Desert saffari experience during my stay with Club Mahindra Arabian Dreams was not so good. Driver / host was generally very rude. He was continuesly engaged with his mobile conversation when he drove 3 families. Absolutely forgettable experience. I urge Club Mahindra to look into this feedback and speak to me to gather more candid feedback. Absolutely unsafe for any family who will be driven by this guy.

TripXOXO had been an amazing platform for booking every activity I did while in Dubai.
Ms Tanvi had been at the best support to get the bookings in light fastening time period and with the right advice in best rate from the market.

Would recommend every one to use TripXOXO as their online travel partner in booking and planning their foreign trip activities.

Please don’t get into this trap, we booked 2 days before and none contacted us. We contacted them 2-4times and they assured to give a response but none contacted us. Paid the money and waiting. So irresponsible.

They helped us plan our family outing to Thailand including travelling on ground, at reasonable and competitive rates. Their suggestions for activities at Bangkok and Pattaya were really good and customized to suit our tastes. And the onground staff was punctual and very courteous too.

I recently hired the services of Travelport to do a short tour of Angkor Wat in Siem Reap, Cambodia. Blandina at Travelport who had looked after my trip to Egypt in May this year, ensured that this one too went smoothly. My Trip for Dubai was awesome. Having nice experience with TripXoxo very easy and friendly. Timely arranged Pickup & Drop shared details upfront to avoid last min worry, Budget friendly packags, All time support availability for any queries through whatsapp.
I recommend to consider package from tripXOXO for others.
Better provide all the pickups and drops as default so that if people are not familier for them it costlier if go individual it will be easy with end-end. Let them decide if don't want that would be great hasle free.

Booked a tour to Egypt through Travelport. Extremely professional service, and Blandina in particular worked overtime to ensure our trip was smooth. Their local counterpart in Egypt too provided great service, especially Beshoi who took good care of us, and guided us all throughout. Booked for sightseeing and airport transfer for 1 week Bangkok and Pattaya trip. Good experience it was. All drivers came on time were polite helpful. Vehicles were clean specious. Booking process was smooth too. Last minute changes customer If requires are not accepted rest all good.

CAnt give Zero, Hence one star. They are running Bakwaas booking software. It doesnt do the basic check of availability. They will book online, send you confirmation voucher, take your money, and then tell you its not available! The refund takes 10 days, that locks up your credit card limit. Be very careful while booking through this portal

I took my time to purchase the tickets of Expo2020 from their website as I saw good reviews about them. After making the payments, their representative messaged me stating that there was a glitch and we cannot offer you the tickets unless you make the payment for the difference amount.

Very unprofessional. I wasted my time on this website. Never trust the prices mentioned on website. Tomorrow you might not receive tickets and end up wasting your time on this website.

In addition to the response I received from the Team of Tripxoxo, I never denied the fact that I was offered the solutions but I am complaining about the wastage of time (Read my complete review first and then reply). Also, why are you so reluctant to give your office address in UAE. I don't need advantage of AED 100 from you. I won't get anything of this. Thanks for wasting my time

Paid for tickets, didn't receive them. After numerous emails to them, have now opened a dispute with my bank to reclaim the £121. Would not recommend.

Shittiest customer service, booked 4 tickets payment done but no tickets.
Call them and what's the response, wait for an hour or so might be resolved. Nothing can be done

Worst experience. Poor service with committment not fulfilled. With the lack of service or at the time of refunds due to their mistakes they will never be professional enough to call you or mail you and when we call they have no answers to the deadlines.

The services are worst, it’s fake site and they cancelled the booking when u reached your destination.staff need lot of good communication and soft skills training. No one taking the responsibility lack of professionalism.
