had Apple and my son want to peel off the Apple skin and slice it and Rauti helped us. Nancy helped us other way.

Transport:
Transport was free for US finger print and visa stamping. They do both pick up and drop off. We haven’t used for airport pickup or drop off as our booking doesn’t have that package. Prajwal at concierge desk helped us a lot.

Reception:
We got nice welcome by Rashika every time we step into hotel. We arrived early so waited for hour to get room allocated. Shalvi helped in getting a room and Prachi helped us for late check out as our flight was late evening.

Meeting room
Ayoka did warm welcome for getting print outs and offered coffee or tea. She also helped in taking print outs and my document need some modification and she also helped that.

Trident hotel has a very good hospitality. Stayed for more than one year with various rooms and various views. The staff is very polite and also very cooperative. If u are looking for good hotels in Mumbai then u must try this one. Thank you Trident for the service u gave to the doctors overwhelmed

We visited this hotel on 19th dec to 21sr dec. The most helpful staff and food is very nice. So tasty and rich diet for the persons who are concious for their food. Enjoyed a lot.

Beautiful ambience with gud services.only thing that troubled us was v all had checked in since 2 pm bt our luggage bags dint reach to our room till 7 until wen v had to actually lose our temper for it.else everything is good

Right from the moment we were greeted at the entrance of the Hotel up until we checked out it was an amazing first class stay at Trident BKC. Room was spot clean and the shower gave us a therapeutic experience. Spa service was top notch and we felt healed completely after a long time. Food was too good and the service at Buffet counters made sure we felt safe and secured. On top of all this, the House keeping manager went above and beyond to courier items that were left behind in the room. They checked it multiple times, responded to our multiple calls patiently. Big thanks to Vikas - the House keeping manager. No second thoughts on staying anywhere else when we are in Mumbai next time. We were provided with complimentary cab service as well to the Consulate and we were guided with all the information needed. Five star service. First class stay. Amazing hospitality!

Up market hotel well suited for business travellers working in BKC. Hospitality is above average when compared to hotels of similar category. Swimming pool and Business Lounge are currently closed (as of Aug 13th, 2021). Restaurants strictly follow covid safety guidelines but food options are a bit limited. Being a frequent business traveller with a preference to eat light, food options have been the biggest pain for me while staying here. Have heard the same crib from almost all my colleagues. Normal rooms are a bit small, but that are okay for short stays. Overall a mixed bag of experience, and recommended if one needs to stay and work around BKC.

Well situated and well maintained, but rooms are on the smaller size and room service prizes are slightly on the higher side, compared to even other 5 star hotels.

Services of Trident Hotel, BKC Mumbai was excellant. All the very courteous more particularly Rahul of 022 restaurant, front office and overall all staff of hotel. Food was eye catching and mouth-watering. Though my huge previledge points was lapsed as we could not out of our home town due to Corona pandemic but still I will prefer to stay in Hotel Trident, BKC in Mumbai and will recommend others to stay.

The staff is nice and polite but the supervisors are rather rude and straight lie about things.
Rather than understand the situation, very bad and poor response from mrs. Freya as far as i remember.
If anything the supervisors need to learn how to speak like civilized people.

Great Hotel to stay especially when you are here for visiting US Embassy for Visa. Abdolutely walking distance to US Embsssy, Ambient is good, staff much cooperative. Food is good, bit expensive if you dine at hall, ordering inside room is 35% cheaper. May be because of Covid protocol.

Looks fancy, grand and class. At that price point I think it's the best you can get. It definitely gives you that royal feel. Very nice room with a nice bath room and bath tub.

A very comfortable and quiet stay at the Trident BKC with a prompt check-in and pleasant customer service.
Good spread of breakfast. Sambhar and the brown Chutney is not good at all.
The baked eggs, pancakes, chicken sausages and french toasts were nice. They have the usual spread of fruits, breads, croissants and donuts too which are good.

In room dining was great. One must try their Vegetarian Primavera Pizza as it is quite delicious.
Do not try their Chicken Pepper Pizza as it is not up to the mark.

I want to specifically thank their In room dining Duty Manager (Shivani) for going an extra mile to facilitate my buffet breakfast in my room. Due to my back to back eaely morning meetings, it was impossible for me to step out of the room during one of the days of my stay so the options were to either skip my breakfast or eat whilst on calls.
While buffet breakfasts are not provided in the room (as part of their SOP), she made an exception and arranged it for me so I dont keep hungry. This happened twice (Thank you Shivani. As mentioned quite a few times, I appreciate your gesture).
Additional Kudos to the Trident management team for building this customer centric culture.

