Trident Hotel, Nariman Point Mumbai

It nice to stay in trident Nariman. Staff of the hotel is well manner and behave.hospitality is super duper food is excellent and cleaning facilities service of things is good I recommend to visit once if you are in Nariman Mumbai thanks

The hotel makes a good first impression. But the rooms were poor, old, very small bathrooms. We were a group, it didn't explain anything, where to find what. It was necessary to catch something by yourself.
I liked the restaurant's kitchen. Plenty of food, and food acceptable to Europeans. There is an ATM. There is a small shopping pier at the other end of the hotel. The pool is ok, there is a sauna in the dressing room. The most surprising thing was the classical music playing in the elevator

It was a great treat. The ocean view feom room is awesome. Just need to work on check in process is a bit slow.

Nice swimming pool with a suggestive view. There is also a beautiful garden but unfortunately the few benches are in the sun so you cannot enjoy the refreshment of the shade

Excellent hotel, excellent view and location. The comfort, the rooms and the reception are very beautiful. I do not forget the wonderful swimming pool. Its only drawback is that the beach opposite it does not have any services

Right from the door to reception and till room they give excellent services. The housekeeping staffs are very prompt and has never turned down any requests. The rooms and beds are comfortable and bf had ample of the selection. Will definitely visit again!

Service is very slow despite the exorbitant prices. All you pay for is the location where the hotel is situated. Rooms are decent.

Awesome experiance.
The in-house restaurant food was awesome. The staff is very polite and helpful. We had been here for my friends b'day celebration and the hotel had made arrangements of decorating our room with balloons and sent us a chocolate mousse cake as part of the celebration.
This was a great gesture on their part as we had not requested any of this up front.
Everything about the place is just perfect. From the location to the service to food.
I reached early and was was expecting to have to wait to check in but the arrange for early check in and even gave me an upgrade. The views from the rooms simply makes ones day.
The staff is courteous, professional and just makes your stay so pleasant. A very comfortable experience even though I came here for just one night. All covid protocols have been properly managed.

A great place to stay in South Mumbai. Most of the Hotel is renovated now. Good view, good breakfast spread, not so great Buffet spread, Nice view of city or bay. Good lobby, Fast elevators. Friendly staff. Affordable rates for luxury business hotel describe this place

Had a great experience in Trident Hotel, especially the Farangipaani Restaurant. The food was sumptuous and the hotel staff was so helping and caring. Had a 5star experience there!

Had an amazing staycation at the hotel!
The reception staf is very courteous. Ee stayed in Ocean facing room, as we were there families they gave us connecting rooms for better experience and also decorated the room with a cake for birthday celebration, and the cake was amazing
The view from the room is to live forever! You can't get tired seeing it. The queen's necklace in the night and rising sun + still water in the night!
Room service 4/5 - slow and needs multiple reminders
Food - 4/5 but chef + restraunt staff 5/5 dinner buffet was okay, but deserts were too good. We also ordered ravioli, waterchestnut + lotus stem broth. They made a special make to order khichdi for our infant also which was really v good as he peacefully ate it.
Room ambience - 4/5 room is small is size, the bathroom too is small.
The property is too huge with gym / spa / beauty salon / swimming pool and a prmenade runnin parallel to Marine drive.
While on Marine drive be careful of covid marshals, it's 200 fine for no mask. (Even if you step out of the car without it there is a fine)

Amazing hotely purely because of the location, a sea facing room is just a wow. Good breakfast and excellant service. But off late a bit too crowded.

Nice experience taking care of all Corona protocols.be it their conference area or restaurant or roof top. All the places are well sanitised. But need to look after restroom hygiene

Trident has been the best staycation spot for us Have always had a great experience staying at the Trident every single time. The staff is very warm & hospitable and makes you feel comfortable instantly. We been lucky to get some good deals here. The food is awesome especially the Breakfast. The kitchen staff is super. A staff named Shardool went beyond serving hours to help us with a few extra dishes after they were taken off the table. The ocean view from the rooms is spectacular and worth every penny spent. It takes all your stress n worries away and gives a prime view of this magical city.

Overall an excellent experience, simply out of the world when you have Marine drive just in front. Superb.delicious food, amazing hospitality, courteous staff etc.everything fitting to T for a perfect staycation. Will definitely recommend and return for another fantastic time. Thanks a lot for the wonderful memories

If going to Trident one must take ocean view room. Smoking ocean view room is available at 15th floor. The view is just perfect, specially during sunset. And in the night light the skyline of Mumbai is lit up and looks so mesmerizing

Trident Hotel Nariman point is an amazing property located at the sea front having a million dollar view. The rooms are good and cosy providing all the amenities, the staff is very cordial and helpful. The food is good in the restaurant as well as room service. Bar is ok. Drinks are overpriced. Spa is good, the gym is full of all equipments and the pool is amazing. Good experience altogether.

India Jones inside Trident is an amazing place to dine. It was amazing catching up the Mumbai Indians team during IPL.

Excellent service, lovely room, fantastic pool area. Only negative was people in the next room were quite loud speaking and woke us up.

The hospitality, stay and ambience are up to the mark. Had a great time here. But the room was a bit compact, not that spacious and the bathroom had a sliding door where it was quite visible. I hope they could change it. Special surprise with bouquet of flowers and a cake was pretty good and the breakfast was amazing. Overall I mark it as a 3 star.

I attended a conference here for 2 days. The arrangements were true to the Oberoi promises. A true oberoi hospitality tradition. Am so happy and delighted, wd love to comeback again n again n again. The views from tge memorial terrace is superb. Breathtaking n beautiful.

5* Star experience, but I feel they're unable to cater to large gathering during conferences, have to wait 5-10 mins for tea coffee and 15-20 minutes in queue to get food during lunch.

The location of the hotel is great. Direct view of the sea and just besides the famous marine drive. The food was of substandard quality. The ambiance and the rooms were good.

A great hotel on Nariman Point overlooking Marine Drive. Large restaurant serving high quality buffet meals. Good bar area. Rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. Staff were friendly and courteous. Happy to stay again.

Great service at the cafe, a good place to catch up late in the night with friends/colleagues over a cup of coffee and maybe some midnight desserts or snacking.

If you are rich this place is for you to stay and if you are not, just look at the ambience and infrastructure and may be just regret of not being rich

Really an awesome place.was there for an award event.but if you plan to stay there, then also it's a nice place coz the very famous Nariman point is nearby.
