All COVID protocols were followed in-store.

My concern was with the relevant agent who assisted me in the process.

She seems was in a call with her manager for a good 10-minutes. She should at least have the courtesy to let me know that if it will time, but no. She was still on call. I had to interrupt her once during her call to ask how long would it take.

What was a 10 minute process, took a good 25 minutes.

The only person I have so far coordinated with is Darayus Bhoja and I remember a scenario where my MD had to travel international on emergency bases and he needed a travel card immediately. It was impossible to have one since my MD was already on his way to the airport. The next thing I know, Darayus Bhoja himself, is at the airport to hand over a loaded travel card to my MD.

And that is what I call being Professional and Responsive.