The hotel is centrally located in BKC at a walking distance to Reliance JIO world office, US embassy, One BKC building, etc.
The hotel rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Wifi speed is good enough to connect VPN as well.
Linens are oter things were very clean. No tacky things noticed whatsoever.
The hotel has a free valet parking available and a good dining space too.

Amazing hotel with good decor. Hospitality gives the trident experience. The rooms are a tad small but thats what you get in a place like Mumbai. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a stay in BKC.

Hotel is very well maintained while ensuring proper safety measures. The staff is very courteous and generally take up your requests as mentioned. Rooms are clean and hygienic with comfortable beds. They kept fruits with compliments which was a good gesture. What makes Trident stand out from other hotels of its tier in the times of Covid-19, is that for breakfast they allocate a slot during check-in so that there's no crowding, which is a great initiative and helpful both ways. As per availability you get hourly slots, where you can go to the 022 restaurant. The spread was pretty good and delicious. Overall a great experience at the Trident.

Absolutely Beautiful hotel I really really like it and rooms are very good and hotel staff are very polite and give a very good service

I had visited the Hotel for a wedding of my childhood friend and the ceremony was more than amazing with delicious delicacies along with a beautiful setup of the wedding. Had a refund wonderful time.

We had an appointment at US consulate Mumbai and found this perfect place to stay, which is right across the consulate. Everyone is very polite and always happy to help. At check-in the receptionist Neelam upgraded us to a premium suite. The room had complimentary Indian sweet and fruits. Breakfast was of highest quality and a lot of made to order options as well. Enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. Note: Don't tip anyone individually, ask for an envelope at lobby while checkout and leave your tip and name if someone offered exceptional service.

A centrally located luxurious hotel near to American counsulate in Mumbai's corporate hub Bandra kurla lived to the expectation in meeting highest consumer satisfaction index. Courteous and friendly staff from welcoming, reception, housekeeping, restaurant work with zeal and passion to make the guest feel special and important. I was thrilled when they upgraded me to an upper category room to celebrate birthday of my wife with all the privileges attached. On request, they did accommodate us with an early check in. Delicious and variety of food options available in the multi cuisine restaurants, amenities in the room, services, big pool, spa, gym etc, add value to the brand. Overall a satisfying experience and one can always look at this option while travelling to Mumbai for leisure or business with family and friends.

I can't believe that the tourism industry of India gave this hotel just four stars. I mean from clean and spacious room, delicious meal just a bit problem for vegetarians but for non vegetarians they have a variety, well mannered staff and receptionist everything was great but it deserves five star rating. I liked this hotel very much and would be willing to come back here soon.

The food quality and serive is very nice. There are no more varieties for vegetarians in starters. But more varities in pastries, ice creams and others. Taste of food is unique. I like the ambitious also.

Very nice Hotel close to the airport. Hotel outside and inside is amazing. Very kind and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and Breakfast is absolutely amazing! One Star minus for 30 mins of waiting for Check-in even though there were not many customers. Also they asked for my Credit card and later that day I got a message that they did not get my credit card details while Check-in. I don't know what they where doing with my card when asking for it.

Did not stay here. Was here for a small meeting and did get an opportunity to have lunch. Food was excellent at the Botticino restaurant here.

The hotel rooms and service was very good but the breakfast buffet should have been more lavish as there were not too many options as compared to other five stars in the city. People always look forward to the spread in the breakfast menu when they book a hotel with a complimentary one.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple time and the service each time has been top notch. The rooms are clean and well light. The room service and in room dining is very fast and efficient. The hotel's proximity to the airport makes it a no brainer for business travellers. I would highly recommend staying here.

Five stars for a 5 star. The place is located in a business area like The BKC. The location is spot on. Just 4 to 5 kilometres from CSIA. And from a walking distance from trade centre BKC if you are there for US Visa biometrics. And right in front of US consulate for the visa interview. I was there for the same. As the surrounding area of BKC is full of slums, you can't stay in hotels there with your family also as other good hotels are some kilometres away, given the uncertainty and chaos of Mumbai traffic you wouldn't want to miss your visa appointment. Also there are lot of corporate offices there the hotel is also great for conferences, meetings etc. The hotel is immaculately maintained. The staff is helpful, polite and smiling. They have a nice gesture of welcoming guests by traditional namaste. Rooms are great. Amenities are up to standard. Parking is ample but if you have taken a rented car to go there from another city know this, they won't allow your driver to stay in the parked car. And there is absolutely no parking on the streets of BKC. Weird policy of BKC I guess. And if you have any special requests like smoking room, make sure to confirm one at the time of booking not the subject to availability option. One concern is the food, it's a bit too expensive and comes in small portions, not convenient if you are with family. But no worries, there are lots of eateries like MacD, BurgerK, etc. Around. Anyways the hotel proved lucky for me as all my family got US Visa. So thank you Trident, I had a great time with you.
