Had the best time at the store. We had come to buy a bridal outfit for my best friend and it felt like every salesperson here was her bridesmaid. They were hyping her up all throughout. The positivity and vibe of the store is contagious. Everyone is super friendly and just too adorable. Big shoutout to Neha and Khushi. Apart from the fact that it felt we’re a part of their family Neha understood the assignment immediately and we left with the very first outfit she picked out for her. It was breathtakingly DIVINE. The designs are good i agree. But as soon as you have any problem with the outfit once it is made they do not entertain you. While selling they are the most sweetest staff. But once order is taken they do not entertain any of outfit concerns especially when it is of big wrk for them afterwards. My outfit color was different than what i had ordered and they just kept trying to convince me rather than solving any of my concerns.

So first of all they immediately started with "you came so late when your wedding is in May, you should have come 5 months before". We are paying you money for the dress so dont give us your comments on what we should have done. Keep it to yes or no. Secondly, this place has very tacky dresses. My fiancee informed their staff about her preferences still they kept showing very bright and tacky gowns and lehengas inspite of our preference being for lighter tones. On top of that, one should understand that noone chooses their wedding dress in one go. The moment we said that we will go back and check this, they were like oh, then we wouldn't have shown all this. Absolutely shameful behaviour and no customer centric approach. Which customer buys their wedding dress without trying it out? Everyone tries different dresses and then decides as most people only get married once. Otherwise please put a notice that unless customers want to finalize, they shouldn't try out our dresses. Absolutely nonsensical behaviour. I will recommend going to stores in Naupada and Ram Maruti Road which have far better customer service and dress varieties. Tulsi Studio is unnecessarily over-priced, they dont care about what your choices are and will force you to follow the trend/styles with really tacky designs about designers one hasn't heard and wouldn't care about as well. In todays world where a customer has 10 choices, this approach will never work. Im glad we didnt buy from here. Found a lovely gown someplace else where she really felt like it was hers and it was her own decision. I hope they take this review seriously and work towards their approach. Dont judge your customers just because you are a big brand, we dont give a damn who you are. We are not interested to know about how famous you are or who the designer is. The customer should look good and that is what we are paying you for. So keep that in mind before you give such excuses about wasting your time because you dont deserve our time if this is the behaviour.
